Fantastic app. The rates are the best on the market I found. The fee is next to nothing and consistent regardless how much you send. Money transfers relatively quick to destination, although not instant. I recommend you pay a debit card rather than a bank transfer, this process is complex.

Excellent APP. Worst customer services!!!!!! If you have an issue with your transfer, don't even bother to contact them. Most likely, they will ignore you in live chat. It will show connected to an agent, but the agent will not bother to contact you. Very annoying and worst customer services.

The App is lovely and you get good rates HOWEVER not been able to finalise transactions on the app sucks. Cos you have to be taken to aweb payment page, where you then enter card details every time you want to send money, its really not convenient. Everything shld done on app, then one can opt to keep card details on the app but input the security code and finalising transfer.

Downloaded the app completed the registration but unable to upload any documents and therefore not able to complete the transfer process. Tried contacting the help centre despite saying that they will respond to my query in under a minute, guess what 10 minutes later still no response. So I uninstal the app. If they can't be bothered to respond to a simple question, why trust them. It deserves a zero really. Not amused

It is waste of time to use this app. You need to put everything ,no privacy left. If you are sending monet into someone's account still you need to provide your own ID receiver's ID and their expiry date place of birth etc . That means you have to fill it like a job application form.

NEVER MAKE A TRANSFER. If you don't want to lose your money. The customer service is bad. They will give you stupid excuses after you make a transfer. They will be asking to provide unnecessary documents in which other transfer will never ask you. Your ID is ok for them. You can't get your money back immediately after you cancel your transfer. You have to wait 3~5 working days before you can get your money back fully. You guy's should try Taptap. They are the best at moment. Shameful.

its okay that you give high exchange rate. but you are too slow in customer service. First impressions was the worst impression i ever crashed. definitely not using this app and your service and i will not allow people to use your service.... You cant even change the receivers name for 3..4 hours. shame on you.

The app is good, my only challenge is when they ask you for additional information like ID and others, it can be annoying. Your money just hangs in there. Many times l will send an email, l will not get a response until you call. How many times do l keep sending my ID, when they have it as at the time l registered. I got tired, uninstalled the app. Right now l use a better and more efficient method in sending money with high exchange rate.

Its the best app sending money to asia from europe.... very fast within 15 minute the money goes to bank account. I was using another app but after i found it i never looked that again.. Thanks ACE... the rate is a bit low than other but fee is expensive there. So in average this becomes same.. please add to remove the name list in app.. i dont need the name in my list.. for 1 time transaction also... i never can remove it...

Beware the company is a fraud. I tried to send £1000 abroad. However, were not sent through when I asked they said they transfer the funds back into the account when I checked it wasn't there, then they told me to send my bank statement its been a week now no reply. Absolutely shocked of its customer service, we will definitely not be using this app again!

I am giving 5 stars to this app. the interface if the app is very user friendly. Great exchange rate as compared to other respected companies. No transfer fee above then 200 euros transfer. The duration of the transfer takes few minutes if you do payment with your credit card. If you use your bank account to transfer it will take 1 or 2 working days which make sense. In short everything is perfect, trustworthy organisation :))))
