With the Mobile Banking App, your bank is always with you. A quick balance check, transfer to your savings or paying a bill: the app does it all. For personal and business accounts.

Lots of tools and features

• You can confirm orders with your mobile.

• Super simple transfers, withdrawal overview and scheduling of savings orders.

• Paid for your friends? Create a payment request and get your money back.

• If you want to, you can look ahead 35 days and see your future transactions.

• The app has its own daily limit, which you can set and change.

• It’s all there: you can pay, save, borrow, invest, get a credit card and even view your ING insurances.

• Want to fix something quickly? Like blocking your card or changing your address? Just do it in the app, it’s easy as pie.

Are my details safe and secure in the app?

Yes, your banking is done via a secured connection. No personal details are stored on your phone or tablet. If you always use the latest version of the app, you enjoy optimal security and the latest features.

Activation only takes a moment
You don’t need much to activate the app. Just a Dutch current account at ING, access to My ING and a valid identity document. This can be a passport, an ID card from the EU, an ID card for foreign nationals, a Dutch residence permit or a driver’s license.

We've gotten to the point where you have to pay for a service that is not accessible 80% of the time. Edit: dear Sylvia, asking what doesn't work at this point is tantamount to spitting in my face. Don't even try to open that playbook with me. The amount of "Sorry for the inconvenience" messages is ridiculous.

Used to be a tool for doing my banking. Now every single time I open the app there is multiple add-like information sections informing me of stuff I'm not interested in. From how not to get scammed to how not to participate in illegal activities. Only thing lacking in the app now is short videos of woman dancing while wearing little to no clothes.

I have been trying to activate my app and upload my document(My passport and my Residence permit)for the past 5 days but the app always logs me out after scanning. Gone to a service center and they couldn't help.

This week I got a warning that I need to prove my identity by scanning the NFC chip, but this does not work and now they threaten to block my account. Why is this needed? I've been a customer for over 10 years and showed my passport when I opened the account. I will switch to another bank who won't threaten to block my account because of some stupid process

its a good app but my only really big thing with it is that in the log of income and outcome where you can scroll through the dates to see what you spent that day, is not in chronological order, its random. so you'd have to actually click on the transaction and look in the details what date its from. i have abn amro app as well. there it shows it in the right order of when it happens.

Can't pay, deposit and withdraw. Nothing is working and its taking too long to fix. Other than that all works as expected. Big room for improvement: add a virtual card for businesses. The app is again not working! Every time I travel to Spain. What's worse is that ING doesn't offer any alternative to access the account. If I try to log into my account in a browser, it still requires me to open it in the app. This is just a bad architecture right there

Major unsolved UX issues for years. Scrolling down on homepage hides search bar irrecoverably. Big ads on homepage alter layout&move buttons around randomly. When searching through transactions, cannot immediately see results after entering a query because they overlay a "Total" popup on results. Can't redo transfer from history without re-typing amount and message, and if you try to copy amount/message from the old transfer, tough luck, not possible, you can only copy all the info at once.

Can't edit anything during account application. Have to do from beginning again and again. Waste of time.

Mostly good. Except, when authorising an iDeal payment, it fails about half the time and logs into my account details instead.

app kept bothering me to write a review, so here it is: its a regular banking app, nothing special about it. only ING is the bank with the most outages in the Netherlands so if you appreciate the availability of your bank's online services, you should go elsewhere.

I have the app installed and it shows that and I can open it and I can use it like normal but the app doesn't show up in my apps. Edit I can find the app when I search in my phone settings but that's the only way except the Play Store ofcourse

I NEED HELP...already had account on my old phone and deleted it then installed the app on my new phone after i log in many times and taking picture of my id still keep saying unsuccessful. What's wrong with this app? Help ASAP PLS....... Problem solved got it back now

I do not recommend this bank. because the previous balance is not visible like in other banks. and it is shown on the screen that you have received a refund but there is actually nothing. Terrible bank.

This app is 70% of bugs, ID card and personal card not can not checkt no control near to how you send a picture to very sensitive information without any security Connection is open and naked send over the hole internet on the cloud server with low budget of encryptie key is 20years old why not invest on new keys with no bugs

Why not let your customers know on your website that this service is not available ?!?! Slow to set up....4 days waiting now....3 more days now. It is easier/quicker to get a new payment card than to install an app. One day ing will join us in the modern era.

Reviewing mode with scanning documents (European ID) is not working. Says it takes 10 minutes but never get a reply. Please fix bug and make activation process clear, transparent and faster. Lost half a day already.

Being English I'm not used to monthly charges for having a credit card. I'm especially not in favour of monthly charges for holding a bank account when by law I don't have a choice. And the interest I receive on my savings is laughable. When the charges you pay work out higher than the interest you receive then you know it's time to get out. I'll be ditching the ING and all Dutch banks for a service that doesn't openly rip you off and pays decent interest on your savings.

Switch account button has been removed. Instead of 1 single intuitive click, it now takes 5 just to switch between privatevand business account. Whoever made that up probably needs some new training in UI design. Just roll that change back, and maybe start implementing the ability to use business cards for nfc payments? Waiting on that for over 10 years now.
