Access Your Account:
• Register your account in the app to use digital banking.
• Fast and secure login with biometrics.
• Forgot your username or password? Get it through the app!
• Update your address, email, phone number, and more.
• Use the new Quick Balance widget to see balances without signing in.
• View an overview of accounts, loans, credit cards, and investments in Account Summary. Select an account to view transaction history.
• Overdraft controls—set a backup option for when there's not enough in your account.
• Fast transaction search.
• Order new checks.
• Stop payment on a check.
• Set up and edit account alerts. View sent alert history.
• Questions about your account? Contact us securely through the app!


Payments Simplified:
• RCUpay: easily send money to friends and family—even if they aren't an RCU Member!
• Schedule one-time or recurring transfers and payments
• Set up and make payments or transfers to and from your accounts at other financial institutions.
• Keep track of transfers and payments you've scheduled.
• Get your loan payoff amount for any time in the next 30 days.
• Free Bill Pay service—pay your bills on the go!


Card Services:
• Add cards to Google Pay directly from the app
• View & redeem your RCU credit and debit rewards points for cash or other rewards.
• Not using your debit or credit card? Freeze it for extra security until you’re ready to use it again.
• Report your credit or debit card lost or stolen. (This will cancel your card and issue a new one, so if it’s only misplaced, freeze it instead.)
• Gain control over your spending with debit and credit card alerts and controls. Block online transactions or set alerts for purchases above certain amounts.
• Add upcoming travel notes to ensure access when you’re out of town.
• Adjust ATM and debit card purchase limits to meet your needs.
• Set your PIN on all your cards. Update your PIN on existing cards or set the PIN on your new card.
• Activate new credit and debit cards


Mobile Features:
• Landscape view for tablets—adjust the app to your preferred orientation.
• Autocapture for mobile deposit takes the pictures for you—just align your camera over the check.
• Check current holds and pending deposits
• Use Security under Settings to view devices accessing your account and set your authentication preferences.

I have a Galaxy S9 Android v10 One UI v2.5, and all I see is a white screen that says RCU. I am dead in the water. I used to use this app to deposit my checks 🤮

This new banking app is far worse then the previous. Navigating the app is terrible. It doesn't tell you when credit card payments are do next either. Reading transaction history is a mess as well. Very disappointed that I am now forced to use this.

mobile banking is the best way to take care of your finances. And with a bank who is on your side everything that you would do at a bank is at your disposal.recommend this app and bank to anyone!!!!!

Crash when I open the application. Please fix 7/5/2023 Thank you. The application hasn't crashed since the update. The more I use it the more it gets easier to use. So far I'm liking the application. I change from one star to five.

Horrible update!!!! Bring back the original mobile banking!!! Can no longer pay my credit via debit card and app won't link my other bank.

I'm not happy with the new version. It feels like someone in marketing trying to justify job/pay. Sometimes, companies should not mess with a good thing. I guess we are stuck with the stupid " Bubble world."

This new app is absolute garbage. On the old app, my husband and I were able to see all of our accounts on just his profile. With the this new app he can only see his accounts and I can only see mine. I have talked to member services and they said that every member has to use their own account and the only way to get things back to the way they were, is to close down my accounts and apply for new ones which will bring my credit down. Thanks for making me regret leaving Umpqua.

Still crashes at launch. version 6.18.2. I uninstalled/reinstalled, cleared any local cache/storage (from app info), etc. All latest updates on my pixel 6.

As someone with multiple accounts, including shared accounts, the display of the dashboard is confusing to look at. It would be useful to be able to edit a name like "shared account" instead of seeing "other account *xxxx"

Please bring back detailed transaction searching. There is no way for me to search for a specific transaction amount anymore. Also edit formatting so each transaction doesn't take up have the screen with a bunch of unnecessary numbers.

The new app looks great and has all the features I liked from the previous app plus a revamp of your spending details/auto labeling transactions. I would use this as my main money managing app if they added custom filters for when you change a transaction category then you have the option to set every future similar transaction under that category as well as the ability to automatically deposit small amounts of funds into savings accounts. These are features Rocket Money has/are keeping me for.

Now with the new app because my husband and I have a joint account I can not access and pay his loans like I have been since my ssn is not attached to it, that now requires us to make a whole separate log in just to pay his one credit card and be able to see all the transactions and balances on it. The old app was way better interface for us since I hand all the account attached to redwood credit union anyways.

Your bank just took a huge step backwards... Like probably a decade or more. The app you're replacing was SO much better than this. Whoever was in charge of choosing this solution should be fired on the spot and you should tell everyone else to revert back to the original app. Seriously, this is garbage and I'm being nice. Unbelievable
