Difficult to see how I can use for my business. Merely leaving a review in the hope someone reads it and takes note. The calendar is the main feature. But you can only view 3 days at tops. It's slow to forward book clients only 6 weeks at a time then you need to cancel one at a time. Just being able to drag and drop would be a start. It's not a bad calendar on the laptop you have just scaled it down too much.

Glitchy. Very difficult to use. Constant issues with uploads and site edits. I have had to continuously go back and re-edit as things don't save each time. Sometimes my blog entries post with the attached images, sometimes they won't. Sometimes the edits I make to the pages save, sometimes they don't. It makes what should be a simple task excruciatingly frustrating and time consuming. Not ideal. I wouldn't pay for something that doesn't work properly for basic functions. Buggy. Please fix!!

Really love working with Wix. Everything is so straightforward and easy for clients to pick up and manage themselves after set up. Plus, when any of us have a problem we can't solve, the Wix team are quick with replies, helpful and responsive. Most of the time I'm working on PC, but the app works well and is very useful on mobile.

It's good when you want to see your messages right away. However, you don't always get a notification from Wix when there's a new message. I get notifications from my email long before I get a notification from Wix IF I get a notification at all. The biggest issue I have is when I'm trying to respond to a client through Wix the app constantly freezes. I have to shut it down and open it back up to continue writing the message. Usually takes about 4-6 shut downs to finish a message.

UPDATE!!! As much as I want to give it that 5th star, the problem is that my photos are not updating with the main dashboard. I honestly really like adding products to my store through this more than I do using the dashboard I think it's a phenomenal setup and I'm giving you a high five and kudos because it takes me 5 minutes on the app and where it takes me a whole lot longer on the dashboard.....

Cannot edit my bookings/calendar Kinda disappointed I cannot edit my bookings calendar from here, which is the main reason I need an app like this on my phone. I can't really fathom a need for the tons of other features the app has, honestly. You'd think they would prioritize the scheduling calendar over some of these other useless for a mobile app features. Love Wix, but sad about this.

Not a great app. I've been trying to update and add things to my store since I got it, and it never seems to work. I'll update something then go look at the published store and its still stuck on the default pictures and setting. Sometimes there's not even an option to save my work either, just doesn't exist.

Cons: It fails to load a lot. Analytics won't refresh, and chat icon only shows offline on both devices I use. And lots of errors ( as the case with the feedback question on the main screen) Pros : it's clean and simple. Switching from site to site is easier. Chat is clearer to see. Analytics, when working, are easy to track.

I love Wix. Honestly I have paid for mad upgrades and then end up away from the site, so I yet to experience the upgrades aside from the weblink, I look forward to seeing how much I will like it. I personally love adding the add on apps like the coupon one and the mail chimp one and few others . Fun app, I use it for business but it's tons of fun for and easy to design if you follow directions.

The advertisement for the subscriptions was very misleading the way it reads is that you will get a domain name with a subscription. What actually happens is you have to get a certain subscription and you have to pay for the whole year. Navigating the site was very difficult and unclear of what you were supposed to be doing. The site kept shutting down every time I got into something. Then I would lose any progress that I had made

Overall not great, I thought this app would help manage my website more convenient. The app is a lagging mess, other than messaging clients it is not useful, I thought it would be nice to add products to my website from my phone but it is not. It lags alot when creating a new products, and it only allows you to use your most recent photos - I can't browse any older photos I don't know why, it tends to just makes things more complicated.

Absolutely god-awful. The app crashes or fails every time I try to edit a post. You literally have to type your post in one place and copy/paste to get anything done. Wildly frustrating when I don't have access to a desktop. This app is entirely useless in that regard, and I was already hesitant to download it in the first place.

They made changes to the app. Now, I am unable to oublish updated website changes to the Live site. I made changes to the website and it isn't reflecting online. I have tried several times and spoke to customer service to try to resolve this issue to no avail. Sometimes stop changing things if you are only going to make it worse. When I try to publish, it sometimes gives me an error message to reload. But, it never works. Never had these issues when I first started using the app.

I like that i can integrate email, text, even facebook. I wish there was a better option to store more numbers for each contact and set a primary - same with email, the app is VERY slow to load most of the time, i wish there was a way to schedule send messages, i wish i could search or filter by the tags, i wish i could get to the clients information from the inbox.

The app is slow. Starting the app takes hours. The elements in it are worse! Sometimes i have to tap on the elements for a hundred times for them to load much later in multiples. The app also shuts down whenever it feels like, making me lose a lot of data. I cant It has made me go everywhere with my laptop so as to attend to my clients. This is not what I expect of such an amazing website builder.

This app is great but there are a few minor issues with the app. The pros to the app is that you have instant access to any analytics and any orders you may have. The problem is that the app doesn't always load with an Android. The restaurant orders tab will sometimes just get stuck in a loading screen and I've had to uninstall it a few times to get it working again. Also, the app is a batter eater. After only having the app open for a few minutes at a time my batter will go down by over half.

I like the app, it still lags, but maybe I can understand the lag a bit due to cell signal variations from time to time. I have to give it time to load data also i guess. I had an issue with editing posts on my forum and I contacted support about it and they quick to respond and they help me resolve the issue as a temporary fix until a permanent fix can be reached. Thank you support for helping quickly

Overall user friendly and clean. Wix is very helpful getting a site up quick due to its preloaded and helpful sections and words that fit for the site's cause. It gets a little glitchy at times when trying to publish -it will say its published but when you preview your changes wouldn't be there. The text fields sometimes don't respond to the space bar. And section shown on the published site don't show on the owners app, like the Refund Policy section..
