I was looking forward to trying out the visual redesign but was sorely disappointed. The switch to card navigation with 6+ cards is very confusing. I never know where the specific info is that I'm looking for. The vertical layout was so much more user friendly. Another issue is the lack of UI polish. It seems like you shipped a pre Alpha version. Edges are rough, graphs are jagged and the resolution on some images looks way too low. Most importantly, the brutal use of ads. They are everywhere!

User friendly but not so intuitive. This app has a lot of features that seem helpful on the surface (list of transactions, budget, monthly spending, etc). But its has problems getting data from several of my accounts in the last year or two. And it doesn't always remind me within a few days of an upcoming bill (usually reminds several weeks out which is not so helpful). These two things have made it lose a lot of its usefulness for me in the last year. It used to be a good app.

It's impossible to delete... I'm so irritated. I wish I could puke the anger building in my gut from the email code, and the whole prosses of 'breaking off' is taking so long. The app allows you to program shopping patterns to an extent that it will automatically sort charges. It makes a visual graph. 🤷‍♀️ It's not needed or helpful for myself. I and several other family members would not recommend this. After bringing it up, others had apparently tried it before me and exited...

Been using mint for more than a decade and it's solid especially in browser. Recently the app has been sliding at a quicker pace though (the 1st-time-opening-prompts mint rolled out a year ago are still activating every time I open the app - I've been leaving feedback for the whole year it's been happening and it happens on all my devices so it's not limited to a device) - my desire is for intuit to put more effort into broadening the mobile settings

My original review was 5 stars and stated "Exceptional. I only have one issue and that is that it does not show the credit offered on ALL of my credit cards. It only shows the credit on my discover card." I would like to change that and say that this app is a real mess now. There are duplicate transactions all over the place, nothing is being put in the right budgets, for some reason it labels dollar tree as Dollar Tea Club and puts it under subscriptions... still better than doing this by hand.

Not great. App always miscategorises transactions and i spend quite a bit of time relabelling transactions, despite creating rules. Also constantly lost connection with accounts. Very many instances of "Try again later" when trying to connect accounts. Not easy to keep track of money and credit when most of the data is not up to date and can't be corrected.

Good at tracking funds - when it will open!! The last few days, I keep getting an error message saying error - failed to connect to server. I may delete the program and reload one time before dumping the app forever. Update: I have reinstalled the app several times, tried to connect to the link in your response and get the same response: Unable to sign in. Failed to connect to server." Pretty much had it with Mint.

The app could use some theming options, especially a dark mode. Other than that, Mint is still the best budgeting app in my opinion and also the cheapest despite the bloated features such as credit card offers. Ad-free for a dollar is way better than the competition. If you use TurboTax, Credit Karma, etc. it's even better because you only have to give your information to one company, which has better data security than the competition as well. No Plaid or third party services required.

I am SO DONE with this app. I've used it for several years now, and it just can't be relied on for budgeting and tracking. It constantly misses transactions, especially my income. I go in and correct stuff all the time, and it still keeps missing. I make sure all my accounts are correct, but still the same. So frustrating. Uninstalling.

This is a really useful app to have for tracking your finances, especially when you are a beginner starting off. The simplicity of mint and the amount of time you save not having to manually input every transaction into a budget spread sheet is wonderful. Mint is also easily accessible on both my phone and my computer which is very helpful when I am both on the go and at home. I don't really use the credit score feature as I use credit karma to track that, but everything else has been great.

Not as useful as you might think. Feels like plate spinning, keeping all my accounts properly connected. Then my student loans get offloaded to a new provider, so I get a 3-month hole in the data and a discontinuity between the "old" loans and the "new" loans. Assets last forever. I sold that car 2 years ago, but I still haven't found the way to remove it (probably on desktop 😝.)

I've been using Mint for years; it's a pretty great budgeting service. Unfortunately, the app itself seems to be slowly going downhill. Every update (at least once a week) resets in-app tutorials and requires a resync of all my accounts. Not major problems, but still annoying to open the app and hope to check something quickly, only to be forced to wait 3-4 minutes for everything to reload and have to click 'Got it' on each little tutorial prompt.

I absolutely love Mint. As a service, it is wonderful. It helps me budget and make better financial decisions. The desktop site is awesome. The mobile site is barely usable. The app? Useless. It is impossible to do anything on this app. It's clunky and not intuitive. It needs to be completely redesigned from the ground up. I'd be willing to pay for a premium app if Intuit would just focus on creating a solid mobile app experience.

When i first set it up or worked great, showed the past 3 months, automatically sorted expenses reasonably well, and had a suggested budget, I only tweaked a little... but nothing works since. No new transactions have appeared since first set up. Paychecks in, purchases, etc all missing. It's been a week now and nothing has shown. Into a new month and it's not keeping track of anything at all.

This used to be the best app out there for money management and budgeting. It had all the integrations to your banks and could be used to get into some great detailed views. Unfortunately it has lost most of that. The integrations don't work, even major bank accounts hardly ever update and the app is a nightmare to try to resolve anything in. The charting system also was simplified to a point that it's practically useless. Intuit cut it to the bones.

I've been using for about two weeks so I'm still transitioning from my old system. I've been liking it so far and haven't had any major issues. I like being able to link accounts and spending gets updated. Reasons for only 4 stars, can't budget/plan for the next month I'd love to be able to set up my next months budget a few days early. I also wish there was ways to customize it a bit more like if you do a budget to zero method you could set it up that way.

I have used mint for over a decade, but for the last two years, it does not track offline bills. It somewhere saves them, because I'll get a reminder that a "bill is due" but it will not integrate that data into the budgeting system and you cannot see the offline bills anywhere. I have asked them to fix this and followed there troubleshooting solutions to no avail. Very disappointing.

It's good but really need the sub categories to display separate. Huge difference between money spent on eating out vs groceries. Why lump together? I should be able to see Starbucks, Amazon, etc to better identify over spending habits. Edit: Yes I added budgets so I could see sub categories in more detail, but this feels like a workaround. Maybe give us the option to select which sub categories we see in the pie chart? I really don't like groceries and restaurants being lumped as one on pie
