The best rate and probably the fastest transfer (within 3 hours!!!). This is my experience with transfers from Korea to India.

very easy to use just wish they had better exchange rates on the money. I use it by sending my Korean paycheck (won) to my USA bank account (USD). Very fast with the deposit.

The app is really easy to use, even the verification account's process is quite fast. I recommended you to connected to your katalk, so everytime we transfer the money we will get notification thru katalk

Honestly i uninstall it again taking photo for verification is so hard, i don't know what standard you use, even replying if thir is blurd or what, no response. Its hard to gave you a good quality of photo of i.ds your so sensitive not good no wonder poor using this app.

Can't even use it because i can't get passed the "allow access to" page. When i press confirm the screen doesn't respond. Thought it was down to new phone so reinstalled. Still nothing. Disappointing.

This app is useless for Canadians. The only way to transfer your money is Bank Pickup. I live and work in Korea, so that's obviously out of the question. I can't teleport to Canada to deposit cash. When I called Customer Service to ask for help, the woman hung up on me.

Best money remittance app so far. Transactions are very fast and efficient. Call center agents are nice and accomodating and most of all they offer the highest exchange rate compared to other money transfer which means my family can recieve more. So happy with their service.
Mobile Account
NOT RECOMMENDED. Application is slow with a lot of bugs, 0 for service my money is lost somewhere not received at Pakistan easypaisa account. Support said give us transactional details of account in Pakistan, which is not possible and i don't want to share my private information with them. So, no solution... Money is wasted.

In short, my experience with Sentbe is absolutely amazing, mainly driven by the customer care advisor -- "Lee". I had an issue with my transaction through Remitly as I input an incorrect account number. Lee was super efficient in resolving the issue and is indeed very fluent in English (FYI - she mainly takes care of Korean clients). Lee is absolutely a valuable asset to Sentbe.

I'm using this apps for 10 months now,I usually send money to the Philippines once or twice a month,sending money thru sentbe is more comfortable and hassle less,fast and reliable compare to my old remittance service. recommend it to everybody.

Hassle free transfers for a small fee and so much more convenient than remittance through a Korean bank. Once all your info has been verified, it takes less than 1min to send money home... just wish the exchange rate wasn't so dismal.

I've seen so many ads about this app and I was so excited to use it so hopefully more sending country options will be available soon. Will there be an option in the future to send money from the US to Korea? As a college student this would be so much more helpful for me and my parents than wire transfer.

1) You need to register an account and even validate your id before you can see which bank that is supported. 2) It says that mobile phone permission is optional, but it is mandatory. 3) It sends me a sms promotion. I regret giving you my phone number. Edit: i alr uninstalled the app and you still send me sms to verify the account, which i dont want to do.

Edit, still no bank transfers to Canada Can't send to Canada, even though it's listed on their website. Will update if this changes. EDIT: Sentbe now allows transfers to Canadian banks, but there is a limit of $2,500 that isn't present for sending to other countries...

Is it just me? Today i can't login. Did you just updated your keyboard? Korea Won sign ₩ doesn't appear and in the Countries list there's no S.Korea. 21.03.24 I am back to enjoying Sentbe's remittance service after I changed my PW thru their newly set up login method. So i'm giving this remittance app 5 stars today for their efficient services 😉👍!
