I really like using Cash App for sending and receiving money, but I cannot access the barcode to add cash to my card myself. When I need to add money to my account, I have to get someone else who has cash app to add my money to their card then send it to me. I don't even have the option to pull up the barcode for adding cash to my account. So, until this is resolved, I may keep the ranking at 3, or less if it doesn't get fixed soon. that, or I may not use Cash app.

Money in account is definitely not insured and my account has went in the negative $77 and no explanation or anywhere in my activity or history of transactions does it specify where or why this has happened. Has most definitely hit me at the worst time and near impossible to talk to an actual person thru customer support. I would so NOT recommend this App to anyone any more, i used to really like it and the fact that u can transfer, cash in and cash out within seconds and very easy to use app😠

Cash app is one of the most popular debit card, bank account (checkings/savings) apps on the play/apple store for years now. It's absolutely hands down one of the best, easiest, and smartest user friendly ideas of a free way to allow anyone to have access to the one thing that is in such high demand today (bank accounts and debit cards). The only problem is how easy it is to get into someones account, transfer the money on your account to their own cash app, reset and change stuff, take it over

I've been very happy with the app in the past, but some things just do not seem to function correctly. The search transaction bar has been very flaky lately. Sometimes it works other times, it doesn't. There have been multiple days during the last few months where you will have to go 48 hours straight with malfunctioning send cash errors. I hope they get this stuff under control because I believe these bugs are fixable. I think this is a great banking app, otherwise.

I've never had issues with this app until 2 weeks ago when a friend tried sending me money and I never received it on my end but it shown as completed on theirs. I went to support 5 times to see what happened to the money but they didn't want to provide any information. They wouldn't even refund the payment back to the sender. Kept telling them that I would need to send the payment back that I never received in the first place.

They stole my money. Someone sent money to my phone and it was connected ro an old account. I don't have the $cashtag info so they won't give it. I don't know the tag and will never know it. I tried all old things I could think of. They could have checked if I still had access ro account before finishing the transfer but I was unaware as transfer happened auto.atuvay upon clicking. Instead they have decided ro keep for all-time without ever fixing it. Do not use Cashapp- THEY ARE THIEFS.

I haven't had an issue with this app ever until recently. All the sudden, it keeps trying to open the "download app" link in my browser OVER and OVER again. I can barely do anything else. Its annoying. I have even unistalled and reinstalled the app and it is still doing it.

Got as far as putting my mobile number in then got an error message saying I can't sign up! Never had cash app before, didn't get a chance to put in my name or anything. No explanation, nothing and it isn't that the code didn't work as it came through and I copy/pasted it into the app so was definitely correct. Great start! Don't bother wasting your time.

The app can be glitchy at times. It's pros are that its convenient to transfer money amongst friends, family and beyond. However, customer service is essentially worthless. Cancellations and refunds take forever to process in comparison to my other cards.

All transaction history is missing. Where are the past and current transactions? And I had incoming payments I cant see! App fails transactions then holds your money for days. Unreliable and inconsistent service. Support is just A.I. bots that repeat the same messages when you try and reach a real person for help.

Too many people trying to take money out That shouldn't Has been my experience. However, Cash App has been pretty good about getting my money. Refunded. Whenever that happens, it just happens a lot. And update now they aren't even willing to refund most of my money that they're app doubled a payment and sent a second 100 dollar payment to a random person in my contacts when I was just trying to pay one person . They say o well it went through so it is up to the recipient yet I never got a chance

transaction went through under a different name without the proper receipt of the business name need to be corrected. For instance I paid my bill automatically, but the receipt came back through Google under a different business name. With no email confirmation. This was very frustrating and upsetting. :(

2 big issues I'm currently having (one since I've gotten this app and y'all haven't helped). Been told you deposit checks (through the app with photos of it) and the option to do so is no longer there. My other ongoing issue is that I've been trying to link my bank since I've gotten y'all and you just LOVE to call my debit card a credit card and not let me add it. I don't have a credit card!! Attempted contacting support and they only talked about the check issue... with no help.

The app and the cash card are both very convenient. There are some limitations when trying to transfer into other accounts or add the card as a payment method in certain circumstances, but for the other features and the simplicity of managing the account, including things like depositing cash at certain stores, locking and unlocking the card instantly inside the app, and believe it or not- Actual Customer Service on important issues. Syncing with Square POS is another convenience. Cheers!

I've been a fan of cash app for a few years now, and everything has been going well, except lately, things have been glitching with my account. Now payments are much better, but there still are glitches and a bit of a couple of seconds of a time delay but all is good

Update!!!! I finally spoke with someone only to be told sorry we're having connection issues then disconnects the call. Service has been horrible pending transactions that I can't access, was told to log out, and log back on only for them to send me a non working verification code. Then was told to many attempts so as of now I have no access to my cash app. Customer service is bogus it doesn't allow you to talk to anyone it refers you to a chat then disconnects the call.

Used to be great, I've had it for years with no real issues, but over the past few months, it seems like "connection issues" will keep you from being able to access YOUR money, for hours at a time, and these issues seem to be getting more frequent. These new, increasing "connection issues" also highlight just how bad the Cash App customer service approach truly is. With long wait times, and responses that are literally the copy and paste of what is on the website, it's no longer a good app

Giving 2 stars because after having a verified account for a couple years now, they STILL won't allow me the option of adding paper money to my account. Customer service was absolutely no help when I asked about it either. They just simply left it at "it's not available to you". Really sucks because everything else about it is simple, easy, and efficient.
