I've had this app for years, but because I don't use it as often as my husband does now it won't let me in. The only option is "Get Started" I shouldn't have to do it all again just because I haven't used the app as much. It's not an app you should be on everyday, it's not a game. I only check it when need be, such an inconvenience to have to do it all again.

Im 67yrs old and know nothing about new technology. But I was taught how to use my Frost Bank App & have been using it over a year with no problems. My good feelings of myself being able to use a cellphone to do my banking business quickly diminished 4 days ago when my problem began. I am unable to login to the app at all. The wife says app keeps crashing. I dont like change much & want to use my app ASAP!😞

I feel so fortunate to be with Frost Bank. Very helpful with no judgment at all. Very responsive to what I called about The overdraft department Very easy to work with, but the fees are high. I'd never leave Frost regardless.

The bank is phenomenal and its people are who make the difference. The only update I can think of is to allow address, Nick name and account linking via the app, as opposed only by the website. Also, real time chat function, instead of calling, would be awesome. thanks

The app has worked fine for me but I can't say enough about this bank. I went without an income for 6 months while contesting a ruling from the Texas Workforce Commission. This bank, the people, went above and beyond to do whatever they could to help and understand when I was broke and overdrawn. Any other bank, in my experience, would have just kicked me when down, while this bank extended a hand. Thank You Frost Bank!

The UI could be a tad bit better overall. But from someone who has had all the big banks, frost just feels like truly they look out for you. Easy banking and great features for a standard account with DD. Definitely recommend.

Unable to get past the new share location splash screen. Unable to access my account for at least two weeks.

I dont like the new view of the running transactions. The old app had a longer list in smaller font. I like being able to see more at a glance than having a huge font and only see the last 2 or 3 transactions

I've been banking with them for less than a month and it's the best bank I've experienced. The app is even better because I can set up automatic transfers to my savings without thinking about it. And the 24/7 customer service access is the cherry on top!

Don't waste your time downloading this app. The app went from being great, to unable to use. Doesn't update account info for 5 days at a time, or the app is: temporary unavailable, call customer service or something unexpected happened try again later. What's the point in having a banking app if you can't use it!

No frills no thrills just a straight forward design that is easy to use and a clean lay out. I really like the user supplied photos that are used on the splash screen, what a great way to connect to your customer base.

Long time Frost customer and this app is a life saver. App is always working smoothly unlike several others. Have gotten locked out because of my husband's bad memory on his app. But customer service is always very quick to help. The added security is a plus.

The app is tied to my debit card number. When I had fraudulent charges on a card I had NEVER used, the card was frozen. So, I was locked out of the app. Frost customer service was less than adequate. They refused to send a new card, insisting I go to a physical location. Our nearest Frost Bank is an hour away. When I arrived at the bank, they stated that their debit card system was down, and they couldn't generate a new card. Do better please. Do NOT tie the app to the debit card number!!
