I can't seem to change the lighting of the new default, and it's hurting my eyes. Even when I try to make it brighter it's still too dark. I haven't even tried to read anything since this last update because my eyes can't seem to adjust. It would be great if the settings can go back to the way it was before, because now it seems to be in permanent dark mode.

Fun to use until you get immersed in the story and then suddenly you need coins to continue. How to get coins? Use money! How to continue reading if you don't have money? Fast pass! How to use fast pass? No clue, it doesn't even give the option of using the fast pass, and nothing is explained about the fast pass! Like can't they have a free coin packet for watching a certain amount of ads or something, like every other app like this?

Pretty good for the most part. There needs so be a way to notify an author or web novel about horrid spelling. Too many times that a book is written like a 5th grader's and you still have to pay for chapters. Or at least put it through a spell check before each chapter is published, needing to pay for thoughtless work is not worth it. Other that that, the UI could use some work because I thought you could change the new system's color but I looked for hours and couldn't find it.

Your app is nice but it's really fustrating and tiring that after one has downloaded a story you still can not read it unless you unlock the chapters with cash through one's account. If, that's how it is then what is the use of downloading the stories in the first place, I've left so many stories incomplete coz of that issue. Please, you guys should review that to make us comfortable when reading. Thank you hoping to see progress soon.

Can't read anything during the day. Whoever changed the background during reading to completely black without changing the letters to white is stupid. There isn't a way to change the letters or background back to its originL scheme. The ability to have it changed when it's day or night within the phone settings doesn't change the way the app looks during night or day. The only thing I that I can read it at night. Change this setting this app was great before it was updated to what it was b4.

The stories are interesting. The actual app is frustrating. You can get a free chapter by reading for ten minutes on a recommended book. I spent the last eighty minutes reading a recommendation story, and I have not been able to collect my chapter. Another fact is that books can get the tag of a completed work when, in fact, the book has abandoned. I believe a better way for books like this could instead receive a discontinued tag. I have unlocked all the way to the "end" and been disappointed.

after the new update, everything loads very slow! not sure why appearance of app changed but it's disappointing.. to the point where i don't really want to use it anymore, even if i still have some favorite novels/comics here- hence the kind 2 star rating. it was fine before, why did you change it. slow as a snail.

I don't like that this app doesn't provide a block feature for novels. Let me not see any novels that I've dropped midway. In library, when a followed novel is updated, the app suddenly adds +1 to +3 to the total number of chapters. When I'm in the middle of reading and change the active app, webnovel sometimes doesn't save the last chapter I was reading and randomly goes back to chapter 1. The thing I like from webnovel is the UI and color scheme. Can't think of anything other than that.

I hope there is also a reader's choice for trial reads, all chosen novels have the same genres, no diversity. Edit: Oct 22, 2023 I don't like the colouring, from the new update, kindly gave us an option to change it. Thanks

Can you please fix the "paragraph space". It's make me frustrated and troubled for not being able to when commenting and making reviews. The current update only make it worse, like always. It took so much time to load one page, and it's always keep lagging. Why don't you just stop updating and focus on making it more user friendly. I really wish I could give -100 star for this horrible update.

Searching novels by genres is kind of a pain, like when you pick 3 genre tags. it would sometimes show you novels with only one of those tags. wish it would show novels with all of the specific tags i chose instead of only one of it. . Pressing the paragraph comment section ting is uselessly difficult. the fact that it brings up general settings if you miss the button makes it even more annoying. . edit: Having to slide to see the genres. why? it was good before. now its a bit annoying.

Love this app! Just the Beauty and the Beasts story is worth the subscription! My only complaint is the awful grammar and spelling mistakes in a lot of the stories. Makes them uncomfortable to read and can be confusing at times.

It has a lot of books available in alnost genres. However, the company takes away your purchased items if you don't use them. Exampke: Golden Tickets. I have also purchased chapters, then had yo purchase them again the next day. Verified no transaction show, but know I read the chapter and verified no duplicate chapters in the book. Overall not the best experiences with this app.

App is good for reading novels in dark mode most stories only go to 40 before they are locked sometimes 20 should at least go to 60 first 40 is usually background and basics up until the character starts to flesh out. Autonext was turned off and they stole my last 100 coins. App doesn't allow screenshots yet customer service said run a recording app in the background when reading to prove a bug...umm most recent update broke advertisement close option button while reading can't close ads!!!!

Could be better if reading by chapter is more fluid. Like I can continue reading the free and available chapters aslong as I swipe down and not pause for a few moments. The app could be deacent, with one exception, Landscape mode. I travel a lot and sometimes when I travel its hard to find a good internet connection and I opt to download the Novels I read inorder to continue reading while I travel. And I perfer using landscape mode for my reading. I simply can not enjoy reading in portrait mode.

Really enjoy this app, the webnovels and comics. Both are generally beautifully written and or illustrated. I've found a few favorites that I will spend money to get coins and then next thing I know it's 2am and I've spent all of my coins wishing I had more money to get more chapters. I appreciate the availability to have the system read to you, I don't mind the voice but it is robotic. I love the thought that if I wrote up a story I could share it with other like minded people.

Hate the new format. The Logo is worse, the old one with deep blue and pink W on white background is way better and more unique, how many novel apps use an N on a random color background these days, this just make the app look just like any random app. The color in the app is awful, it has greenish/gray hue in everything. System text(except the fonts in novel) became shorter and thinker(always in bold), which make it less elegant. This is less appealing to use. At least give the users options.

Super bad experience. I paid the subscription fee just before the flight, and for monthly subscriptions, I got only 25 pages to read. It was not enough for the long flight. So, a full novel will cost 100$? It super expensive. It's not one star rating. It should be given minus ranking. Such apps should be removed from the Play store!
