It's very disappointing, this is the second time I am using this app and account the app is loading and it's closing automatically to the home screen after long again I downloaded the it's still the same, I not going continue with the account, because I am unable to my transactions on time due this issues

The worst of the worst. I have applied USD account and it was not mentioned that it is chargeble. I wanted stop that account. I've sent an email. No any answer. Seems like it's a fish market. I do not recommend at all. Very hard to find deposit machines in some areas. Totally uncomfortable to use.

Not so reliable. In time of emergencies you cannot count on their service. This is the only bank I know that takes holiday on online transactions. Customer care are too difficult to reach. Also, they will offer free "Current Account" but really not, they charge monthly.

The current account opening process is so tedious, I scanned the Emirates ID then now to scan your face, it doesn't capture the face, even though I'm on a white background and camera is 30MP, the button to take picture doesn't work and when you try to click it twice it crashes the app, then you have to restart again the process of capturing EID, tried 3 times, same issue happens and I just stopped the account opening process

Very bad app. The process is very long and hard. I had to call the call centre more than 7 times to fix the problems of the website and app. It is a terribly stupid process with many restrictions that aren't even mentioned anywhere. How am i supposed to know that i must verify my account by accessing the website. How am i supposed to know that i shouldn't use chrome for verification! The app doesn't even work properly. The offers aren't even worth it.

The app always crashed when opened and blackout screen pop up. Even if we are luckly to get into the app, after registering the details unfortunately we can't scan the Emirates ID. Many of my friends are going through similar issues. Please fix ASAP. Thanks

CBD is very fast in online money transfers. App is user friendly. Adding new payee and making payment simultaneously can be done. I am using app for my credit card and find balance transfer at good rate and very easy without calling to call center or anyone. later come to know that Loyalty points Rewards have also added. So far very happy using app

New Emirates ID is showing doesn't look like Emirates ID, please update app with UAE Pass Login to submit Emirates ID or Update the app to recognize the new Emirates ID

I recently opened a new account with CBD Bank and I am very impressed with their internet banking platform. The platform is easy to use. I have also found the customer support to be excellent. I have had to contact them a few times with questions and they have always been quick to respond and helpful. Overall, I am very happy with my experience with CBD internet banking. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and easy way to manage their finances.

Pls don't open any zero balance account. Zero balance account won't stand alone It's linked with other accounts if you don't maintain minimum monthly balance there will be a deduction of 26.25 every month Account closing charges also levied

Hi . In this application i cant update emirates id . Showing like looks like not an emirates id . Can u tell me how can i solve this issue

Terrible app. Not user friendly at all. If you are planning to take credit card this app will.make sure you loose your money. How? I have been trying for months to update my emirates id and it does not work. Terrible. Experience. God knows who designed this thing. There is no button to take a snap and send to cbd for emirates id update. Only the app will take a photo itself and keeps thworing the message that this is not a valid emirates id. Stay away from cbd.
