Once again the latest app is a monumental leap backwards... The next up will likely include a fax to branch option. Besides the horrible navigation that didn't need to be fixed, they made it really slick how you basically can't log into the app and it doesn't remember who you are and even when it does it takes five times longer than it did 10 years. What a waste of money, falling to the top!

The recent update is TERRIBLE. The NowBlance widget that enabled you to quickly check your balances without having to log in? GONE. The biometric login works about 20% of the time and turns itself off randomly. Access 360 cards no longer show up on the accounts list- if you want to move money around to one of them, you HAVE to do it on the computer. The app is so bad that it's making second-guess who i do my banking with.

Not a fan of the recent rebuild of the app. There's no more transfer button on the landing page, which I really miss. Too many clicks required to see transactions, and the account balance doesn't stay visible as soon as you start looking through the transactions in the account which makes no sense. Old app was much better. Tried too hard to make it look sleek and modern but killed useful functions in the process.

Awful awful awful "improvement" to this app. Runs incredibly slow Usually takes 2-3 attempts to successfully log in with biometrics. Only shows the last 4 or 5 transactions on a screen, instead of letting you scroll through them. There are a lot more issues, but I can't think of them at this moment. Honestly, it's easier to just go to the website. The only thing I use this dumpster-fire of an app for is to deposit checks (which also usually takes 2-3 attempts for it to go through)

Prior to the most recent update I would have rated this a 4 star app. However, there are some bad changes that make me feel obligated to review it just to voice my concerns. It looks unfinished, is less responsive and has crashed twice in my attempts to use it within the span of 10 minutes. (I think ts whenever I minimize it but it's not consistent). They did add a couple of nice features, but it feels unstable.

This app was just about perfect, and was ruined with the new update. Bugs, reliability issues, and poor optimization are rampant. This is a classic case of fixing something that wasn't broken, and the app experience speaks for itself. Even when everything is working as intended, the app is much slower and more disorganized than prior versions. Whoever gave this the green light should seriously re-evaluate their career choice.

This app is miserably bad ever since the big update. Visually, it's very bland. The debits and credits are no longer color coded red and green, which made them MUCH easier to see when you're scrolling through. No more quick balance check from the main screen. For the last few weeks, there's been an error message 100% of the time on the first login attempt. "Review Transfer" button is covered by the keypad. It's terrible! You should switch everything back and fire the person who approved it!

The New app sucks. It's super slow compared to the old one, and there's almost always a bug or error the first time I try to log in. It usually takes 1 attempt, then I have to force stop the app, then it works. Freezes if you try to do anything, so you press whatever button 2 more times, and what do you know, now you've transferred 3 times as much money as you meant to. Also the advances used to be instant, literally seconds. Now it takes about 5-10 minutes.

Don't like the new app at all - sorry 5/3rd but you got this one wrong. I used to like the app. It was user friendly & convenient. This one is cumbersome. Just trying to pay my car payment was awkward. In order to continue, or save you have to hit the phones back button so the screen minimizes so you can find the button. When adding money to the car loan principal, it used to show me what the total amount would be, now you have to hope that you put everything in correctly before you hit ok.

I had to drop this from a 5 to a 1. I don't like a single change they made. I miss the account balance widget! It was a clean UI that made it easy to see my last 10 or so transactions, available balance and pending balance all at once. Now it's bulky and I've got to scroll to see more than a few transactions. If I want to know my pending balance I've got to add up the pending transactions. White screen is hard on the eyes. So much more but I'm out of space to type! In short, I hate the changes!

For years I was able to use the mobile app and deposit checks with ease, but ever since the recent update I have had nothing but issues. So much so that I never even use the app anymore. It glitches and logs you out all the time, especially when in the middle of trying to deposit a check. I have tried talking to customer service 3 times, and they cannot help. If having a working banking app and the ability deposit checks via your phone is important to you, I reccomend banking elsewhere.

Convenient as it is to access my bank account on my phone, more often than not, it takes 2 or more tries before it'll let me in, if it decides to let me in at all. The app's been weird all since the fancy cosmetic update they did a few months ago. Moving money and doing bank stuff is usually fine, but that's only if I can get into the app. Which 90% of the time I cannot. It's always some 'network error' despite being on 4 bars of wifi and a good data signal.

The app is really wonky, especially at launch. It often just hangs, and even force-stopping and clearing the cache does nothing. It usually requires a reboot, then it will be fine for a day or so before hanging at login again. It seems to be getting worse with each new version, not better. Very frustrating.

It's hit or miss if I get notifications regarding acct balance anymore. Never used to be like this. It 100% is not my phone and I checked in the app and all the notification boxes are checked. Some days I get them and some days I don't. I've gotten 6 overdraft fees In the last couple months, 4 of those THIS WEEK. Never got notification. I transfer out of a joint acct I share with my husband after I had identity fraud it was just safer this way. They will not remove the charges. Fed up with 5/3.

Starting about a week ago, I can no longer make mobile deposits. I reinstalled the app twice, but after I scan the check and put the amount in, when I click continue the app crashes and goes back to the login screen. I've seen one other person online with the same problem. 05/06/23: UPDATE Thank you for the new update. I just deposited a check. 🥳

seems if it's not one thing it's another. haven't been impressed with this app for a year or 2 now. sometimes it won't recognize my fingerprint, won't let me log in at all, recently the app rebooted when I would try to do a mobile check deposit bit I think the recent update fixed that... not a big fan of the darked out background but it's not a deal breaker... at least put it in the settings to make it an option. better this app than nothing I suppose

Updating...the new now balance widget is a terrible idea. Who thinks it's OK to have your information shown on a huge widget? As before, I said the slide from the side option at least kept it hidden to people who didn't know it was there. Now a huge white box ? 😅 please. Fix the app. It has been garbage since it was changed. I get no notifications of any activity even though I have it set to get notified of every transaction I get none. Just go back to the old one.

The app was awesome for so long! After the big update, the app is terrible. My notifications keep turning off and none of the options save. They got rid of the widget which was literally my favorite part. The app takes forever to load sometimes. Something as important as your baking should work right, and all the time!
