(1) You must log in to the myWisely app or mywisely.com to opt-in to early direct deposit. Early direct deposit of funds is not guaranteed and is subject to the timing of payor’s payment instruction. Faster funding claim is based on a comparison of our policy of making funds available upon our receipt of payment instruction with the typical banking practice of posting funds at settlement. If you have a Wisely Pay or Wisely Cash card (see back of your card), this feature requires an upgrade which may not be available to all cardholders.
(2) While this feature is available without a fee, certain other transaction fees and costs, terms, and conditions are associated with the use of this card. Please log in to the myWisely app or mywisely.com to see your cardholder agreement and list of all fees for more information.

This card service is so horrible. I would not recommend this service. They made an error and made me wait 3 weeks to receive a replacement card. Ask to speak to a manager and hung up in my face. Ask to wait on the phone until the manager was ready, and they hung up again.

This card has been giving me technical issues for the last couple of days. Now I can't retrieve any money from the ATM. I called customer service .....just for them to tell me they're having technical issues and I will need a new card. My suggestion to the Rep was why the Users of this card were not informed of these technical issues ahead of time verses having to call a Rep to explain that your card is not working at the ATM, and you hv to Wait for a new One..🤔

Way too difficult to add your email to your account. Setting up an account did not even require an email in the first place, but an email is NECESSARY to recover your password.

Always been pretty solid for me. One issue they couldn't instantly refund me bc I accidentally paid the wrong bill. They told me it'd take up to a month. I did end up getting the refund.

My job recently required the use of the Wisely card. So far, it has been an easy app to use and transferring funds is simple and fast. However, the card does not have a chip, therefore, i have not been able to use it at certain locations. This is a feature that should be updated with extended use of the Wisely card.

The app worked fine at first then one day it just suddenly logged me out and keeps saying it can't find my account or my password and username don't match. I can log in just fine on the web browser, but not in the app. My employer set up the account, and on the app, it states that accounts set up by employer will not work which makes no sense. This app is useless.

Great app and resources for money management. There are some issues here and there, so what I do is, I also have the ADP app and I can review my Wisely account through there as well. The problems are the back function on Android. The other issues are the screen format when the On-Screen Keyboard shifts the screen, it does not resize or go back and you end up lost in navigation. There could be improvements.

The absolute worst customer service on the face of God's green earth. I have never been so stressed with a service in my entire life. I no longer trust MyWisely with my banking needs. They have no problem declining a legit order I place over the internet (numerous times and yes I had the money in my account to pay for my order). Yet when I do not want a transaction that is "still pending" to not go through, they are powerless to stop it. Was told a dispute team would call me back 2-4 hours. Lies

So far the app is ok. The reason I'm giving one star is bc I should be able to see my entire card number not just the last 4. I have bills that require card number and I can't use it as debit when it is added to my Google pay *Edit to add: the number you gave WILL NOT give out card numbers nor can they overnight cards. So I am running the risk of my bills NOT being paid bc they also don't ship the cards when you sign up. So it's going to be OCTOBER 9TH when I can finally pay my bills again...

I had this app and card for a month. Already, I have had absolutely more trouble than it's worth. I tried to talk to the virtual assistant, it was no help. When I requested an agent, both agents got on and then left chat immediately. Didn't even review my case. Not only that, but I've already had security problems with people making purchases without my consent. Not only that, but sometimes the chat doesn't let me type. This is overall the worst banking app I've ever used!

This app needs an update fix for the 6-digit verification code sent via email or phone number, there's an error upon sending detailed, "There's been an error, we're sorry for the inconvenience. Try again later." It should be noted the problem occurs on the App, website and desktop. This has stopped me from changing info in my profile and also from transferring funds between accounts, thanks hope you see this and get right on it the support team claims there's no alternative option for a fix.

10/5/23 Update. This app is awful, it's not logging in, I need to move money from my envelope to buy groceries and a message keeps popping up The app is ok, I hate how long it takes to open once you log in, or if I have my money in the savings envelope and need to transfer it I'll receive an "oops something went wrong try again later" that's pretty inconvenient. Overall I like that I can add other cards and transfer money between them for my son. If the long login is fixed it would be great.
