Description of CareCredit Mobile

Now there's a simple, convenient way to manage and use your CareCredit credit card. With the CareCredit Mobile App, you can access your digital card, pay your bill, find enrolled providers and retail locations that accept CareCredit, set alerts and pay bills from participating doctors and healthcare providers in the network. With a new, vibrant and simple design, the CareCredit Mobile App offers features such as:

Easy Set-Up and Login Access
• Securely log into your CareCredit account with your username and password then enable fingerprint login to make logging into the app more convenient. If you’ve never accessed your account online; tap, “I’ve never logged in before” to get started.
• Looking for help or information about the app? Simply tap the "?" icon at the top right of the login screen to access contact information, login assistance, and FAQs at any time.

Secure Digital Card Access
• Your CareCredit credit card is preloaded when you log in. Just access the Summary and swipe down to view your digital card.

Just found out that my account was closed no notification or nothing had 2500 credit Balance was only 550 the automatic robot said that interest charges and payment past due but my payments are current except this last one which due on 27 paid on 28 . Was happy with this card now im mad that messed up can't even get hold of a live person only robots .

FIX THE GLITCH IN THE APP CareCredit app has started sending the same "payment due" notification repeatedly even though there is no payment due. I've uninstalled it, reinstalled. Still happening.

I had an emergency dental appointment And the cost was $800.00. I couldn't pay the balance. The clerk advised me about a care credit card. Wow! I can pay in a term period and pay no finances charges. I did pay very comfortably.

Horrific Call experiece, everytime you make a payment you have to call to allocate your payment to the proper promotional. No way to do this yourself online. So you call and spend 10+ min trying to convince the robot you need a human. Such a pain in the neck. Either allow me control over where payments go, or have an option to skip the robot on the phone.

Not knowing my minimum monthly payment was only $35.00 this care credit closed my account after paying @150.00 every month on time. I had only $30.00 dlls in my checking account and they closed it without letting me know.

Can't download statement PDFs! Also app spams and you can't disable it even when you opt out of promotional push notifications. Now I had to disable all notifications, and have to worry of missing payment dues.

Very poor app. Didn't show charges and only showed balance once. When I went to activity then it wouldn't show balance anymore. If you get paper statements then you can pull up statements on the app

Ap works fine except for when you pay off your balance, the stupid thing keeps telling you a payment is due. I log in three days after it's cleared to see it's zero balance but I'm still getting notifications. I simply turn notifications off but they should fix that issue.

2022 Excited to begin taking charge of my finances! Its 👍 great to have this card but now it's 2023 of August, I have noticed a lot of finances charges and could not keep up so I had to transfer a large sum of the credit I used to avoid further finances charges to my other credit card and feel so much better! 👍it's helpful, but finance charges are not! Watch out!

Subpar experience with App. Found out that if you make a payment two weeks in advance (And it isn't in the same month that the payment is due, but it is in the same billing cycle as the payment due) the app doesn't register it as a payment and you will be charged a late fee. $30-$40. Happened in July, thought it was a fluke, but then happened again in August. The due date is the 8th of the month, so if I pay 9 days before the due date I will get a late fee.

Customer service tells me app has to be Uninstalled because there are updates and your programmers lack the ability to provide an update. Thus the user has to delete the program when there are updates. It's 2023 and I have to delete a program to put on the new version. Besides that, the app refuses to connect to my bank account, has for weeks. Error message. Customer service will hang up on you and seems to be ignorant of programming in general. EDIT: uninstall/reinstall fixed NOTHING.

My cat needed emergency performed last year that was estimated to be around $7,000. Luckily, I had taken pet insurance out on him a couple of months before; I was reimbursed 80% of the balance. CareCredit approved the amount I needed immediately with deferred interest for a year so long as the amount was paid in full by the promotional end date. The online app is user-friendly, easy to make payments, ask for increases, and calculate how much is needed to pay monthly until payoff is completed.

The auto pay feature doesn't work so I have had multiple late fees, the amount of interest they charge is insane, and they charge card security, but I don't even have a card. This app and company are the worst. Can't wait to cancel

I learned about care credit in 2016 from my vet when my puppy jumped off of a picnic table and broke his leg. Since then, they have added other providers for things like dermatology, eye doctors and such. I can tell you the app is soo much easier than having to log in on the browser all the time. It is easy to navigate. I can also show my card from the app rather than have it with me when I forget my wallet.

App is ok, it doesn't update balance and payments made in a timely manner. Made 2 payments within 2 weeks and got emails saying they posted to my account. Only to log in and find no updated information. Customer service is non existent, they don't return emails, try and force you to deal with a dam automated machine to get anywhere. Supper predatory interest rate of 26.99% and a credit score of 720 it should have been 7% or less. They care less about you than you think they do.

App usually will not open. When I open my phones home screen I frequently get a dialog box stating that "care credit keeps stopping". This happens without attempting to open the app. I have forced stopped the app, uninstalled/reinstalled the app and restarted my phone several times. The app opened for me several times yesterday but today it's back to not opening and displaying the keeps stopping dialog box. As of now it's kinda useless. Ok, I finally got tired of fighting this app and deleted it

I installed this so I could pay a CareCredit bill in the most convenient way possible. Why 2 stars? (1) No autopay. Seriously. Every banking app has autopay except Synchrony. (2) No app notifications that say "Hey your payment is almost due". This is why I got hit with a $30 late fee. (3) They're all too happy to push notifications for stupid sweepstakes you will never win. Next time I'll just have my bank send checks.

This app has been trying to open and crashed constantly over the last several days, draining my phone battery to zero every day. I've not even been trying to open the app, it's doing this on it's own. I only found it by checking problem apps to figure out why the battery is draining.
