LBank is a Hong Kong exchange, apparently it is not a regulated exchange, which does not prevent the exchange from presenting a wide range of trading pairs. Its platform is very pleasant, I don't particularly know its platform very much, I can say that despite an unregulated exchange it is not prevented from operating and has a relatively good volume of trades, this is due to the fact that the exchange has low rates in comparison those charged by other exchanges and also for having several currencies listed, which always attracts users to any exchange, as those who trade prefer the exchanges that give the option to trade in several pairs and with different currency options. My first impression is that LBank has a nice and uncomplicated platform to use it, which is already a good advantage for those looking to negotiate without much complications. It may be a good option, but it still requires a lot of way to stand out among the major exchanges on the market.

I also am having problems with ID authentication and "poor signal". It took a couple hours to get the ID photos to finally load with the "poor signal". When I went to add bank, it wouldn't take because they put my last name in front with no space in between(TucaoJarol). Deleting if my name is not fixed by tonight. (Update)They did the same thing for the second authentication and still can't link my bank. Makes this app useless ans been deleted.

I loved the app at the beginning but I can only rate it 1 ⭐ because is frustrating when ever (i e when the target is met) I want to sale or buy. It will not trigger it. I really want you guys to see to it so that the buying and selling will be better and easier. If not that I cannot rate zero star I would have done so. I will use my money and enter trade but selling it will become a problem even when the target is met same goes to buying.

Actually i thaught of give 0 stars but i am not able to do it . If any onr want to loose ur money i recomed to install this money i lost my 20 dollors in it just due to reason, unable to login . And the service is one of the worst they dont respond to you . Pls dont install and invest in this app

After opening the app, it prompted me to download and update.... The update gave me a choice between Google Play and Google Play.... Another words, they created a shadow app to somehow manipulate the programming. Thanks for all your security Google.

I have over $14000 in funds in my account. I have attempted to withdraw $2000 of those funds. It has been a week, when I contacted customer service I told to be patient. This app is a scam. Don't waist your time or your money. Update. I have contacted customer service multiple times and now my account has been disabled with all funds lost. What a complete scam. Save your money and time.

I received a notification to update the app. Got logged out after the update. Was able to reset my password but was surprised that my crypto got lost. Customer service representative refused to provide help. I told them to cancel the duplicate account and keep the old account with the crypto. No help. Scammer. Your reply was irrelevant. I just want to log in to my account.

I'm stuck with over $20 in dust balances, support doesn't help (what a surprise), sell orders only allow a few decimal spaces and no option to sell all. Exorbitant withdrawal fees, KYC is sketchy at best. Caveat Emptor. I'd avoid the headache.

Can not login after latest update. Captcha time out error appears. Further, there is too.much balance kept idle as dust balance in many currencies purchase and sold. Arrange to conver the dust balances to USDT or LBank

This just a useless platform..$1200 lost last year, when I suppose to login and sell my asset, they did not allowed me, not until the market went down and to add to my injury, the had to to a reverse split in that asset till everything went to $0.00.. If you want to lose your money on trade you're welcome..
