It can't be used to draw cash money from alfamart or indomart. Dana application is better for it can draw cash money from alfamart. Please upgrade

They hires n pay millions rupiah for developers,but they just doesn't know how to make a simple ticket support system for all categories to choose by user in 1 simple page.When a business dealing with consumer and not taking seriously to give simple direct ticket support it means that company just want the user to keep silent and miserable with any issue that won't be find in help faq.You "feed" user the good way, it grows your business! Promotion not helping a lot if compare to customer service

I really love the standalone gopay app, but i think there are some aspect that can be improved. One of the example is, can you add buy train ticket to gopay app? so i don't need to open gojek cause gojek feels laggy these days in my samsung A53 8gigs of RAM

So far so good, but the UI is so disturbing, looks so old for Heaven's sake! Please upgrade it ASAP.——I wish with the new interbank transfer feature, GoPay can become the alternative of FLIP.

My local area dont have gojek service yet so this app is quite helpfull, i can just use the e-wallet feature. but despite of my good impression, consider my 1 star review as how much i hate the visual design of the ui/ux its very very VEEERY outdated and embarrassing. Please recreate a different one and dont damage your company image to the public any further.

Ease of access and the design is good, overall, a nifty little e-wallet that helps accessing digital currency fast. But one thing I hate that why it forces us to complete the biometric fingerprint for a 100% account safety. Some of us doesn't want to use fingerprint simply because it's not safe and our phones aren't in good condition to set a fingerprint. It really irks me whenever I see that 80% account completion on top of the main menu. Really triggers my OCD. I'm uninstalling this for now.

Can't top up using Mastercard, makes it very difficult as foreigner in Singapore to top up (eg to activate roaming on MyTelekomsel)

GoPay, huh... "The Future" with 2000s UI, pretty "slick" looking app, please add true black background to save battery on device with OLED screen, also I believe performance could better (lacking in some part of the app. I haven't found a good use case of this app for now, since all of it still covered by the GoJek app, although interested for "The Future" this app advertised. cheers.
