This is my go-to app for video calling when I want to reach my friends that have different operating systems (Apple and Android users require another app to facilitate video calls between them due to restrictions from some of those systems). Great video and sound quality, no lagging unless the wifi signal is weak, and can also be used for texting and calls without video.

Update: it still is not any better. I did send feedback through the three little dots on meet app. I'm having problems with the picture being fuzzy freezing up. echos when I talk and they are unable to understand me or me them. Can you please look at that. I love the way the app was before. And since we do a lot of face-to-face talking through this app it's really a bummer.

It's my go to way to call my friends and it's the best video calling app I've used. The only reason I give it 4 stars and not 5 is because there are occasionally glitches that become very obnoxious in the moment. Like calls wont go through, if I disconnect headphones mod call the other person's audio is stuck quieter until you hang up and call back, there is no audio when screen sharing, and it'll hang up on its own. Don't be deterred because these glitches occur quite rarely and it minute fixes

I haven't been able to have a single video call for about a month without either getting kicked off, my calls not going through AT ALL, horrible quality video and sound, or the app shutting down. The wifi has always been strong on both sides during these situations as well. Please fix this.

Quality of videos is better then apps like Instagram or Facebook. Even with a mediocre connection I was able to have a clear video with no latency or call drops. Only giving it a 4 because it's not perfect yet I would like to see them work on the interface of the app just a bit. I like how the switch and streaming platforms display their interface.

It's the only viable option for cross-platform video calling. If you want to talk to someone on iOS and you have android, Google Meet is the way. Haven't had any dropped calls yet. Occasionally, it might get slightly choppy, but this could be immediately after switching from the FF camera to the rear-facing one (or vice-versa). All in all, easily deserving of five stars.

Good call quality. Biggest problem is when I call my home devices, it would not give me options to show myself or not. Always makes calls as a video calls. Sometimes I just want phone calls, not a video calls. Another is that u just can't make calls to any number. It has to be a registered number in the Google meet. These two need big improvements. They always make things very complicated w most of their products

This has been the most glitchy app I have ever used. I wouldn't expect that coming from Google. If there is a dip in service and it drops the call, I have to restart my phone and not just the app. Half the time, it doesn't hang up and it keeps the call connected while not allowing other calls to come in. My phone is super hot any time I use it. Do better Google

Unlike other video calls, this call did not buffer or scatter in the screen at all. Not once, and we were on there for 45 minutes. It has a very good stream view of who you're talking to, and everything in the background. I would recommend google meet video calling to anyone. I enjoyed the full HD Quality of the phone call. I've given 6 stars, but it only has five represented.

The app since the update doesn't allow me to send pictures. When I select a picture nothing happens. It goes back to the previous screen. I thought I read online if you uninstall and reinstall the app your call history remains. Nope it deleted everything I had which there were some pertinent messages I wanted to refer back to. Disappointing app.

The app was working perfectly previously, but for the last two days, when I share my screen, the audio from the videos I play doesn't transfer, and people can't hear the video's sound. I've been facing this problem for two days, and I've tried everything to solve it, but nothing has worked. I've restarted my phone and toggled the microphone on and off, but these solutions haven't fixed the issue. Please help.

Good clear video chats and I love that it's not any delays in the conversations. I did get cut off a couple times in middle of my conversation but no problem with a quick fix of just calling back when it said it was trying to reconnect. Easy fix and no hassle. I will definitely continue to use this app for all my future video conversations. #googlemeetrocks

Hey, it is my go to video call app. Since quite some time, it has been acting wierd. Firstly, no call log shows and I have to search always, it's blank. Also, when I touch any contact, it automatically diverts me to the home page that is blank. This keeps on occuring and after tapping call button quickly before it happens, the app shuts and call happens in the background. But I can't go on the app to see the video, even after I tap on the notification bar. Please do something

This app is not good as it used to be, I can't get pass the section where it asks you for your country code and phone number. I've already tried all the options provided by the help section of the app but it still says my country code is wrong or I wrote my number incorrectly. I also tried uninstalling it many times like what the help section said but it still doesn't work, and I can't even force stop it.

It was good at first, not great, but good. Then it started deteriorating until it would get stuck, or the sound would stop.This was a call between my grandson & I.My grandkid's are so important to me, & vice versa,that I need crystal clear viewing. We have things to show each other!!! This was my very first experience with this app. I just downloaded it today for just the purpose of seeing my grandkid's. I'll be deleting if it doesn't get better.

I just don't understand why my audio all of a sudden has stopped working after updating google meet. Kindly look into this issue as it's getting frustrating for me to access the meeting facilities properly. I had informed it earlier but no reponse yet received. I have to reboot my system every single time for resolving this technical issues. It's seriously frustrating! Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you.

I love it. Better than WhatsApp in video quality and audio clarity. Then there are numerous features which depends on how one would want to use it. Overall very satisfied. Not sure if all devices are supported. I had trouble making video calls from my Samsung device as the other person didn't receive my call. The other person was using a Pixel device, that keratin made a video call that i was able to receive and connect.

It's a very good app, particularly for online meetings and classes. There's one problem with the app that it doesn't work properly with blue tooth speaker, the sound quality and volume, both are not very good with blue tooth speaker. This limits it's usage particurarly for classes that require kinesthetic movements like dance, exercise and yoga. Can you please fix this problem?
