Since 8/26/23, I have experienced twice where emails are not coming through. I can sign on to Yahoo to see them, but they're not showing up in Outlook on my phone. Last email seen on Yahoo, but not in Outlook on my phone, was 12+ hours ago. Not good! One star as this is the whole point of this app. If it doesn't fulfill its purpose, then would be zero stars if possiblr.

This is the most frustrating app I have ever used. I need this for my work email and sometimes it takes 20 minutes just to open and respond to an important email because it crashes constantly. I have tried clearing the data and the cache and uninstalling it countless times which in itself causes me to be less productive because it takes so long just to open or answer an email. It's also inconvenient because I have to keep signing in. I hate this app and I hope the errors will be fixed.

Soooo slooooooooow! If I click on an email notification, it is a solid 3 minutes before it loads. I can't imagine how they thought such an ineptly programmed application was acceptable to release. Unfortunately, my organization doesn't approve third party apps or even the Lite version of Outlook, so I'm stuck with it for work email.

I used to love Outlook but now there are adds at the top of my folders and after using outlook for most of my adult life I am now being pressured to pay for more storage or else I can't send or receive emails. They want you to pay for more storage but will let every single spam email in the universe through their filter. This platform gets more and more worthless every day.

Been using the Outlook mobile app for years for work, then started doing the same for personal. Works just fine if you're familiar with Outlook, and is often faster than my computer at updating my inboxes. If you're new to Outlook, it's a bit of a learning curve but there's plenty of free tutorial videos out there and the Microsoft 365 Training Center site is free and hosted by Microsoft to help walk you through.

Do not want email on my phone. I just want calendar and contacts. I receive hundreds of emails each day, most of which are advertisements from companies with whom I do business. Tried it once, and the email stream choked the phone. Can't turn them off. As I go through my day I acquire appointments and contacts on my phone, and would like to merge them into Outlook on my PC. The only app that ever worked was Samsung Smart Switch, but that failed with regularity and now appears to be dead.

Overall works with my 1 work account. Would be nice to see updates that show my calendar exactly as it is on the desktop app w/ the colors I've chosen for appointments. It integrates my Google calendar well. The Outlook app also has the most frustrating default: when opening a new message, it goes to the original, which is useless. Then, after clicking " go to recent", it scrolls to a random spot, not newest. I swear MS programmers don't use their own programs.

It was better for a while but now back to this: Performance & usability has tanked. MULTIPLE seconds to just change folders, load calendar events, even switch between Focused and Other in inbox. Similarly, changing his or folders often doesn't refresh the messages lost. Messages fail to load and I have to restart the app completely. Manipulating messages (delete, move) appears to work in app, but changes aren't actually made on server.

My biggest issue with the android app is not being able to see who the actual sender is. I will either see the first 32 characters of the actual sendets address, which is useless for many auto-generated addresses. I can even see the senders domain. OR I can't see anything but the displayed alias. My other issue is not being able to block or allow certain emails. Seems no matter what, everything goes to my junk mail unless it is a reply to something that I initiated

Uninstall8ng and 1 star until this app stops hijacking the contextual search menu in the chrome mobile browser. I like this as an email app. "Search with Bing" is an unacceptable ad on when I don't have bing as an app, let can alone that it's moved that "copy" and default "web search" buttons to a second window, sometimes even requiring you so scroll down just to copy text.

Loved this app, till it started pushing context menu items. I was a big fan of outlook, and loved using it to handle email, till one day it decided adding "search using Bing" to my long press context menu was a good idea. There seems to be no easy way to disable that without setting Edge as the default browser. I'm not only uninstalling outlook, but also suspending my paid Office 365 subscription. I'll find another mail client and take my business to Google suite.

Outlook for mobile does a pretty good job of notifying me of incoming emails and upcoming meetings, and for that I keep it around. But Lord help you if you're trying to search for an email that's not in your inbox, or trying to search for a contact you don't email often. I have given up on the app and use the desktop version unless I can't help it.

Microsoft Outlook is a useful tool that I need for college. For my first year experience. I love having the options to change the settings and also the fact that everything is in one spot. Having access to many other tools to help with my studies, and the access allows me to get things done much quicker, and I know my grammar, spelling and my email/saving file options are always on point . I love Microsoft Outlook!

I think that it is a really good mail app, and think it is super on a desktop. The reason it doesn't get 5 stars is that I can't make the search work on my android. Long ago it worked fine, but even after being sure I am on the latest version, changing phones, clearing the cache and a reinstall it still doesn't search. It is probably a quick fix, but I haven't found the solution so far.

I cannot really think of a more inconvenient spot for a Send button than where it is on this app. No matter which hand I hold my phone in there is usually a digit or a thumb hovering too close. And if I want to use the microphone for speech to text, better make sure I got that button precisely. Seriously, if it weren't for my organization using Microsoft Office, I would delete this app.

Outlook BLOCKS VERIFICATION EMAILS. Not even sending them to the junk folder. It's horrible. I have to contact companies to get their verification email addresses to add to my "safe list", and some won't answer, so I can't verify my accounts - Calendar widget NEEDS a month view.- It junks emails from addresses that I open regularly, or have marked to go into a customized folder. I miss so many emails. I mark them as "not junk" and days later, they are again sent to the junk folder. -

Outlook Search goes back a few months only. When we do a search, we want all activities related to the search criteria. At present, searching on mobile is at best, sorry. Outlook calendar syncs to Samsung calendar. We can search with Samsung calendar, regardless of how long ago it finds it. Outlook can not go pack more than a few months. It is almost useless.

When I use Chrome browser I like to select a word or phrase and use the context menu's "web search" option to look it up and learn more. Now you might ask me why I'm even mentioning this on a review for Outlook? It's because installing Outlook removed the "web search" option and replaced it with "Bing search". That's right: no more useful context or pleasant browsing on a completely different app because Microsoft now wants to foist their choice of search engine on me just because they can.
