Payments do not work anymore it has been months the application is just occupying space, i tried contacting support and i've had better experience with automated system. I kept wondering if i was talking to a real person or an AI the entire time, i was left with doubts unanswered with standard response "please do not worry, we understand your frustration. Repetedly reading it was the most frustrating part about support. I'm unable to transfer upi transactions as per R.B.I. rules. Useless app.

The app suddenly has logged out and now after multiple attempts not able to login back again, I have uninstalled multiple times and it's the same story. I am not able to receive the OTP to the registered mobile number, had been using gpay since may years and now this issue all of a sudden. Is there anyway to fix this or phonepay is the only option.

I am using the application from years. But one thing i noticed is sometimes the payment gets stucked. It may be caused by server of bank may be busy or there may be the issue of google pay. Second thing i want to highlight is the cibil score check. It was a very good feature that i liked & this is the application i could rely on which i can check cibil score for free. But on recent days it uis showing error & i am very disappointed about this. Please correct these issues.

It was fine since I was using it for almost one and a half year, but recently the group payment splits option isn't even opening, it just gets stuck in infinite loading Really frustrating for our entire groups as all the settlements are pending and we have to wait for this stupid application to fix, just to get our payments settled. It has just became unbearable, guys at the dev team, I'll be obliged to you forever, just fix this major issue!

When u make one payment and want to try next payment. The back button doesn't work. You have to press done then 2-3 option then scanner comes. It's really irritating like a low grade app where adds pop up and u have press skip button. Kindly fix this bug. If payment is successful once confirmation is shown. It should go back to scanner for next payment.

Biometrics to open the app instead of screen lock. I could be using my phone, screen unlocked, and accidentally get too close to a POS system, and bam, I just accidentally paid for something. The enabling NFC security layer should be with the app, not the android system. Or at least an option to change it. Venmo has options to enable pin and biometrics in order to open the app. Most banking apps are the same. This could be a vert good app.

Absolutely loving this app. The interface is so user friendly and easy to navigate. Even a 10 year can navigate through and make payments and all. It's really easy to make payments as well. I always pay online through this app only. I just love it.

For the upcoming update of Google Pay, my suggestion this time is that please make the option of metro recharge available on this application so that we can easily recharge the metro card. If possible, along with Delhi Metro, other cities of the country can also recharge the metro card. Also provided recharge option for metro. This app was convenient until I got into a big issue. Recently I paid to a vender and it got stuck in processing then I had to pay the vender via cash. The amount stuck was in processing till 2 days.Talked to the customer care they said only option is to wait if it fails it will credited to your account.But it was showing successful after 2 days, now what? It happened 2 times.If I'm in different place the vender will not wait for 2 days to get his amount right. Need to work on this.Big issue.

Hey, Google. Sometime Google pay eat my mental energy when I was busy and have to payment as fast as possible. However, UI design of Application force ne to stand still and think how to use this app even this is my primary payment app from day one. Please, make minimalist or pur essential stuff organize. 10/12/2023 ___ This app is hard to understand ... I am never sure of what the outcome will be. Too bad it takes up to 7 days to move money from your funding source to Gpay, and I still don't know how I will use it when it shows up as a plus in my Gpay balance. This app is not clear to me. I wish there was an app that worked like a digital check from a bank account, Once a check is cashed, you usually had no worries of any more checks being sent with that same check number.

This app is good for payments. But the reward system is the worst. Always gives" better luck next time". I have been getting continuously this reward since my payment level reached 260. Now I have reached 350, still getting " better luck next time". Very disappointed with this reward system. Most of the rewards will be useless and get expired.

Constantly having to readd cards is annoying AF The whole point of this app is to be able to pay for stuff without needing your card but I swear every like month or two all my cards disappear and I have to readd them. Really annoying to be somewhere in a pinch when you forgot your wallet and to open gpay and get a big middle finger from the app when all my cards are gone. Thanks Google. Google has gone downhill lately.

Don't use Gpay for your transaction at any cost. Trust me it always put you in trouble. You won't even get a clarity if your payment is on processing, it won't send a message we have to check conformation with the receiver bank and have to check transaction history. I want to suggest You one thing that whenever a payment get processing try to send money to sender bank only. So that person will have safety feeling and he/she will use the Gpay for transactions and which benefits for you.

The cards at the rewards section is an absolute scam no cash backs and coupon to stores which I font hqve access too. It's fine Google if you don't allow cashbacks anymore, I still use it as up until now it doesn't charge an additional platform fee for mobile plan recharge unlike p@*#..ym sincerely hope my review doesn't jinx it but seriously even my phone gets disappointed seeing the rewards I have received.

Great App, definitely my daily payment Driver but here is the list of features which I think Google Pay is currently missing. 1. On Selection of a particular contact the user should be able to see how much total transaction has been done with that contact(Total Credit/ Total Debit). 2. Ability to download export the transaction details (All/ with Specific Contact) 3. Monthly Transactions Email. 4. Ability to set limit for each card and if we try to go above limit it should show us the pop.

Works great on the Pixel 7 Pro, but wish the deal section had deals more geared towards my interests. I haven't found a single promotion on the deals page in months that's something useful for me. Additionally, I'm not too happy with how Gpay and Wallet have separate apps now, it's kind of clunky.
