I wanted to install this to use as a check list to get things done and stay motivated, as well as keep track of doing things like taking medication. This was recommended on an ADHD app list so I thought I'd try it out. Not exactly game changing. The main thing I wanted, alerts, you need to pay for. And it's a costly, yearly subscription. Add to that, I need to remember on my own to use the app, so it's not getting used properly. It is good to keep track of appointments and lists.

I run my life with this app and could not love it more. I don't have to remember anything and can use tags and smart lists to see only what I need to see, grouped in the ways that are the most useful to me. From grocery lists to work to personal projects to trip and holiday planning, RTM has me covered. I would give it 10 stars if I could.

Really great app for productivity and writing things down if needed to if something pops into your head but I have one suggestion.. You should be able to sort your lists based on the START DATE because there isn't an option available for that. Overall the app is awesome and I really recommend it to anyone who's into self improvement

Great potential, but it's not clear how to set up notifications or anything. Only shows symbols and no labels, so I'm playing a guessing game on how to do it, and if I guess wrong, it backs out of the reminder completely. The only place I want to get notifications is the only place I'm not getting it. Make it more user-friendly if you want to increase your app usage.

Good so far, I have limited reasons for using the app so i don't use every feature available, but the clean, simple format is great. Only criticism i have is that the 'due date' and 'start date' icons when setting a task were unclear and confusing on my first day using it. Repetition made it clear, but it'd be nice if there was a key of sorts for the symbols in Help.

I love this app. I use it at work under a different email address, and at home under a separate email address. However the app lets you mark tasks as work or personal. I have many businesses and thus need a separate account for business and personal. This app keeps me well organized. I have only used the free version and the ability to add tags is amazing. The tags allow me to organize my tasks so well. Thank you!

I've been using this app for almost 10 years now. It's the best to do list app I've ever used. Some of the most useful features are the ability of listing your to dos by day and the ability of easily postponing tasks with a swipe. With this it is really easy to plan your week and reschedule if you don't manage to do all your tasks for the day, but also for creating new habits, by creating a task for the day and postponing for the next day when you completed it

Love the concept and email style layout... only few things are regarding the cost. Perhaps adding a trial period so you can test if the subscription features would be helpful. I look and think they might but ive wasted money like that before and £40 even over a year is still a lot if it doesn't work the way I need.... so far it's a basic thing of what I need to organise my life.

Mograted to this one after wunderlist become a bloatwd microsoft app. Works well. Some weird interface choices, like the task sorting where you have to first enter in an edition mode. Some operations are also not available on the app, you have to perform them on the website. But for a free app, all you can expect from a basic task manager is there, you can share tasks, which is great! I recommand.

Very useful reminder app. I like the way you can set reminders for different days and give different priority levels and deadlines to the reminders. Simple and straight forward to use and does what I need. It helps me to remember and keep track of the long list of things I need to do each day. And I can check it at any time from my phone or laptop. I also like the shortcuts for setting the reminder details, which save time when adding new reminders.

Really great and functional, even just the free version! I however definitely think that on mobile, the navigation side panel is used too much and the lower part of the screen is underutilizing, and I would like to duplicate tasks easily and transfer them from one list to another. But I use it every day and I love it! Thanks for a great app, devs!

Tried tens of to-do apps out in the wild, this one is definitely the best. Good UI, Good with having many to-dos in one list. No problem on a phone with very small screen.. It also has all the features you would ask for. Able to set the due date and priority is very helpful. Cannot believe there aren't many free apps that have these features.

I love this app, both on my phone and the desktop. It's as simple or as intricate as you want it to be, allowing for separate lists or tags if you want to group tasks of the same type together. I appreciate being able to indicate a task's priority and to select when it repeats. I upgraded because the subtask function is essential for me but the free version allows for pretty much everything else. One thing I would like to see is the ability to change themes on the Android app, not just desktop.
