l love the app and all that it offers. Very easy to use and intuitive. Would give it 5 stars BUT occasionally the home page comes up blank and I can only correct it by rebooting my device. It happens on my tablet and phone.

Too much lags, Collapsing files, Excel editing sometimes keyboard doesn't work, When you open the app try scanning section delayed and comes later, after files are appears and when I try to click on a file because 'try scanning' button/section appears suddenly it makes me click on scanning instead of file.

Wonderful, super excellent application. I am using it to insert data directly on my smartphone in the field instead of writting on a exercise book before inserting in a computer. I am so gladly because I write once and it stays saved forever. Autosave works perfectly. All data is saved correctly. This is what I really needed for my work. I monthly insert new data in an excel spreadsheet to analyse data for a company. Data analysers need it. Microsoft saved me

Microsoft 365 came pre installed on my Samsung tablet and phone. The tablet is less than a year old. It won't let me edit or save word documents because it expects me to buy a subscription. Surely, I don't need to do this as the app came activated with my tablet. I was able to use it a few months ago. The continual demand to sign in every time I want to make a minor change to a document that should take seconds, is a massively time consuming chore thanks to this. Very poor Microsoft.

With no Office installed: I select some text in a browser and a context menu "Cut | Copy | Paste" appears. Makes perfect sense, right? After Office is installed: I select some text in a browser and a single-item context menu "Microsoft 365 Note" appears... Wow! In which world is "Microsoft 365 Note" more useful than the ability to quickly copy and paste??? One worthless menu item replaces 3 essential menu items, and as far as I know there is no way to turn this feature off.

I have to remove a star. I use the scheduler, so I do not get automatic email notifications in the middle of the night? If you are going to include a function, make sure it works when you update. This function on Outlook worked in the past. The notification schedule is not consistent. It seems to work randomly, and I can not trust it. The sleep icon will be active, yet email alerts come through, or will not be on and block alerts. This is not what I have come to expect from Microsoft..

Earlier i gave 4 star rating because of it's enormous advantage to a common users like us. But nowadays, the app gets closed automatically while scanning any documents. First time facing such issue. Just 5 pictures gets scanned and then all of a sudden it closes. Kindly look into this issue please

i did not approve this payment. it wanted an update like all the other apps need updates. then it says that a payment of $6.99 will be taken out monthly after the 30 day trial. why do apps trick ppl into something they never intended to get. it's very misleading. do not download this app unless u want to pay a monthly fee which is not explained upfront. (it was supposed to be just an update!!!)

The entire app take forever to load, be it a pdf, excel, ppt, etc. The pdf reader suffers from a variety of bugs, like trying to tap the back/forward on search results would not register until you tap it like 10times. Sharing a file as an attachment on outlook via 365 would fail almost all the time. I have sent multiple emails were the file never attached.... such a frustrating app.

OK but frustrating. The recent update broke basic functionality of my device. When I select text. It used to bring up the standard options of cut copy paste. The recent update now shoves those options aside and instead gives you dictionary and Microsoft 365 note. And have to swipe to the side to access cut copy paste. Given how much I use these features having them buried behind extra taps is inconvenient. Had to uninstall and switch to the standalone apps for word and excel. Please fix this.

Just got Samsung GS22+, & I'm not able to sign. App says 'we can't sign you in right now, try again later'. It's been 3 months, how much 'later' should I wait?!? Disappointed, because the older MS Office app worked fine. Update 4Oct23: On the apps sign in page, tried to sign in, typed in my email address, didn't work. So I nagged the app to try to sign in 3 more times, didn't work. On the 4th try, the app opened, asked me for my password, it signed me in, & now I can access files. Finally!

The app is OK for some basic needs. However I did create a workbook on excel using a laptop. When I try to use the book on my phone the I.ages linked to the cells do not show. A bit frustrating, would be great if there was an update for this.

A good app. Upon update from Microsoft Office to Microsoft 365, however, I initially had problems as the app refused to integrate with my device. It kept hanging and refusing to open or function completely that I began to contemplate uninstalling it. However, after about a week, it normalized and started working well. The bugs that make it to have such initial glitches should be fixed. But, a great app. Smooth and versatile. I recommend it highly.

Super unreliable and unresponsive app. Really struggles when switching between online and offline use. Gets stuck on landing page and you constantly need to kill app and restart it for it to work again #fail

This app makes finding all my important documents easy to find all in one place. I can also edit them , send them anywhere I need to, convert them to a different format and so much more. There is no need for a scanning app either since it's a built in option. It's everything you can possibly need for your document related needs. The only thing that would set this app apart from the rest is to have an option for paralegals such as myself to create legal docs such as word perfects line numbering.

The pro is that I can get my documents through my laptop, home computer, phone, and work computer with no problem. You can even see it be edited in real time. The con is that when you write your paper on the online version, when you print it, the PDF version never has the same paragraph alignment as the online version. You have to go to multiple screens for trial and error til you can get it right. If you create a document with a border, the online version will not show it.
