Everytime I open the app, for some reason I am logged out and have to login again. It's been going on for more than a year now. I use other banking apps as well and this problem only happens with easypaisa. I will give it one star from all the Google accounts I have!

EasyPaisa provides a very very poor services to its customers. Last month, I have changed my mobile. Now I want to "sign_in" my EasyPaisa account. But when I try to "sign_in" the option come up to link email. I have already linked the email to EasyPaisa account. When I enter that email, a dialog box shows that this email is linked with another account. I tried to talk to easypaisa helpline but they hung up the call in middle. Actually they don't know how to solve such problems.

Very pathetic, I am trying to login in my account but its send OTP after 40 to 50 seconds and the system waits for OTP only 30 seconds. I have tried many times but facing same problem. I am a Software Tester, if your testers are not testing well then let me know I will test it. But please improve your process and app too. Thanks

After the recent update, the eadypaisa app is unable to fetch OTP from the messages. It has become useless. I have also tried calling their helpline, but they said this problem would be resolved. But even after 24 hours, the issue is still there.

Aoa. This is Muhammad Shahmeer. I am an easypaisa user since January 2020 and I have an issue in the app. If I want to set profile photo from album it says no media even though there is. Also if I take a picture and try to set it, it doesn't work when I click the tick icon. Please help. Thank you.❤️

Used to be a good app, but for a few days it has gone extremely slow. The action which used to take less than a second now takes more than a two minutes. It has become excruciating to use this app. I am thinking about quitting Easy paisa.

After updating the app it's not working properly. Notification shows that an error to connect the account. That way i am facing problem because i am not able to login to my account with the app. My Internet connection is properly working but app is not working properly.

Too much bugs after last update. Mobile hangs Instantly after opening app and a dialog appears the easypaisa app is not responding. And if app opens after trying several times then it takes too much time for doing any process.

OTP does not have any option to manually paste the OTP in a text field. The app is failing to automatically detect the OTP like other apps and because of that reason I can not login! This has to be the dumbest designed app I have ever seen!

trying to log in but the app has a set time of 60 secs, within which, if the otp does not arrive, it asks to try again and there are only a limited number of tries you can do. So now my phone is blocked from using easypaisa because of "suspicious" activity because the OTP did not arrive on time and I had to do multiple tries. tried calling their helpline which is no good either. first the IVR puts you on hold and then ends the call. Don't know what's happening with this app.After every update it is becoming a nightmare. Trying to open again and again but failed. Finally opened with best network connection but still not able to transfer funds easily. It was best but now don't know what's happening.

After the recent update the app has become very very slow, and it crashes whenever I try to buy any mobile package. First the packages listing screen takes a lot of time to load and when I click on any package Buy Now the app crashes and takes me back.

Sir my account is not relogin I was send a lot of emails i was contact from Whatsapp etc but they can't do it I don't know why they are wasting my time I was send email but they rejected The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages now. Please try resending your message later, or contact the recipient directly. The following organization rejected your message: TBLHREX01.telenorbank.pk.

Currently Very poor experience. I have been using it since past 7 years but recently when I tried to login, the app took too much time to respond. I install it again but this time it remained failed to send OTP. Developers please respond.

App is so slow. After reinstalling the app they ask for OTP within 30 seconds. I get OTP after 30 seconds so they say OTP verification failed. I've been trying since morning and its not working because of the slow system of easypaisa app!!!

After the UI change, the app doesn't work at all. Takes thousands years to process just one transaction. It hangs at every transaction leaving you unsure whether the transaction has happened or not. New updates are a huge disappointment. EasyPaisa was once a go to application for me. See now the developer making lame excuses for slow internet. This is their customer care. My Internet connection was never slow. it's 35 mbps.

Hi easypaisa team! I am facing login issue from yesterday, I've switched my device and installed easypaisa to new device but when I put my number and started to login it throws an error that 'you can use only at 1 device' I have no other device installed with easypaisa application but the error is same, I've to sign in because I've to withdraw money from account, this app is just a piece of garbage nothing else, it's very inconvenient I am very dissatisfied from it.

Edit: Posting it for your help. This app was not working. I couldn't withdraw my money. It had been four-five days. After trying so many times, I thought to uninstall the app and install it again. It worked. If you are facing the same issue, just try installing it again after uninstalling. I hope it helped you!
