Description of Microsoft OneDrive

Microsoft OneDrive gives you more storage space for your photos and files. OneDrive’s cloud storage will secure photos, videos, files and keep them safe. Keep your files protected, synced, and accessible on all your devices. The OneDrive app lets you view and share photos files, photos, and videos with friends and family for safe and free storage. Plus, you can use the app to automatically back up your phone’s photos and videos. Start with 5 GB of free storage space or upgrade to a Microsoft 365 subscription to get up to 1 TB or 100 GB of cloud storage.

Microsoft 365 subscriptions and OneDrive standalone subscriptions purchased from the app will be charged to your Google Play store account and will automatically renew within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period, unless auto-renewal is disabled beforehand.

To manage your subscriptions or to disable auto-renewal, after purchase, go to your Google Play store account settings. A subscription cannot be canceled or refunded during the active subscription period.

For you to sign into your work or school account on OneDrive, your organization needs to have a qualifying OneDrive, SharePoint Online or Microsoft 365 business subscription plan

Imposible to cancel an upload queue except by manually cancelling each item -- nearly impossible with 1000 files. Force stop, clear cache -- nothing. It will keep uploading, even on mobile data. Had to uninstall and reinstall to stop an upload. Microsoft should make the queue accessible from the app and add a simple 'cancel' button. Still can't upload a folder. Often buggy

The screen will time out when watching a video. You can't double tap the screen to skip ahead or skip back, you must drag the dot to the time stamp. It works, but it's not great when you have a really long video.

The sole purpose I have the OneDrive app on my phone is upload photos to access them on my work computer. Uploading fails very often. The error message only says "sorry, there was a problem" with no further information. WHERE was the problem? Is my Internet connection not working? Is the local file not readable? Does the remote server reject it? Force-closing the app does not fix it. Clearing the app's storage does not fix it. Restarting my phone does not fix it.

Trying to remove the Documents folder. It's immortal. It comes back even if I delete it from all devices. Help desk is useless. Opening a ticket for a functionality that should exist from the beginning is.... 🤦🏻 Now the folder comes back in a different language after each deletion. I start to believe it's a feature. M$ 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Love hate relationship... Just when I believe that it's everything I want and need it lets me down. If I would have received this request for a review 5 minutes prior, I would have given a 5-star rating. However, I just tried to save and access a few documents and I had trouble with both. I couldn't open the file I was able to save and I there was PDF file I couldn't save for some reason.

Onedrive has been trying to upload a junk jpg from a device I had years ago, and it's hung itself up on it. Occasionally it spends battery power and bandwidth in it's futile effort. It will upload/backup random amounts of my current photos, and when asked to clear space for me, will delete photos not backed up on onedrive. It's part of a package I pay for but the most unreliable part of the 365 bundle

Works okay, except when it comes to uploading files. Sometimes it doesn't work. The upload progress bar never advances, even for very simple files.

I use to use this app a lot more. Unfortunately, it seems to be less stable now. It crashes often when I'm changing directories so now I can't do much except save to and open documents from the root folder. I am using a Pixel 7. Strangely enough, if I go to OneDrive from my phone's web browser the experience is smoother and with less hiccups. So I mainly do that now.

Made payment for 1tb on 4th of october 2023 but was not given the required space. Immediately reported the issue on 9th oct when wanted to use the space for uploading. After providing evidence of purchase was still not given the space back. Was told the team need to investigate to see what is wrong. Resulted unable to upload required files. Only 20th October then did the team gave back the required purchase space. Very very bad experience on the recovery of this case with Microsoft

When I try and use this app I get a notification saying "this App has a Bug" Also I have had a major issue with pictures I have taken with My phone Camera glitching, being lost, and showing a error screen where the Photos are. It is EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING LOSING PICTURES ESPECIALLY IMPORTANT PICTURES

This has been a go to app especially at the height of my small Logistics business. Easy to navigate between files, which are colorfully and indexed for even the novice user as myself. Worked well with the old office app and even better with the newer version. Although I have not used it as much as I once did, I'm looking forward to the newer version. Hats off to the developers for a great workable user friendly essential app

This app is absolutely infuriating. My previously linked account was well beyond my storage capacity and was frozen. No big deal, I never used it anyway. But then this app suddenly decided that it needed to alert me of this fact. Not just once a month, not once a week or once a day, I mean 5 or 6 times a day!! INFURIATING!!! So, I did the logical thing, and signed out of my frozen account. Didn't work. Now I've disabled, and removed all permissions with no change in the number of alerts per day!

So you guys think that "freezing your account, all items will be deleted by June 2024 unless you upgrade to the 1TB package" is going to be a good sale pitch?? OneDrive was never wanted to begin with and it was only required because my phone switched to you guys as default instead of Samsung Cloud. All Microsoft items are faulty and defective and only out for people's money. Get real. It will be uninstalled, and all items will be moved to a memory card, for FREE.

The app was fine a few weeks ago. Now I can't pull up any files. The permission to allow Onedrive access to "storage" is not an option in settings. Please fix asap. I can't open files I need to complete projects im currently working on and business request. I thought it was my phone until I read the reviews. Thank you for looking into this matter promptly.

I want this app off my phone so bad. For 6 months, 50 times A DAY it says it can't sync my one drive because it's frozen. Turned off notifications, went to ME and turned off all communications. Nothing had worked. Today I finally gave up and went and got a new phone hoping that would make it go away. NOPE. I don't want you or your notifications ANYMORE!!

I like onedrive, but the different functionalities for professional and personal in the app overlap each other and make some of them completely unusable (like gallery or camera back-up. Please fix this. It's just terrible.

It's remarkably pushy and, while great for accessing files over the cloud (especially Microsoft ones), has many flaws. My biggest issue has been with photos since it just backed up all of them and has no easy way of deleting a bunch. I got around this by accessing my onedrive on the web and turns out when I deleted them permanently on the web, they were deleted on my phone too so that's great.

I can not delete files or move them or create folders or add and edit anything in the Desktop folder or Documents or any other folder in my OneDrive files. I can only do these out of these folders (like in the main OneDrive folder). I'm using Android, and files are syncing between my laptop and phone.
