Description of Planning Center Services

You must already have an account with Planning Center to use this app. To sign up for an account subscription, have your organization's administrator go to https://planningcenter.com

Planning Center Services is an online scheduling and worship planning application to keep your staff and volunteers connected.

With our native Android app, you get an optimized Planning Center Services experience wherever you are! You can manage your schedule, accept or decline requests, blockout dates, or upload your profile picture. Musicians can use the built-in media player or attachments section to access and rehearse their music. Schedulers can add users to schedules, check for conflicts, and email their teams at any time. Easily add to, reorder, and edit your plans.

Plan pages and your personal schedule will live update to show you the latest information.

It worked ok for a while. I often would get emails of notifications but nothing through the app. It froze up completely a month or 2 ago and wouldn't let me do anything. I deleted it and re installed it and so far it seems to be working.

App is useful, however I do have an issue where it does not show me my upcoming schedule or send me notifications (even though I am part of the right team and have been scheduled for that weekend and have notifications enabled). I also can't accept those scheduled services. Deleting the app, clearing app cache and reinstalling the app has not fixed my issue.

For some reason, i am unable to receive or play the files when the leader sends them out. I can see the titles and but the music is not attached. This is not an issue for our other team members. Great for the visual information but not practical for playing files for me.

After installation, the App is hard to find because it's installed with the title 'Services'. When I tried searching for 'Planning Center' or just 'Center' nothing came up, but I finally found it searching for 'Planning Center Services'. My scenario is likely not common because I only have one home screen that contains folders only. I also block the automatic addition of Apps to my home screen.

Great app, works fast and flawlessly. I just have 1 question, on the photos you have on this app, the bottom of the screen says teams, media, ect. These buttons are not there on my phone, although they are on other phones.

I am getting the same message about logging out and back in. I signed myself out and uninstalled the app. I'm hoping this will fix it. If it doesn't and since I'm not the only one then it's a bug that needs to be fixed. Before this issue I really enjoyed the app and it's ability. I uninstalled and then reinstalled the app and now I'm not getting any error message. Hopefully it will continue to work.

My planning center music stand app is acting impossibly! It downladed to my set list, 8 out of 12 mistaken instrument parts. And when I Un-installed it (twice) it refused to go away. I even had App Help line remote in and watch me uninstall it the 2nd time; and when we went to the App Store and clicked on the cloud symbol, it reappered on my screen-still featuring all those incorrect parts. I am fed up with Planning Center, and can't get anyone on the phone to fix this. What I need is Help.

Great app, takes a bit to get used to the location of needed items. Also is the only app that doesn't have a visible app or icon on my OnePlus 7 pro. I suspect it's a bug. Uninstall, reinstall doesn't work to fix it. I have to launch it from the Play Store. Please fix!

This is a great app. Have been using it for several years with church music. Easy to use and manipulate for the devices I have. I recently bought a new computer and downloaded the Planning Center app. No problem with that. The problem I do have is with the Music Stand app. I have a Dell computer and have not been able to pull up my music. The Music Stand app shows downloaded on present devices, but does not allow or will not show up on my newest device. Any help would be appreciated. Will easily change 4 stars to 5 if this can be accomplished.

Hard to navigate within the App. Developers take you on a FRUITLESS journey. They're convinced their way is the right way. Intransigent malarkey! It's getting better, but every 6 months or so, something else comes up, and I dread getting the Support staff up to date so often! I dont have the time to play their games. Good App! Was working well, but suddenly crashed every time I tried to open. The tech guys at Planning Center are very friendly and helpful, but inspite of trying all their advise the result was the same. I eventually overcame the problem by uninstalling and then downloading this App from the Amazon App Store whereas previously I had downloaded it from Google Play.......

This app was awesome and did everything we needed as a worship team, but now its not working at all. It wont allow some of our team to sign in, we cant look up our songs in the song list and our worship leader cant post songs or do anything on it. Im not sure what has changed but it has been horrible since. We have been using it for a little over 5 years and this is the first time we are going into Sunday service not having our music avalible to practice.

Love this app. It makes it easy for the praise team to gain access to the songs we need for Sunday morning.

I can't even log in... When I do, it says "502 bad gateway" or "500 internal server error"... I NEED THIS APP in order to see when I volunteer next, etc... Please fix it ASAP

Are there any plans to add Tasks integration with notifications of added tasks? It would really help to communicate with my team when adding tasks.

App is great but it's not 5 stars because I keep getting an error that logging out and in again does not work. I have to uninstall and reinstall and this happens periodically. Even after updating the app, it still reflects the same error. Mine is not an isolated case as my friends encounter the same. Really frustrating.
