HATE HATE HATE the update. I used Prism for a few years and it helped me tremendously to get out of debt. Loved it. Recommended it to anyone that would listen. But this update is awful and I deleted it. Everything looks exactly the same, it's nearly impossible to differentiate what each is now without all the colors, its harder to navigate, and it doesn't have everything broken down the way I need it to anymore (I need to know which bills are due in which pay period, not the whole month).

I have used this app for a couple of years to pay most all of my bills, and had been recommending it to others as well. Have had a couple payment issues, but those were resolved by support, even if it was slowly. However, this latest update has made the app almost unusable. Super slow and laggy. Crashes often, and just not intuitive like before.

The new update is horrible. I was able to overlook the slow additions of new billers and syncing issues, but the new look and layout makes me not even want to continue using prism. I hope it gets fixed or reverted back to how it was. Edit: If I could give a star, I would. The developers have not addressed any issues that arose from recent updates. I honestly feel like they've jumped ship. It's really disappointing because this app was SO good before. I hope they wake up.

In the beginning this was a great app. I loved the bill pay option. I even donated some money to keep it going. Then there were issues that froze the screen to where I couldn't use it. I uninstalled and reinstalled and had to re-enter all my bills again. Only got some on there before there were more issues. Now the main screen is frozen again. Not worth the headache. Going back to reminder alarms and direct pay. Fix your issues Prism.

This app used to be amazing. I've had it for 6 years. Now it's trash. It stopped giving me notifications (notifications for this app are turned on). This has caused me to miss many payments. I'm just going to put my bill reminders on my Google calendar. My calendar never fails me. I've paid too many late fees because of this app. Everyone has the same complaints, yet the developer refuses to fix the issue. They would rather give a computer generated response that sounds like they care.

I really don't like the new update. The colors are jarring (there's so much blue that its almost hard to read) and its not as user friendly. Before, it was amazing, loved it, no issues for since I got it a year ago. Edit: the new color is so much better and calming (it's a deep purple) and once I've adjusted to the app, it's just as handy, I just still prefer the old set up bc it's what I had for over a year

Been using prism for years. New update is a step backwards in usability. It's over simplified in comparison to the older version which means accounts are harder to manage and find in the menus. There is no easy way now that I can tell to see the breakdown of each category of loans, credit, bank, other accounts. If there is a way and I can't find it, then I think it drives my point home that usability has taken a step backwards.

This app is basically unusable. When it doesn't freeze, it's very slow. Also, bills from linked billers don't show up on your calendar until the new bill is available. Until then, why not show an estimated amount due? Or even just show last month's amount due? Without this, it's impossible to actually see your entire budget for the month until the month ends... Unless you want to enter all manual billers... But what's the point when I can do that on a spreadsheet?

I have used this app since 2014 and if I had an issue it was resolved quickly and efficiently, and I had recommended several people to use this app. Like many other reviewers, since the update with BillGo it had been horrible. It's hard to navigate, features lock up while loading and you have to force close the app, billers do not sync properly, and more. If it asks you to update a biller with a new password, even if it's correct, it does not update. The app is not responsive. I'm sad to say I may have to look for a new app because I do not want to miss any of my bills, which has already happened. The bill simply dropped off the calendar for payment. To sum it up, this "new" Prism is no longer reliable or user friendly.

It has definitely helped me keep my fiances on track. It is simple, easy to use. It is perfect for tracking monthly bills but not so complicated that you want to delete it. I like that i can see a list or a calender of my months expenses. I love that you can set notifications three weeks ahead, especially for the annual or bi annual bills. I am never caught be surprise. I have tried alot of other budget / bill pay apps. This one is the best.

Looks good but (so far) functionality is reduced. I preferred seeing all upcoming bills. Also I have more billers, not less that always have sync issues. While this is to be expected with security per biller, they don't seem to get resolved quickly or at all. I depend on and trust this app to keep me out of trouble getting bills paid. There have been a few instances now where I've missed paying due to issues syncing the biller or not seeing the bill occur.

I really dislike the new UI (mobile). This app was what kept me up to date on all of my bills. I could switch months and see what was upcoming so easily. It now only shows the month, and the number of bills. I can only see 2 at a time beneath the calendar without having to scroll down. This used to be 4.8 stars, and would be 5 if it weren't glitchy...but I was able to look past that because it really did help me. I even recommended the app to several people. Horrible update. I'm def frustrated

Lately, it seems like I'm having more and more issues. Bills not syncing, therefore causing me to miss payments Certain billers not able to be paid through the app. I can't even get an updated bank balance from the latest updates. I get that online security is a big deal and because of that, your system has to adapt. But the old interface, albeit ugly, was much more functional. Users beware. This was a great app. But now they've got a long ways to go to be the best it used to be.

Constant bugs, useless customer support that doesn't resolve issues long term. Constantly runs me in circles when I try to add new bills. Difficult to change bills without running in to problems. Once paid bills disappear. There is no way to see a complete list of the bills that I have entered and see what is paid and what needs to be paid. I just want a bill teacher with a complete list of my monthly bills that I can edit and Mark as paid. There had got to be something better out there. I've used this app for almost a year and it was great at first but now I run in to constant problems.

Found this app in January and instantly fell in love with it. Was easily 5 stars.I loved the UI, it was intuitive, and it was fast. Then at the beginning of February they updated the app and it was all down hill from there. Now it's crazy slow and doesn't show half the cool stuff it did before. EDIT: Seriously, what are y'all doing? Now it's even worse as it won't load each section without exiting and going back in

The update is terrible! I couldn't find where to update a biller's password, so I had to archive it and set it up again. Constantly having to switch screens instead of just opening to where I want is a major inconvenience. The UI is no longer compact and easy to navigate. Notifications are horrible and don't work a lot of the time. Also, the biggest problem is now there are fees! There wasn't even a warning that there would now be fees imposed to use different forms of payment to pay my bills.

It's been since May of 2021 since my main payment accounts have synced. They sync with other services, so this is a Prism issue. While support is nice, they (DEVS) haven't actually DONE anything about it. Since the major overhaul of the app, it's been horrible. It may have been great in 2018, but it is unusable due to the inability to sync, and/or the need to reconnect to accounts repeatedly. I finally had to give up and would STRONGLY advise anyone looking for a bill pay app to look elsewhere.

This app was amazing until the latest update. I used to be able to see everything at a glance, and aside from the occasional and unavoidable issue of banks not playing nice with 3rd party apps, everything was great. Now, the ui is prettier, and barely usable almost the definition of form over function. Seeing 3 bills at once just isn't good enough. Worst of all, any bill takes over a minute to open up, and that's assuming it doesn't lock up the app completely. Latest update is trash.
