Definitely like Credit One. Always come in handy to build up credit. I really like the express payment option because it can be available the next day. I like express payment also because you can pay extra amount over besides minimum payment. Very professional.

Personally I don't think we should be charged for making a payment I think it's b******* especially when you're doing it through the app it's not very customer service Savvy. Using the app should avoid any service fees and such and I think it's inappropriate to charge your customers a fee to make a payment

No problems with the app, or the card. I enjoy having credit behind my bank account, and it's easy to use, and is accepted everywhere I go. The app is very beneficial, and it keeps it simple enough to understand, and is very functional anytime that I use it🙃

Allow me to be perfectly honest in saying "I don't usually write reviews". However, in today's day and age it seems many companies have forgotten that customers have choices in who they do business with. I could go on and on about this subject, but I am confident many of you can relate to what I am trying to express. Credit One is pushing the envelope and informing their competitors of "ok or good is not acceptable". This app is fresh, creative, and easy to navigate after 30 seconds.

My only concern is the messages when adding a bank account is too faint. I had trouble reading it. The last several months I cannot log in unless I Uninstaller and reinstall the app. Otherwise it just keeps saying "Sorry this is taking longer than usual". I have no trouble with other bank apps only this one.

So far so good easy to use and easy to make your payments. Trying to get a hold of customer service and to talk to a person is none.. you get a busy tone Everytime, sometimes I totally regret getting credit cards through them, if anyone can tell me how to get to a live person plz help me, I'm frustrated with it all.

Takes too long to access account has been since I last updated. Removed Screenshot Feature. Enjoyed it and used to keep track of payments and available credit. Just spent over 30 minutes trying to log in and make payments on my 3 cards. Had to Resort to Uninstalling and Reinstalled for it to work. Not the 1st time either.

Received credit and a card in the mail. Was never able to create an account on the app or on web browsers. No customer service or technical support could help without downloading additional programs or apps. Decided to cancel my credit account. It all seems very low budget and scammy. You cannot contact them by email and all representatives have Middle Eastern accents. You will never speak to an American.

Good app at first but now it's so difficult to make a payment. After I sign in, it just keeps trying to load up but for some reason can't. It just keeps saying, Sorry this is taking so long. It's frustrating. I even walked away for one hour. When I came back to it, site was saying the same. Ugh UPDATE The problem seems to have been fixed. Have had NO problems in a quite a while now. The app is VERY user friendly. Thank you Credit One!!!!!

This is one of the buggiest apps I have ever used. Can't believe it's a credit card app. I can't log in, it says Username/password incorrect. But I'm using the same username and password I used for the website. I tried resetting the password on the app and it gives an error. But I can login on the website with the new password. But the website doesn't get a pass either. Because when I try to add my banking information, it kicks me out with an "Error Processing Your Request." Support was no help.

They were the first one to offer me an unsecured credit card to help me fix and maintain my credit. Once I used the card, my only surprise was the 75$ a year fee, which was taken as soon as I used the card. Unexpected, though not an issue. Now, no more fee, the rest of the year... I do recommend CreditOne for anyone looking to help their credit. Mine was quite bad, my Vantage score was only 518.... Thanks CreditOne for helping me.

Out of all the CCA I have, this one is the ABSOLUTE WORST!!! ....90% of the time when I try and log in, it says "sorry this is taking longer than expected. " so I leave the app and return a little later just to discover the same problem. The worst part is that sometimes I'm trying to make the pymt the day before or the day of the due date and forget to go back to it and then NOW I'M frikkin late!!. this has happened twice. I have a flawless pymt history except for this . Pyng off & canceling !!!

Charged me $75 before the card was even delivered and used. I called to close the account because of this and was told that it was in the "Terms & Conditions" of the account. They're still charging me after I asked to close the account. If you're looking for a Credit Card Company that charges ridiculous fees then this is the "One" for you. Credit One Bank is definitely great at horrible customer service. Don't worry Credit One Bank, I'll make sure you earn that $75 in poor reviews everywhere!!!

My experience with Credit One Bank has been tremendously rewarding. I used to be fearful of credit cards from some previous experiences, but Credit One Bank has made it a totally different experience, thanks.

Hate to leave a 1 star review but there has been 1 instance where the app actually opened. It has been down and under maintenance every time I try to open the app. I am currently in south america and cannot login through the website because the security of the site wont let me, giving me an error message stating "forbidden." Im not even sure when my payment due date is now.

First time using the app to pay a balance that is on the card. It's not too difficult to pay by checking account information for a more direct approach, however, I do find it unnecessary to add direct bank information to the payment account. It would be easier to have a debit card # on file. Since we do have the technology to have it there. I will rate a 3 until the payment method changes.

It's never clear WHY such 'live rep fee' of $4.95 is an option every month. There is never an actual person- u have to call. It's just another $$ grab. You must pay this fee in order for your payment to post on time, or pay 7-10 days in advance, or they'll get you with a late fee. Tricky, tricky! It's NOT a live agent, it's a bot chat. This card is good for people with poor credit, otherwise the fees are astronomical. It's nice that they help people with poor credit, get reestablished.
