I love ClickUp... on Desktop. But on mobile... 1. The splash screen is on a white background, even when dark mode is enabled. 2. App does not remember where you left off. Means you have to click 4 times to get back to that Docs you were working on. 3. App can be slow, even on super fast WiFi. I know ClickUp is a pretty huge app at this point, and I love how awesome it is, even on the free tier. Unfortunately, the mobile app suffers from some pretty annoying problems.

So far, the mobile experience is very poor. I created some test tasks and allowed them to go overdue. None of them show up as overdue on the home page. When setting the due date and time, I can't choose how I want to be notified. Notifications have to be created separately from tasks. Intuitive? Not.

This is a clumsy and slow platform with a lot of features that does not prove to be very useful. The technical details of tasks and poor integration between basic functions makes it frustrating to use on a daily basis. I would go for a simpler and more streamlined platform that captures the basic data you need to spare the workforce the frustrations.

With the latest 4.0 version of mobile app, I'm having struggles. I'm primarily a mobile user, and the new interface cuts off the names of the tasks in list view. They also nixxed the ability to change status without opening the full view of the task, which is pretty obnoxious in my use-case. There also seems to be a bug where I'm unable to set up a tag based filter in list view.

Disjointed and VERY cramped UI. Does not update information correctly between the app and on the web interface on a PC. Example: renamed a list item on the app but it didn't update on the list view. Click into the item and the name was accurate. But on the web on my PC the word I changed in the name of the list item was missing 3 letters. ("Arbitrati" instead of "arbitration") Horrible cross platform. Web version on the desktop works well after customizing, but the app is all but unusable.

I've been using for a month. The concept is exceptional. However, the execution is inconsistent (lots of user complaints about specific issues) AND they have absolutely abysmal customer support (online chat in the middle of the afternoon: 1+ hour response time???). Focusing on growth instead of customer service rarely works out well (they have a link to their Super Bowl commercial at the top of the homepage!) I love the functionality, but I'm beginning to dislike the company.

Great capabilities. App experience is extremely different from browser environment. It take time to figure out how things work in the two different environments. I do a lot of project management tasks on my phone in the off hours, so having a highly functioning intuitive app is really important to me.

Overall, that app is helpful for notifications and such. However, the session timeout functionality is abysmal. It takes you back to the start screen as if it's your first time downloading the app. Better functionality would be to take the user back to the sign in page with their email prefilled in and one-click to re-sign-in if SSO is enabled.

I absolutely love clickup it has been the best management app I have used. I have found many use cases. The only gripe I have is with the app. I wish you could send emails from the comments section like you can on desktop. It is very inconvenient to have to be on desktop to use that feature. I am often on the go and can't reply by email. It is much easier to reply by email instead of invited every client to our click up.

Never opens in app when viewing task from email. It always takes me to open in app page, then to play store😳🤷🏾‍♀️. Once I even get to app the first page barely loads of at all. I already find it confusing to use on a laptop and the app makes it even more frustrating as I do a lot of work from my phone. If using it on your computer, it has a lot of great features but take a lot of work to learn, very mouse heavy, and just not aesthetically pleasing.

It doesn't. massive amounts of project management and organization very cheaply. the only downside is that the team has added so many features so fast it's a little hard to find the best way to do some things. sometimes there are three or four ways of accomplishing the same task. thankfully the documentation is great and support is very helpful!

Clickup has come a long way and the latest mobile app is proof of that. The main reason I stick with Clickup, through the sluggish or awkward moments, is they are constantly evolving. Many people dislike software that changes too frequently, but I've found that the actual usability of the app improves everytime even if they add features I'll never use. There are TONS of ways to customize and configure Clickup to work the way YOU work.

ADD OFFLINE FUNCTIONALITY!! I go to jot down a quick task and I can't because without signal you can't select the list to put it in! Or anything else! This app is useless without a speedy internet connection. Even a completely separate "offline" folder that I can use without signal to add and remember things to sort later would be more useful than this brick of junk. And I pay for the web version. It's good. But this mobile app is embarrassing.

I really love the desktop app, but the Android app is buggy and isn't adding all scheduled task to the calendars and "next up" or "tomorrow" tabs. Also, the widget is completely useless. I was hoping the widget would have a few options including a calendar, but it's just a list of "today" tasks so you can't even see what you have coming up the following day.

A year ago, you could argue that Clickup was one of several good cross-platform productivity tools. Since then, it has moved to the lead position by a substantial margin. With 2.0, it has best UI, custom fields, configurability, fully recursive tasks and supports both solos / groups. Better than Monday, Wrike, Asana by a long shot. Support is excellent - usually hit their 1 hour TTR target. Turnaround on fixes and suggestions equally impressive. Only gotcha is mobile app, which lags the net app.

This app is terrible!! I love Clickup, I really do. After searching everywhere, I feel I've finally found what I'm looking for. But...that only applies to the web and Windows apps. The mobile app is the pits with extremely limited functionality. It kinda feels like trying to find two matching socks in the dark, because you feel like you should be able to do certain things but it doesn't work at all like expected. I can't have my computer with me everywhere. ClickUp, please fix this soon!

What could be more easy and simple that to create a new task on this kind of application? Well, I was not able to create a single task. Not help, no explanation... Stuck on the new task with not way to save it, the only options was to go back and agreed to the "discard the task" warning. Really? I don't know what I was missing or doing wrong but I'm sure it should not be that hard to figure it out, regrettably it's with ClickUp. In short: No intuitive at all, unfriendly and definitely unfun!

What is going on with this mobile app - you guys have made it impossible to match up to an already existing clickup account. I signed up on my PC first, then downloaded the app to my phone. Once the app is open there is no login option; only a button that sends an email to me, and everytime I click that one and only option I get a message that there was a "problem with email" and nothing happens. Why not just let existing users login, link their devices and move on?
