Does everything I wanted in a calendar app, and I'm quite picky. It's a lot of little things Digical just gets. Feature set and customizations are a big one, but the interface is also unobtrusive and simple to manage. It's got the calendar views I want, mainly a very good Agenda view with support to show the Month above it. Switched when one of my previous favorite apps was shutdown following Microsoft buying them, and when Google Calendar annoyed me with their lack of options.

I installed this app, then i tried to set an alarm (using the google mic) and this app came up instead of the default alarm interface. No options, then the alarm doesn't go off. As far as I'm concerned this is sabotage. Edit 11/26, if you're going to take over an action (from other apps) then you should support that functionality. I want digiCal to be a good app.

I downloaded this for the widgets. I downloaded a few different ones but this one is the one I kept. I think I'm using the weekly widget. It easy to see which day I'm looking at and I love the fact that it displays the weather so no need for a separate weather widget. I like that I can change the font size too making some things smaller to fit the screen and other things bigger to read more easily. My work schedule changes daily and my old widget confused me. This is perfect.

Works as advertised. However, it has one design flaw that I'd love to see fixed: The "+" version unlocks various snooze times but, once configured, -that's- the snooze time you get even if you needed to snooze the event for a longer or shorter period. Now I have to find another "calendar snooze" app that will sync the (different) snooze times to my Google Calendar so all my devices will remain up to date. Give me per-event snooze times (minutes, hours, days) and you've earned that fifth star.

I use my calendar for work so its important that its holds up to my needs. Half the time it doesn't alert me of scheduled events even though it clearly shows reminders are set. I also noticed if the event is recurring it has a higher chance of not notifying me. After missing not one, not two, but three major work meetings I can't give a good review.

I LOVE THIS APP! I'm super picky, and want something easy to understand and use on a daily basis. I looked for 4 hours to find the app that I love and will use without frustration and this is it. It is super easy to use as your work or reminder app. You can easily set up reminders to happen any amount of times you need, whether it be after a certain amount of days or a certain day every month. I used the free version for 10 months then decided to pay the 5 dollars to make it ad free. No regrets

Lately, the app has been screwing up the "repeat" or recurring entries. It would not allow for change on only one particular date. I used to be able to correct this by "refreshing" the calendar, but now that causes another issue. It then messes up the dates on all the recurring entries. So I've had to go thru the entire year several times to correct the dates. Never had this problem before when refreshing, & I'm sick of having to scroll thru entire calendar to correct the dates.

It could not have been more easy. It copied all of my Google calendar settings and was a breeze to set up. For $3.50 it beat trying to fix the mistake I made by removing my opaque calendar. The reason for my review is that most calendar's post the event below the date. This app posts it on top (obnoxious). That being said it is so adjustable I simply changed all the font/box sizes and made the event show w in the date and it is quit pretty to look at. Extremely editable.

I LOVE AND NEED all the beautiful category colors, but wish you could name each color category. with so many wonderful choices, it's hard to keep categories straight for next time u choose one. hard to keep straight, even hard to find. I have tried multiple calendars... I love the blending of calendars this does automatically, outlook from work, Google from family and others... I see it all on DigiCal. I did purchase the plus app.

I have one problem: it's not easy to set a time on day. On my old calendar it gives you a drop down to choose the time. This one I have to figure out how to select the time period I need. I'm still learning to navigate around this app but so far so good. I wanted something that had more color options than the 7 I was getting on the app that came with my phone.

I've used this app for several years, paid for the premium version so I could get the additional color options, and quite enjoyed the app. Then, suddenly, my calendars got changed and the holidays stopped showing up. When I went looking for them, they are only now available through additional purchase. What???? I shouldn't have to pay extra for normal, federal holidays. But, oh, yes, I get the ones I DONT need, like Women's History week, or indigenous people day? Deleting.

This is my all time favorite calendar app. The widget is beyond compare & it has all the features I could think of & more. Superb! Update: Recently I've been unable to move/reschedule individual instances of recurring events. It's not a big deal, but it's a little inconvenient.

I've been using this calendar for several years and really love it. When I have a really busy week, it helps that I can color-code my activities (med appts, meetings, dinner with friends, etc.). It's also really easy to add calendars from multiple Google accounts and turn them off and on as needed. For example, my daughter gave me access to her calendar, which I can view within my own calendar (in a different color, of course!) when planning trips, family dinners and such. Love this app!

Not customizable. You claim there are 42 theme options and there is only light and dark. There is absolutely no way to edit the colors or theme. You can only change the event color. I bought the pro version from inside the app and it adds very little functionality. Theres no task functionality as well. For pro, this is unaccetable since thats a basic thing most calendars include. The pro version of this app offers the same functionality as free versions of other calendars.

I've used this app for a couple of years without any problems until recently. Lately it's been assigning random colors to events which I already have predetermined color categories for. And most annoyingly the widget I've placed on my home screen has been showing tomorrow's events, even though when I open the app it shows the correct time and date. Please fix this or I will have to uninstall and go back to Google calendar.

Really needed a widget calendar that allowed me quick access and viewing of my suddenly crowded schedule so I didn't forget anything. I also wanted one that was readily visible in a small enough size it didn't take up most of my screen. This fits exactly what I need. I NEVER spend money for an app's pay version unless I find something is absolutely essential. In the 12 years since owning a smartphone this is only the third app I have ever paid for and it's completely worth it!

I have used this app to keep track of both work and personal dates. However, I have come across 2 issues. 1. Sometimes I have to sync calenders (I am currently using 3 differwnt calendar/google cal accts) to get them to update. No problem, but when I do it turns on all calendars I have unchecked so I dont get duplicate holidays. I have to go back in an return them all off. 2. I moved across the US. The weather is still for my old town. I get an error about api being denied when I try to search my new city. 2 annoying bugs, bit not a major deal breaker.

For 6 years I have used this app as my default calendar. It has more personalizations that I know how to use (but works simply perfect if you don't want to use them) and it has been extremely reliable. It easily syncs with a Google calendar., you can snooze a reminder, change formats, colors, dark/light, etc. If I could add one thing it would be a customized notification sound since appointments are extremely important.
