Keeps closing. Doesn't open at all. Edit: I don't have social media, but here is the error I keep getting... "Something went wrong with Citi Mobile. Citi Mobil closed because this app has a bug. "Try updating this app after its developer provides a fix for this error." I've deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times. No change; app has never completely opened.

Changing to 3 star until the Zelle issue is fixed. It used to work fine. Now I an only able to make transfers after I have cleaned the app cashe, otherwise I'm getting "We are having technical difficulties.." error and have to reset the app over and over again. UPD 9/7/23: Uninstalled the app, rebooted the phone, and reinstalled the app again as per the customer service's advice. Works fine now.

Worked great until recently. App would freeze on the loading screen and never load. I uninstalled/reinstalled and now the app instantly crashes when I start it. Cleared the cache, same thing. I get an error message (from the OS?) stating that the app closed because it has a bug.

Very easy to use and I love the fact I get messages about any changes. Plus the security there is just to access the account. Unfortunately I have to add to my review that this app isn't working so if you are like me and are not good with computers I suggest you go back to paper billing!!!!!!!! The online review of your account is not working correctly so if you don't have patience stay away.

Okay I have had the citimobile app for a while now.. it works pretty well.. however I just this last week added a new card to the account and have only used it for 2 online purchases and there are 7 extra charges added that no one can explain on either end ( small 10 cent amounts) and citione customer service was rude and just kept repeating over and over that they weren't charged to my account even tho they are clearly there on the app.. also cannot screen shot..

Citi mobile app is great, I use it everyday, sometimes twice a day depending on how much shopping and other things I have charged to my card. Everything you need is right there when you log on (with password or fingerprint) how much credit you've spent, how much you have left, when your payments due, how much your minimum payment amount is, links to apply for credit cards, open other accounts etc... it's all on the home page, I think you'll love this app.

Citibank mobile app needs improvement between the fingerprint login not working most of the time and the app randomly crashing. I would I also like to be able to make extra payments on my loan through the app without being redirected outside the app. Having to verify my identity multiple times and logging in multiple times just to make an extra payment. It's rather inconvenient.

It used to be great, but now, most of the times it just stucks loading as soon as I open the app. I use biometrics to log in. It doesn't even pop to ask biometric input or no error message either. It just keeps spinning. I have to kill the app and reopen. Guess what? It is now stuck on the logo screen. Doesn't even show the loading screen. It doesn't open whenever I need it. Please fix Edit : followed their response, end up having "There is no issue on our end"

Have to change to 1 star review because it does not appear to work on my new pixel 6 pro. When I tap to open it, it will briefly flash onto the screen and then immediately shut back down. I've tried clearing the cache and data, uninstalling and reinstalling, and nothing appears to fix it. I really miss it just working on my old phone. :(

Overall excellent. I have recently had trouble with the remote deposit feature. When it came time to capture (photograph) the check, the feature malfunctioned: it would not confirm the image. I don't know if this bug has been fixed in the meantime.

When I could not find my Citi card, I used the app to see that no one else was using my card, then I locked the card through the app. It took 30 seconds total. When I found the card, a few days later, I used the mobile app to unlock it in only 20 seconds. It's smart that the lock feature is on the main nav bar. Easy to find, easy to use... plus seeing it reminds me that I have that option.

I don't get any spending notifications. I have them set for text and email and push but I get NOTHING. so annoying that its suggested that you set these notifications for security reason so you can see if your card is being used fraudulently but the notifications don't work. Terrible. I've tried calling and chatting with customer service but no one seems to know what I'm talking about.

Very user-friendly! A one-stop shop app that allows the management of checkings, savings, credit cards, and more all in one app. Upon opening the app there are useful pop-ups. Certain promotions and offerings are included in the pop-ups. To find additional benefits and offers there are other tabs to review. You can complete your documents, update, etc in the app which is a big time saver. No issues as of yet with the app. No complaints. Get the app! 💜💜💜💜💜 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟✨✨✨✨✨

I downgraded my rating from 5 stars to 2 stars. I have been a customer for nearly a decade. This app used to be perfectly fine. Now it freezes on the login page, once I finally get in, the layout isn't simple anymore, lastly I get a ton of pop-ups trying to shove flex payments down my throat, no way to have it never ask again, I don't need citi's bad deals

Had this app for years. Recent updates have caused biometrics to fail 99% of the time saying something went wrong. I've reset the biometrics every time following the instructions each time I login only for it to fail again. Fix this! This is super unfriendly and even caused me to have to reset passwords. I've even missed payments because it takes longer to reset passwords. Fix it or I will be done with you!

Citi fraudulently posts fees and interest to your account. Steer clear. As for the app, in addition to being l slow, and having tons of pop-up ads, it does not even work with two Citi cards. If you try to change settings on either card, it only changes settings on the first. As a result, one of my non-lost credit card was disabled. Further, if you have thousands reward points, you have to redeem them one point (one cent) at a time.

NFG on up-to-date Android Phone. Constantly displaying Close, Wait, Send Feedback options pop-up box. Was Easy, and straight forward. However, balances and transactions are of slow to show—slow to show, hence, post. And we all know that the true balance is not correct. Customer service however, is second to none

I had high hopes when the bill pay "looked" like it had been expanded. It has not. There is a button in the "pay bills" that says "show all payees"... It does not. It takes you to a screen with no payees showing and gives you the "opportunity" to search payees... which doesn’t return ANY results regardless of what you type in... USELESS for bill pay!!!!! I was really looking forward to NOT having to access billpay via a computer every time I needed it.
