Best translator yet, it's really accurate and usually the translation is good, however I think there is much improvement needed for the gender-inclusive writing, I usually use DeepL for French-German and German-French translation and somehow the translator always makes weird translations when there is gender-inclusive writing involved

We need a good alternative to OOgle translate ! It keeps recent translations so you don't have to Redo them. And recently OOgle has had some problems. Probably the BEST thing, is there alternate Translations listed, This has helped Tremendously !

Translation quality is great, but the translate from picture feature is very inconvenient. After taking a picture, you must swipe to select text to translate. If you choose too much text, it won't display properly and the next time you use it, it delete that picture and you have to take a new one. Please just make a back button instead of close button, so that user can translate large chunk of text then return to the picture and choose another chunk.

After 2 weeks of use I think that this app is very useful. I use it to help me in my daily English learning and I believe it is the best translator I've ever encountered. I really like that the app provides me with different translation options.

I didn't want to leave a negative review like most people do, but I had to ask... why did you add an extra step when translating and copying the translation? I used to be able to type what I wanted translated, and then press copy. Then I could switch apps and paste the translation. Now I have to press an arrow button, and then I can press copy. The extra step is so frustrating, because am always in a hurry and I forget, because I am so used to one click, then go paste. Now I have to remember to

Suggestion The app is really good but I have a suggestion to make. I find it a bit tiring from the user to have to press each of his saved translations to understand the reading ( I am talking about Japanese since if you are not able to read the kanji you have to tap into the card to hear the reading but this can get tiring for many cards), so why not to have an audio for each of your saved favorite translations? So you can hear the reading without opening the card

The translation experience was wonderful beforehand, but now there's no ability to have it "however over other apps" as an icon for me to just press and write. I loved that as a feature. Now that they've taken that away, it just isn't the same anymore. I wish they would bring that back. If they do, I'll give it 5 stars because I love the app 💕

Love it! 💯 Translations are way more contextually accurate than Google. Feature-wise, I just wish they would have things like categorizing or labelling saved translations. I have an account but it doesn't seem you can even save translations on the browser version.

The app is almost perfect, the translation is very accurate and sometimes even help you rephrase it in a better light. You can reverse translate too to check your sentences in both languages. The best translator so far, however they need to bring the reverse button downwards.

Fantastic translations. I would like to pay for this but the offered packages don't suit my needs. What to do? I am a casual user. Most months I won't translate any documents,. But very rarely I might want to translate twenty documents for example. So I'd prefer a pay as you go arrangement - upload a document, be offered a price and perhaps sample page (not all documents are formatted suitablly for deepl). Then enter payment page leading to download dialogue for the translated file.

Deeply website is nearly infallible but, as is nearly always the case, the app falls short. With the website, if the left window was set for English, right for Spanish, and I type Spanish in the left, it will detect and change. But with the app, it will not, and it will translate my English to English. Very mediocre.

Deepl Is a great translator but their mobile website works better than this app. I don't like that the auto-detect language feature doesn't simply swap languages when you enter the same language in translate-from as the translate-to language. This saves clicks and time on the web version and I would love to see this added to the app.

Best translator app out there. I'm a newbie in French but somehow ended up studying at a French-speaking university in Brussels. I have a lot to thank this app for. The translations are super accurate and have been validated by native French speakers in my community. I highly recommend the usage of this app.

It's an amazing app which helped me in several metarials and it's flexible when you translate your own target language you will see how it works smoothly d greatly which you many choices to make sure it's correct or not the translation, it of course helped me to be confident with myself and if I need it i never hesitate i go directly, i recommend everyone who wants to learn a new language to have this app it's perfect and international but the thing which i face is Arabic is not existed why?

this app is really a translation bomb word to word 👏 and fast at the same time ..Will always use it since I discovered it . I hope they will not go down in future ..hoping they provide more features to translation. am not just given 5 stars like that because with what am using and makes me happy to get to real meaning of every language is cool to download ☺️

The website is great. It has this fantastic feature of being able to change a single word in the translation and the rest of the sentence get's adjusted. It is key on languages that have a formal and informal component (e.g. in German to be able to quickly change from Sie to Du). However, this feature that is the one I use and like the most, does not work in the app, so I have to commonly use the website in my mobile, which is terrible. Too bad.

The best translation tool. The olny one minus is that we only can save 3 translation results as favorite. Have to be Pro account to save more results, but it's not clear how to upgrade cause I didn't get the option in setting.

I love using DeepL, but while the desktop version is great, there are many improvements that can be done for the mobile version. The pro features that I paid for, e.g. getting polite form for Japanese, is not available on mobile app. Also, it will be more useful if they are romanised readings for Chinese, Japanese and Korean translations.
