Now this app is 😲 but I would like to point out a very important problem with Phonepe. There is an issue with history. Suppose, I received an account from someone and try to pay him later, I can't pay to this person fron that receiving page; what is very easy on Gpay and paytm. I have to write his upi id manually and than pay. This is disgusting. I am cordially requesting developer(s),--- please think about it. I want to use only PhonePe and nothing else. Thanking you.

The wrost app I have used till date. They are sending wrong notification for bill payment and deducting our hard earned money. Main point is they are sending notification at the same time in between any other transactions. I will give zero star because there is no option left I have to give 1 star to submit my review.

I wanted to give the ratings in negative but unfortunately there is no option to give ratings below 1. Money debited from my account automatically for phonepe wallet auto top but didn't credited yet in to my wallet neither it reversed to my account. Also it is not showing in phonpe wallet transaction history. I have complained to their helplines more than 100 times but they say, they take the complains as it is not showing in their history😡😡😡😡😡. I strongly suggest you not to use this app.

The app is overall good, the payments are fast, the UI is good. However, the payments history can be made so much better. You can't pay someone you received money from directly(there is no option, you have to manually type the upi id visible by changing screens over and over again, save it and then send, if the user is a paytm user and uses their phone number as upi id, you can't see it fully. Also sometimes the upi id you paid to is not even visible. I have no other complaint. Hope it improves!

Worst app. I am unable to create an account on it as it says that someone previously used my phone number for phonepe and deactivated his account, so I won't be able to sign up. I raised a ticket very earlier, which said that it would take more than 8 months to re-activate my account but not yet resolved after even a year. Now, when I raise a ticket again, it says it will take until June 2024 to reach back to me. Stupid!!

I would suggest you to please move the notification icon to a different location. Currently, the scanner and notification icons are side by side, and this sometimes causes accidental openings of notifications when I intend to use the scanner. Other than that, PhonePe provides a good user experience.

The Apps great and faster than most apps , but theres been NOT A SINGLE time it does not get notified for an update . The total size on memory was 1.7 Gb , What is it doing taking so many updates and so much memory that not even a game requires. I was traveling with little bandwidth and it kept updating. I started using Paytm or Gpay . I doubt if they use our data , Why does an app with minimal interface need 1 Gb unless its not scribbling our data and transfering back. Not taking it .

Two issues: 'Send again' button on successful transaction page does not list rupay credit card UPI option to pay from, even if previous transaction was also done from same mode but by scanning QR code. Second: There is no option on app to write to customer care, there is no support email or number. All support is automated and predecided huge list of question and answers. You can not write 2 lines of your problem anywhere.

The App was excellent. I still prefer this on anyother app for UPI payments. But from sometime having constant issues of lagging and slowing down. Multiple times I donnot see my bank accounts, transaction history etc.. Request developed to please look in. Thaknks for the responce. 1) App I'd already updated. 2) Cleared the cache. 3) Closee the background apps. but it was not helpful. Finally cleared the storage memory and logged in again. Now able to fetch all the accounts.

Worst app I have ever seen they not even respond with customer mails they don't have a contact support mail and even in the app also they don't respond to the customer problems which are requested through contact support option . I mailed,Also requested to contact support to stop my phonepe autowallet option,it's been a year but they are not still responded. I tried my self to change the settings but couldn't 🥲

Worst and slowest payment app. It takes a few minutes to complete any transaction. Dear developer, your point is valid when it happens rarely, but my experience for PhonePe is very pathetic every time. As I'm using other payment apps also so I know the difference. Other apps take usually 2-3 seconds to process any kind of payment but PhonePe takes eternity and sometimes payment isn't completed as it goes in processing mode for minutes before reaching password gateway. I wish I could give 0 star.

Worst app ever. Whenever there are updates which is way too often, it not only stops working, it also stops the verification of the registered phone number resulting in other UPI apps also not working. I have checked it myself. I would be unable to verify on any of the UPI apps, I updated just the PhonePe app & then I'm able verify everywhere in seconds. This is really annoying & it seems like PhonePe is doing on purpose.

Earlier it had some widgets but there is none now. The scanner widget has always been a time saver. As we click on it and the scanner is up and ready. But now there is none. Pls bring the scanner widget and also add the ability to download payment receipts as pdf or image file. I'll give you full 5 stars

Using this app for a long time but really disappointed nowadays, many times the payments once done are getting into processing state which really is bad during paying the due amounts or emergency. And when the issue is raised and the time being taken to resolve the issue is too long. And there is no proper contact support like in person. The Al is like repeat mode.

After the latest update phonepe is showing so many unwanted messages and ads. As a loyal user of PhonePe, I have always appreciated the seamless experience and convenience it provides. However, these unexpected messages and ads are negatively impacting my overall experience with the app. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible. If this problem persists, it would regrettably force me to uninstall the PhonePe app from my smartphone .

I'm using this app since a year. I have noticed serious privacy issue. It asks for SMS permission, for upi registration its important I can understand. But later it scans messages and shows pop ups for bill payments, which is very irritating. Worst part, it does not show option to turn off these reminders. So I removed sms permission. If app stops working without it , I will uninstall it.
