The perfect app to listen to whatever you want with no interruptions! The options are endless. So far, every title that I have searched for, I have found! I love using this app to listen and search for personal development books and podcasts and even books to increase my knowledge in specific areas. App is extremely user friendly and I've never had any issues; even when using a not so great phone... 😏 Lol. I literally can't live without this app. It's my personal mobile therapist. 🙂

I love my audible app but for the past two days there is an issue and uninstalling and then installing again didn't work. First when I download a book, it loses like two hours of time and now when I go to the beginning of a chapter, the book goes to the opening credits. Then if I use the rewind to go back or coward a chapter, it indicates that it's the beginning but the actual timer is off. I need this corrected because its distracting and is really taking away from the experience.

This is my most used app and I've listened to hundreds of books on it. There's always some issue with this app, it varies what that issue is. Sometimes it will be bad at keeping track of where I left off. Sometimes it loses the speed setting. It is often slow to load, it can take 10s to load and sometime require an app shutdown and restart (by contrast, my podcast app always loads in 1s). Not enough room to list all other common bugs.

When I 1st signed up for audible, I was to get 2 free credits my 1st month, that never happened, only one free credit. Not a fan of being duped. My only issue. Otherwise, worth the fee. I don't think it would hurt audible to give 2 free credits per month. Yet, with all of the free titles, I do have a hard time using one credit per month. Once I get a credit, I go to my Wish List and choose a book that requires a credit. If you pick a book you don't like, return it. That's cool of audible.

Ruined by a change. They made it so that NOW when you are using the notification window to control the player, it only lets you skip chapters, instead of skipping forward or back 10 to 30 seconds. So NOW, when you try to skip back 10 seconds because you missed something, it restarts the chapter. Infuriating and makes no sense that they would make this change. Even the Audible fan base on forums is outraged. They said they don't plan to fix this issue..

The auto play feature on this app is completely broken. It just starts off causing a lot of inconvenience especially with Android auto - despite any number of attempts of fixing your settings. Wish they would fix that- also wish the audio file chapters were titled the same way as the actual books rather than just appearing as Chapter 1, 2 and 3 without actual titles as that makes jumping between sections easier. Simple fixes that will add a lot of value to the overall UX.

Terrible 👎👎👎 Log in requires entering foggy, unreadable letters and numbers to prove to a computer that I'M NOT A COMPUTER. Infuriating. Useless. App sucks. Hard to read. I use dark mode and cannot read the feedback bc the app doesn't adjust to phone's settings. Cannot completely remove the book I'm listening to from the app screen so its always at the bottom and in the way. It's so old.

Completely unusable. After the newest update the app opens, freezes, shuts down. I have restarted my phone and it still continues this cycle. I had the subscription to audible, but now I will be cancelling since it is unusable. My tokens are going to waste! What a waste of my time trying to troubleshoot a broken app.

I love books but I am a busy working mom and foster parent and Audible allows me to consume way more books than I ever could because I can listen while driving, cooking, cleaning, working, etc. It is more expensive than I would like (especially for not getting a physical copy of the books I buy, something I do miss!!!!) BUT it is a wonderful option and I try to take advantage of the sales and deals. Would be great if the discounted books could be combined into one credit purchase.

App has a bug that makes it automatically resume playback when any other audio plays. Get a phone call? It resumes playback. Get a text that has a notification sound with it? It resumes playback. I'm constantly having to force stop this app to get it to stop playing when I'm in the car any time there's any type of activity. Fix your app!

The player itself is pretty outdated compared to others. Not being able to change cover art on books you own and download is baffling, especially when you buy a book showing one cover in the store and an older cover that doesn't fit the allotted space is shown when playing. Spent an hour with two techs through the contact us chat only to be told that it should fox itself in a week and that if it doesn't to contact them again.

I used to like this app, but now whenever I open it, it just keeps saying playback error and won't let me select a different audiobook or search for anything. Just playback error the moment it opens and then the error message keeps popping up every five seconds despite the fact that I'm not listening to anything at all or trying to. Only thing that seems to stop it is deleting a bunch of audiobooks until it decides to stop. So glad I wasted money in things I can't have access to.

It's alright. I like it for the most part, good books, good voice actors, good podcasts. I listen while I'm at work, so I listen for several hours a day. There is an issue where the app stops playback and won't start back up at a push of the button. I have to stop what I'm doing just to open up the app and go to the book and force it to play, which sometimes it will right away, and other times it won't and I have to force stop and restart the app. If it weren't for that, I would probably give 5☆

Works well until it doesn't. Then it demands extra identification, sends you to a loop where it randomly changes your password and then tells you to change it again. The trick, you have to match the new password audible randomly assigned, the password they never gave you. If you contact service they will tell you it's not their problem it's your device. As it doesn't happen with any other app except Amazon, it's their programming.

The app is ok, but not great. The sync feature does not work. Close the app, open it the next day, and you are taken backwards an hour or two. It is also supposed to sync in your Kindle app- which rarely works. Audible as a service is over-priced. You'll save likely money buying individual books rather than paying the monthly fee.

This app has become a necessity to me!! I have always loved to read, and I can do a whole lot more of it when I can LISTEN to the book as I go about my errands and chores. I've also discovered that Audible helps me manage my anxiety!! A good book is like a vacation without even having to leave your chair. ❤️🥰 I love the wide range of choices amongst a sea of different genre's! 😍

Pretty well designed, and basically the only way I listen to my audiobooks. I like being able to check my stats, too. Two suggestions: 1. Have more incremental SLOWER speeds. Some readers speak faster, and some content is more dense. But the only option is 0.70 - waaay too slow 🥱! How about 0.90, 0.85, 0.80 & 0.75? 2. Make it possible to look at my wish list on the app.

As a person who has some challenges reading due to wearing progressive eyeglasses, it has been a blessing to be able to listen to books. I especially enjoy listening to memoirs read by the authors. Audible also has excellent podcasts as well. Listening to a book while driving has become a favorite activity on long car trips.
