Focus To-Do combines Pomodoro Timer with Task Management, it is a science-based app that will motivate you to stay focused and get things done.

I started using this app about a week ago to study for my ASWB exam. I also have ADHD combined type. I love the structured aspect for applying the pomodoro method which has been hit & miss for me doing it myself. I really like the background sounds, though wish there were more options such as music. Also wish it worked with Samsung watch - not everyone has apple iOS! But it absolutely does what it says it will. Tasks & subtasks is a great feature (like studying & flashcards, reading, etc)

Pretty great. Has tons of great features like the pom timer, white listed feature (which is missing on iOS), and white noise which is great. Not sure what the tree thing is but apparently ppl like it. Plz explain it better in the app. Can see future task on iOS but not Android, which is lame. It's been very helpful for studying in grad school. Calendar support with Google would be cool but not necessary. Also make your widget with an option to make it smaller, it's way too big. W/ changes 5⭐

It was really great and I was going to give it five starts and a really happy review. I was going to praise how it comes with the plant feature, you can change the notification sounds, you can label the timers (projects), etc. But then once I made an account, I can no longer do anything. I can't add any new projects even after deleting some, I can't even change the duration of the timer. I have to upgrade to premium to get it all again.

One of the best Pomodoro apps I've used. Really easy to set up tasks and estimate how many rounds they'll take, and I love the folder / tag system. The only drawback I've found is the lack of dark mode - the timer can be set to dark, but the rest of the app is still light. Not a deal breaker, but still less than ideal.

I basically paid for premium so that I could alter the timer durations and block apps during work times. If this app could integrate with other calendars (Google or Outlook) that would be great. I haven't figured out how to set up a calendar other than manually and I don't want to have to do this for each app I have that needs it. Also, the cross platform integration is basically pointless. It just shows me my projects and progress but didn't even update the timer durations. Maybe this is asking a bit much but if I start a timer on my phone it should also start the timer on any other cross-platform application I have open. The app is convenient but you could do the same thing more effectively with Cold turkey on PC and Stay Focused on Android. A little more work on the from end but it would be better. I'm still playing with this app though and maybe I'm missing something so I'll update this review again later.

Great idea! I love being able to combine my tasks and projects with a pomodoro timer. The basic features work great and are easy to use, but there are a few improvements that would take this awesome app to 5 stars. Firstly, I'd love a way to edit or remove poms from tasks. Ordering tasks by priority instead of by project only would be helpful. Also, entering tasks with some kind of markup like in Todoist. Great overall, can't wait for more!

This version/update is so much better! I had uninstalled it because it kept resetting and erasing the pomodoro sessions if I had it running in the background, ruining the flow of my study sessions. Every other Pomodoro app sucked, so I re-installed it and found the new updated version to work so well. I am very happy with it! Only thing I would change is the design. It's a bit jarring. A soft pallette, maybe w a cute tomatoe would really make it pop!

Overall very happy with this app. The basic timer interface is great, and the notification on the lock screen looks great and is big enough to easily read at a glance. I like that I can pause the timer. The time tracking aspect isn't too good though. Can't delete the due date categories, can't change projects mid-timer. And creating the projects is kind of clunky. Basically, as a pomodoro timer, 5 stars, but as a time tracker, only 2.

Great app, and I love it allows me to make a do to list. I've been using it for years and just got premium. I just wish it wouldn't force the timer to be in my notifications unless I actively have a timer going so I can use the Todo feature more effectively or some other solution. Mainly so I can add/remove things for later without having to remember to close it or it'll drain my battery. Edit: I also wish that when I add tasks, they'd be added to the bottom of the list, instead of the top.

Would rate this higher but the app doesn't reset the pomodoro count after hitting the long break. Every break after that is a long break rather than reseting to short breaks. A nice additional feature would be a reminder if the next step isn't started. I can't always stop what I'm doing as soon as the alarm sounds so miss breaks or forget to start the timer again. Extending the time with an alarm after a couple of minutes would be really nice. I've only found one app that does this

Just okay. Got the premium for the folders and other features but still isn't enough useful customization, esp the widget which has no settings, so feels not worth the price. Wish I could permanently remove useless features too like the ranking board. But it has lots of good things such as habit tracking as well as the pomodoro and calendar, which is what I really like about it. I hope it will improve because it's a very good concept, just has many frustrating small problems

Solid app. I would love to see the ability to record time spent toward a task if it was completed in less time than the planned Pomodoro. I finished a couple things before time and my only options were "stop," "pause," or "continue." Now, the app hasn't recorded the time for those tasks, unless I just run the clock. That doesn't help. The pomodoro trick works in theory. I bought this app too, so I wish there was more versatility in truly capturing time spent.

I've been using this app as my main tool for utilizing the Pomodoro Technique. It's been wonderful in its customizability and simplicity. The one issue I take with it is it sometimes does not show the buttons when I was to press "continue" or "stop" when I've unlocked my phone or returned to the app. I usually have to back out and go back in for them to appear. It does feel sometimes a little buggy.

I'm just starting to use this app and it looks like it's well put together. I really wish there was an option to manually reorder your tasks so that you can stay productive by just going down your checklist. Right now I'm using a workaround: listing things by priority, but it's not the same. Being able to drag and drop tasks in your list to reorder them would be ideal. Thank you!

High rating because of ease of use. Did not give five stars because it lacks the ability to sort to-dos yourself, making it difficult to create them in batches. Maybe that's not "pomodoro style", but it seems like a basic enough thing to be included in a todo app. (Also there is some styling issue in the Today "Tasks to be Completed". The text clips out of its section and is partially hidden). Two small things that keep it from a five star app, but overall very useful- Thanks for creating it!

Makes it easy to organize everything I need to do into one place. Sometimes just having a visual of what I have to do helps me work through a loaded schedule. Also, it helps that the app gives little messages to remind you not to slack off. It's like a digital life coach. I'd definitely recommend for all you high achievers out there, or people that just want to get organized and do their tasks in a timely manner.

This apps is very simole to use. It's makes staying focused faily easy and highly motivating. I like that you can study and passively be reminded to take a break. It's a terrific tool for the studious. You can even set up goals for upcoming study sessions. The app will send push notifications to remind you of your pending tasks. Overall, great app.

I was already aware of the pomodoro method for writing, but never successfully adapted it to other areas of life. This app makes it much easier to organize responsibilities and focus on getting them done, and by using it I discovered patterns of poor habits. It helps me work on those weaknesses, and I can use the app on my laptop or on my phone - whichever is easiest at the time and/or most likely to keep me on task. Kudos to the creators!
