The app would take a photo of my check itself, almost instantly, then say it was a bad photo, when it took the photo itself. I would like an option to turn that off so I can take good photos when depositing and not spend 20 minutes in an endless cycle of trying to get that Auto Photo to let me get a good angle

Since the update a few months ago the interface has been a little clunky. Navigation isn't as easy and the back button on Android doesn't work like it should. The app thinks I'm trying to back out of it. Pretty annoying. Seems like it was optimized for Apple which is frustrating. Other than that all the other aspects function properly it's just the interface that needs some work to make it more intuitive and less frustrating to use.

I don't know who authorized the most recent update to make everything "look" newer.... But the old version worked PERFECTLY fine. Now I have trouble simply scrolling through my recent transactions. You guys have never heard the saying: "If it ain't broke, don't fix it" obviously.... What was once such a convenient app has turned into a headache in some areas. Thanks. Easily a 5* rating beforehand. Have to drop that down a bit now.

New update is miserable. Glitchy when I try to sign in (I usually have to attempt twice before I can actually get signed in). It hiccups when I try to scroll, which drives me nuts! The font size and background make things so much more challenging to read. It's easier to do online banking from a desktop computer now. ...which completely defeats the purpose of having a mobile app.

Have always like this app, but latest version is horrible. First the light background makes it difficult to delineate between transactions. Also seems like it's more navigating to get where I want. Scrolling theough transactions is also difficult. Never seems to scroll to what I'm trying to find. Finally, it seems that 75% of the times I try to access my account, I get an error that there is a glitch on the apps side and I must log out and back in again. Prefer the old version of the app.

I make a lot of online deposits. It used to work just great! Over the past couple of months I have been having severe issues trying to use this feature. They're the same checks I've been depositing for almost 2 years and suddenly the app isn't accepting the photos I'm taking. All 4 corners are visible - the app takes the photos automatically. I have tried 4 times already today, changed lighting, changed backgrounds, everything I can think, and it keeps rejecting my photos. I hope you can fix it!

They took a good app and made it hard to use and find information. Used to be able to see deposits separately now have to search through all transactions to find them. App jerks and jumps around preventing smooth scrolling. The new design lacks ease of the old one. Very dissatisfied with it, but you have to use it since customer service is a thing of the past.

Since this new update the app is always malfunctioning. Always getting a error message"there was a problem on our end. Please try again a little later". This after having to sign in twice. I had no problems with the previous version. Also once you actually get into your account it doesn't look user friendly. Have to click on each item to see who "purchase authorized " was actually from. Previously in old version it was all there at a glance. Please fix or bring old version back!

Jumps when scrolling through transactions. Imagine you're scrolling through a list and reading each item. But, instead of it being normal like every other list in any software since Abraham Lincoln was in office, it decides to jump around the list every time you touch the list. Talk about a very, very basic think that is screwed up here. Just wow. How do you get that wrong? It's basically unusable when it comes to scrolling through transactions trying to ascertain any thing about them.

Not really a fan of the recent update. I haven't explored the new layout completely, but it is more difficult to find recent transactions. It used to be on a ribbon at the top when you clicked on the account. Now you have to click on the account, scroll down a bit and click on "See all transactions", then click on the filters and choose the type. Why did you make this unnecessarily complicated? Fix this please! The less steps the better!

Update 2: still can't open app after 3 weeks. Uninstalled/reinstalled. Nothing. Update 1: I spoke with tech support and was basically told to just wait until the transfer to the new app is done. It's been a few days already. When will this be finished? No one knows. The app keeps crashing and won't even open. It was fine up until a couple days ago. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it still doesn't work. Also tried to leave feedback when it crashed and that didn't work either.

This new version is horrible. I agree with the previous 1-star reviews. Go back to the original. This new version has glitches when you go to view landscape mode and click on see all transactions. Also, when trying to filter out certain transactions it won't load past a 3 months, it states "we're sorry this service is temporary unavailable." I don't want to have to download my statements to try and find an old transaction. It should have a filter of how far back you want to view.

Please go back to the previous version it was much easier to use. With this new update it's been glitchy and harder to navigate. I see no button to search your transactions and there seems to be less information on them while scrolling through. But mostly when you touch the screen to scroll it jumps back up a several lines and makes it hard to view your transactions not to mention there is less of them on the page. The older version was much easier to use and I didn't mind using the app.

The redesign ruined my ability to scroll through transactions. Every time I touch the screen it jumps back to the top. I see I'm not the only one reporting this issue but it hasn't been fixed in over a month. I cannot overstate how frustrating the app is to use and I'm baffled that it was released in this condition. FIX IT! 👎 Update: in a shocking development, uninstalling and reinstalling as you suggested didn't fix anything. The app is trash guys.

The app was good before the update. Since the update it's like a hit or miss trying to sign in. Lately I've tried to sign in and I put my information in correctly, but it either starts signing in and gets stuck in the process or come back with a message saying "Sorry we're having some difficulties with the site at the moment". I like that I can see everything with my accounts normally with the click of a button and not call in anymore. I really like the fast look option.

Agree on the redesign being terrible. It is more time consuming to move around the app. I wish they would have left it alone. It was great the way it was. Too many steps to get info which all appeared on one screen before & everything was so easily accessed. Not any more. 4/14 update: Now it won't let me sign on but when I go online, no problem. I had the app for years & was very happy with it. Not any more. I uninstalled it & will just go online from now on. Very disappointed.

The app resets to the sign in screen when I switch screens to read the text message to obtain the code I need in order to continue, putting me in an endless loop of impossibility. This is an unacceptable bug. The app resets to the sign in screen most other times I use a link to go back to the beginning. These are very bad bugs. Please exterminate these bugs. When done, I will re-rate.

App gets the job done. However, I've had an annoying issue for a while. If you change your phone's minimum width (dpi) in your phone's developer settings, the app goes from having a normal app-like UI to literally just displaying the website (as if you were on computer). For this reason, I've been unable to use fingerprint sign on for about 3 years, and the UI isn't good since it's displaying a website on a phone screen. I really hope someone sees this and fixes it.
