Works perfectly fine, looks nice. One of the few free FICO scores. Most apps use Vantage which is borderline useless. Only gives you a ballpark range of what your score is really like. I've only knocked one star because the transitions between pages can lack smoothness. Especially when there is one of the little loading boxes. HOWEVER this could be an issue with my older phone. I'll update when I manage to afford a new one.

Easy to navigate and use. If you have a discover card, a smartphone, and a brain then you need this app. I was reading through and it looks like everyone that has problems, has it with the fingerprint scanner. I haven't used that function and haven't had a problem. Never crashes, never had a problem attaching my accounts for payments, and I've never had a problem with a payment going through and the app letting me know. I also have notifications on for all purchases over $10 and no problems.

The app is easy to navigate. I love the products they offer and their customer service, but the app is down to do routine maintenance more often than I'd like, leaving you to have to call in. I also don't like how long it can take for pending transactions to be posted. App can be a tad bit slow when navigating from screen to screen, but generally straightforward and easy to understand. Love it 9/10 times. Edit: maintenance still a constant issue, still slow to show screens & post :/

When I first got the app it was straight forward and had quick load times. I've noticed with the updates it takes much longer to load and navigate through the different options. I do a lot with this app so as time goes on this has been incredibly irritating. I've been hitting a lot of road blocks due to "maintenance" and being close to my due date being unable to access my account through the app for up to three days. I hope they fix what is wrong.

I really like the fact that when you enroll you get like a month at least without a statement! It's really convenient to use the app! Also, you get text reminders when you set it up in the app to text you, every time you make a purchase. The APR isn't as high as the other credit cards that's why I use Discover It. The card was created for people trying to build credit and not having to deal with high interest rates! So over all thank you discover you have done a great job with this one!

The app makes it easy to keep track of what you've spent (and easy to make sure there's no fraudulent charges) and when you need to pay. I have never had any issues or errors with the app either. It's nice that discover also emails you a reminder when payment is due. Plus having the credit score in the app is really nice. It even lets you save proof of payments as picture with a confirmation number if you want to. No complaints.

Pretty clean. Doesn't get boggled down with unnecessary add-ons or such. Everything looks good and straightforward which is a huge plus. Just some minor bugs like maybe I have to click on certain things more than once to see it or when I make a payment, I get a long loading screen and have to check my email to make sure the payment is actually going to go through. Wasn't an issue before. Works pretty well overall and it's easy to use.

Decent app. Used to work really good, but now it's slow and the finger print scanner won't enable anymore for some reason, which makes logging in a pain. And before anyone askes - yes - my scanner works. It will ask me to enable it when I log in, and when I try, right after I select "enable", it will switch back to "disable" immediately afterwards.

I like the lay out of the app a lot. All the information I want to see is easy, and convenient to find. All the features you would expect are there, and so far I haven't had any problems with anything I've tired to do. The only frustrating issue I've found with this app has been with the fingerprint login. It seems like every other time I open the app I have to re enable the fingerprint feature. Not a big deal..just mildly annoying.

The layout is simple to navigate and easy-to-use. I can log in and quickly do what I need to do and log out. Or I can browse through the many options and offers after sifting threw my card and bill info. I regularly set up and use a few features and have not had any problems, issues or glitches. I have several different credit cards and use all their apps. Some are clumsy, some are ok but the Discover app is great. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!

Overall the app does exactly what it says it does, I can make my payments through it and I can see everything going on with my card. I like it. Though lately there's an issue with the messaging feature (to contact the help center) that won't allow it to load unless I uninstall and reinstall the app for whatever reason. I havent run into this problem previously and a friend of mine who also has the app does not have the problem at all so maybe its just a random bug

This app used to work flawlessly! At some random point in time it all went down the drain. Logging In is a pain, takes forever. Fingerprint setting doesn't work. Basically anything I try to change doesn't seem to work, or it'll be stuck on a loading screen for what seems like an eternity. I basically have to do all my stuff on a browser. Don't get me wrong I love Discover as they were my first card, but this app needs changes and quick at that. Please fix the app.

I use this app for both the cashback credit card and banking. In general, the app is slow to load, and requires clicking through many screens to complete a task. With the latest update, I'm having a lot of difficulty capturing check images; the camera viewport moves horizontally when I move my phone vertically and vice-versa, as if inverted. The bill-pay interface is much clunkier than it was in the past; the main bill pay screen does not show which payees have sent out their e-bill.

It's a beautifully designed app. Probably one of the best banking apps I've used. It's just buggy.. A lot of the options prompt me with an error about my account and that I need to call customer service. This happened the second I registered the card. The widgets also are bugged out. The background goes transparent frequently, and if you hit the update button, sometimes it says "Due to special conditions related to your account..." and doesn't work. Other times, the widget works fine.

Update: It keeps getting worse. Just upgraded to the Galaxy S10 thinking that might improve the situation. It did not. The loading time for this program makes it almost unusable. Always a delayed response. Very frustrating. American Express flys by comparison. Very slow to open. Buggy at times. Update, it's getting slower and slower to open. Not the case with any of the other Credit Card applications on my phone.

Takes forever to load. I have to tap multiple times just to see anything. It disables the fingerprint, the fingerprint and code is frequently unavailable. Update No longer a fingerprint option?!? App loads a bit faster than before but still takes awhile if you're constantly going in and out of it. Some features are frequently unavailable. I still have to tap on something multiple times just to do anything.

This app rarely works. The issues have changed over time (a while back it would never load at login, another time it would log me off randomly, lately I can't access rewards) but the bottom line is that it is just plain unreliable and inconvenient. Whenever I call customer service, they recommend for me to uninstall and reinstall it (and that doesn't resolve the issue).

What once was, is no more. This used to be a decent app. Mobile deposits are easy, getting my info is also easy. However, the notification sounds are no more. Nor is there a pop-up notification. The only time I have any idea of a transaction going through is via email, or by a little after-the-fact icon appearing at the top. I wish this would be fixed.
