Do not use this service. They are very bad and not trust worthy. First transaction will go through the second time won't and they will take your money from your bank and tell you technical issue . Transaction take days and hours to complete not instance

Very bad experience.Just cheating.I send some money and they deduct 69aed extra.checked them and they said it tax. My suggestion to everyone don.t use this app it is not save.they get your card details even does,t send OTP.

I would rate it one star. I can't register with my Pakistani number. Why are you not enabling transfer from Pakistan to other countries. Even my mail has got registered but I can't do anything without entering the phone number

Designed to steal information. First time I use the app it took all of my information including a photo of my license and immediately locked me out of using the service can only assume that this is some scam designed to steal user information from outside the country and I recommend anyone who has put their information in here contact Interpol immediately

It was okay at first but now not so much if not for the slightly better rate I b would still prefer world remit. As I write it's been 11 hours I sent money to my mum for medical reasons and it is still pending. I had to let a friend and thru world remit and it went thru.The whatsapp never gets a response the toll number never gets picked up by anyone and when you send an email you get an auto response and no one reaches out. My mum would have been in a bad situation... They are the worst ever

It was Super easy & very time savings while transfer money with just some finger press. Though when u want an account to be Open- they want some proof as of ur documents must need to match & same in all record they ask for. But i am happy with their quick Transfer service & highly recommended to use it 👍😊. Thanks. Peo_ U.A.E.

Unbelievable. I tried using this after my wife referred me. It has to be the worst p2p app. I tried sending money from my US account to my personal account in Nigeria and it was rejected. What is further troubling is I got on to customer service and on several occasions I was told it would be resolved shortly. I contacted them several times and after two weeks, I was told it cannot be reopened. I strongly believe they are collecting customers data and personal information. Be careful

I was really reluctant to use Taptap Send due to the very negative comments I read about them. I decided to try them with little amount, and I was impressed with the speed at which the money was received. I have now made three transactions with them in a sing day, and my experience has been excellent so far. I will let you know if anything changes.

Worst overall! Just curious to try but it is the worst decision I have ever made! Customer service is bad! Email gives the same generated answer! There is no way or direct answer how the money I sent was pending upto now! Since 2 days!! No option to get it back! Again OVERALL WORST! NOW I LEARN HOW TO REVIEW FIRST BEFORE MAKING DESICION. SCAMMERS, BEEN 3 DAYS NOW AND STILL NO UPDATE TO WHAT HAPPENED! WOW!!!

Beware – Identity Theft Concern – They will entice you with a favorable transfer rate. You’ll provide your name, address, phone number, email address, copy of your ID, picture, and banking details. Your transfer will fail and they will suspend your account with no explanation except that they closed your account due to security reasons. They will then cease to communicate with you. They will tell you that they are required to keep your personal information for an undisclosed period of time.

I tried to send over 500€ with my credit card which normal would require a pushTan verification from my bank but TapTapSend this isn't possible because pushTan verification would normally appear on my personal bank app which means you have to leave the taptap app to verify your transaction but once you leave the taptap app, your transaction on taptap is already logged out which means transaction cancelled. There are 2 ways to verify on pushTan but Only one is on taptap
