I needed something to help me and my partner stay on top of housework and it is so easy to set up! I emailed with the question after getting premium and who responds but the owner and creater! I've been using Tasks for about 3 years now. I absolutely love it! I used to write to-do lists out on paper. But when I would misplace a list,my life would go astray. Seriously. I have adult ADHD and have learned that I forget things that aren't written down very easily. This app has helped me stay organized in a major way. And I get a pinch of happiness every time I delete a task off the list. That good ol' dopamine boost. Great job on the app!

I've tried over a dozen similar apps and this one is by far the best. I rarely leave reviews, but Tasks has definitely earned it. I have adhd & my brain is a mess but Tasks has been helping A LOT. I set reminders for all my family's appts, keep a running list for groceries & home shopping, and I've even just started a Christmas shopping list. The free version is so helpful already, but I'm almost tempted to try the premium version to see what it's all about. Highly recommend...thank you!

Really useful app. Would give 5 stars if you could do multiple reminders and set your own snooze times. For instance have a reminder 2 days before then also when due. But I suppose just being able to set your own snooze times would cure that. The custom snooze times in settings is too limited. Minimally useful for my needs. Again love the app but need more customization with the snooze function. Updated because cistom snooze duration is available.

Highly recommend this app to anyone who loves super detailed lists. The app is well organized and fits my need to have more timed reminders. I make a list, and it reminds me when it is time to do my next task. It is so helpful, and I am super grateful to the creator of this app. My phone does not come with a reminder app, so this is better. On my old phone, the reminder it came with was not detailed enough.

This is a great app and I love the widget. Something that is unique to this one is how you can have a separate widget for each of your lists. Different colors, different lists, different widgets. The only con for me is that while I would gladly pay a one-time purchase for the Premium version I'm not going to make subscription payments, so I'll stick with the free version. 🙂

Update: I love this app. Adding tasks from the notification pulldown menu is so awesome and helpful. Thank you! ***** I'm always looking for a task tracking app that works well for me, and this one seems incredible so far! Plus I like how it doesn't feel like you must purchase a subscription to actually utilize the app well, and the subscription is very affordable. I really like this app so far, definitely recommend.

I find this app really helpful, especially the options to customize and that it shows the times completed (and that those are possible to edit). The only feature I wish it had is an archive function, so that I don't have previous weeks' lists in the task bar, but I can still refer back to earlier lists to track which tasks were happening on what day and what times.

All the features + helpful YouTube tutorials I read a number of lists while trying to find certain features. For me it was important to have timestamps for when a item was created and completed, and a way to search tasks and tags. This app also features subtasks, reminders, and calendar view. Definitely check the website and YouTube tutorials! I had an email drafted, but checked there first and every question was answered. I bought an annual subscription, but I can see moving to lifetime. Thx

I really enjoy using this app to stay organized. The sub list and color options! Sharing a grocery list amongst a house hasn't been easier. Suggestions: different templates or formats to stay organized. For example, I use a hand drawn chore wheel categorized by days, weeks, and months. Circles within circles. Then each ring divided by activity. It would be nice to have this on my phone.

Love this app! So customizable. So easy to use and have all my tasks in one place. I struggle with ADHD/remembering tasks and have usually had multiple notebooks with scattered to-do lists. This app allows me to finally have it all in one place, create sublists, color code by level of importance, sort and move things around easily (a feature so appreciated in any type of organizing app). I honestly love this app.

I absolutely love this app! I'm picky when it comes to tasks app, because most free versions are chaulk full of annoying ads. However, this Task app has exceeded my expectations! There's no annoying ads. It doesn't glitch. And it's very user-friendly. There are so many "Pros" to this app that I can't list them all. Here are my top "Pros": - Create separate lists (work, home) - Customize colors for each list - Unlimited subcategories for tasks - May attach pics to tasks - Add reminders to task

This would be a great application if only it had the ability to add task paths to the list in calendar view. Some of my subtasks don't make sense without including the main task from where it came. Also it would be really wonderful if I had the ability to sort by more than one criterion. Otherwise, it's pretty cool !

Moved my personal to-do list to Tasks recently from another app that wanted a sub before certain basic features were unlocked, and have been pleased with the decision. Better widget implementation, sublist possibilities, and possibly my favorite feature, filtered lists -- I use tags and due dates with filtered lists to bring the most immediate tasks to the top of the pile. The repeating feature is a little non intuitive to set up, by the dev offers a great video to walk you thru if needed.

There are a few issues that drive me crazy with this app. First, if you don't check something off, it just stays in the que. There is no automated refresh if you don't check it so I've missed things I needed to take care of due to forgetting to check the box the day it was do a week before. A slightly more understandable but equally annoying issue is they charge to move your data to a new phone. You either need to have donated or have premium to move your list to a new phone.

It's wonderful for not only taking notes but also organizing them. It even allows you to break down each goal so that you do not miss a step. My one issue is that once you add all your tasks, the app does not allow you to reorganize them. For instance, if you needed to do the last item you inputted first, you can not move it up on the list.

I've been using this app for months now and have no complaints. It's simple and reliable with no ads which is all I really need. I will likely get the premium version to have the ability to share lists and to support this developer. The recurring reminders get a bit confused when spending time in a different time zone. This is not a major problem. It's easy to work around, but may be a useful option to set a permanent time zone or follow the time zone of your location.

It needs more options. I have ADHD. I get distracted a lot and tend to jump from one task to the next,p while working on a task, leaving things half done. This app is helpful to keep me focused on each task until completed. Since these tasks repeat each day/week/month, it would be helpful to allow me to copy it to the next day/week/month when it's due. Otherwise it's worked out great at helping me work through my tasks. Thank you.
