I've been a Wix user for less than a year and I have experienced four outages, due to back end technical issues. The last issue would not allow the sharing of social media posts. I actually pay Wix extra for enhanced features that are supposed to be included in their premium version of social posting. I gave up on trying to work with tech support and there was no sense of urgency by Wix to resolve this technical issue. Keep your money and use another service.

Not sure if 2 star's is even fair. App keeps crashing. Customer service sucks. Understanding how they payment for apps work are confusing as all get out. What's available for the web may not be available to push out to app. What good is that! I chose this because of the apps integration. That's not always the case depending on which App you choose from their marketplace offering. Will be looking for another alternative after 2 years!

Excellent app builder. Highly recommend it. Perfect for what im wanting to use in lessons. Easy to understand and edit. The only issue i have had with it is it asks for 2 or more pay periods vs month by month. When my lessons are monthly. Or i have to double the price which can deter potential students. Otherwise 5 star.

Website is EXTREMELY SLOW & CONFUSED! I've been trying to launch my business since the 1st week in October. The website takes hours to load pictures, remove text of your items on their own, & change font size on their own. When you click to one thing it goes to a page/another place on the site, you didnt click to. It doesn't save the same information on the website version to the mobile version. The mobile version has limited features to edit/change. The social media icon barely works.

this so used to be more useful. as a sure that doesn't do much selling and booking, i was using the app to make blog posts & edit the website. or seems that a recent update removed the ability to edit your site. Wix seems to think it's not possible or convenient to edit a site on a 5 inch screen, but it worked well enough at the time. now the only thing i can do is post to my blog, which isn't enough for me to keep this memory hog on my phone. let me know when you put the site editor back..

They update and change the mobile app so often that you can't keep up with how you're supposed to interact with the app. I'm tech-savvy and this is by far the most frustrating phone app that I've consistently used over a span of years. Though you CAN use your phone, I would highly recommend NEVER using it and only using your DESKTOP computer to engage with this app. also, having anyone respond to you in a timely manner with customer service is incredibly rare: no phone calls, only emails.

Wix app has been super helpful, however, when i tried making a coupon recently for 1 specific service, it kept showing some kind of error. I tried doing it on the computer and the dropdown to select the specific service wasn't working even when I selected "single service". Edit: in response to the developer: awesome! While you guys are working on that bug, you should add the ability to select multiple services but not all of them ;). Like coupon is good for x and y but not z.

Great, but SUPER slow to load... By the time the app had loaded, the person waiting to chat, is LONG gone... Don't get me wrong, i love being able to use the app... I just wish it was faster. Update App is still Super slow to respond, by the time the app loads up to the chat window, the potential client is offline... That cost quite a bit of potential business. If wix could figure out a way to make the code a little lighter weight and streamlined, it would be an awesome app

I've been with Wix for 7-8+ years. It started at $9 a month. Over the years the price increased, like all good things. Now I pay $22 a month for very basic needs. My site hasn't changed in that time frame, but the price has. I haven't been able to access my website from my new phones using desktop version or regular version or even using this APP over the years and neither have friends and family in past few years. I don't use desktop, so I'm uncertain what I'm paying for anymore. Unfortunate...

Update 3/22/21- looks like the issues with the invoicing features have been addressed and fixed. Thank you liked the original app, but a few weeks ago I was prompted to download this update, as well as the other app (Wix owner). Both versions Invoice functions are now extremely slow!! I used to add payment and send invoices and receipts through the old app, and now it just locks up or barely moves.. what happened?!?

The idea is good, but the execution is sad. You cannot for the life of you upload a video link from this app. You can edit previous posts that have the video link, but if the post was not originally created from your desktop. No! This is stupid. YouTube is the most used for content, why is it so hard to link and set up a video on the blog. It was so much of a head ache I lost creativity. I thought the work around was saving drafts with the YouTube video link already set and duplicating/editing

It would be great if the app could stop crashing while I'm attempting to create a logo. Then i have to start all over with the questions in order for me to get the them again and once i do it has saved none of the fqvorites bbn i had already picked. Very frustrating. There should be a way for you to go back and forth between favorit3d logos that you are working on without it starting with the questions again too.

I like the app for the most part but over the last 2 updates my images are being posted with only a portion of the image showing in the blog posts. I literally have to go to my computer to re-upload the same image to replace the oddly cropped one. Which basically makes the convenience of the app useless. If I could upload a screenshot I would.

The blog function is so buggy you cannot edit a single character without the entire blog doing crazy things. For example, you go to delete an extra space or something. It will copy the entire paragraph you're on, move to the top of the blog and paste the paragraph over the first 3 sentences of your blog. It does different things every time. This sort of behavior is unavoidable even after reinstalling the app, and it makes the entire app useless if your goal is to blog. No response from support.

There are a few quirks in the app. For example, I cannot add photos to galleries using the app, although there is a button that says to add to the gallery...it doesn't actually work so I have to be at my computer in order to do so. Also, cannot sell a price plan without getting an error... Edit: New update has fixed gallery issue.

I have been using this app for two years, just renewed contract a couple of months ago. Mobile app just completely became unresponsive on both my android and iPhone. I have no way of seeing when my appointments are for the weekend and customer service was absolutely no help at resolving the issue even after seeing a screenshot of my screen. I suggest they hire knowledgeable staff to assist paying patrons in a timely and efficient manner. This is unacceptable quality and service.

I've used the app and the website version for a while now. It works pretty well, but I have one huge complaint. Uploading photos for blog posts is a major PITA. I can only upload 5 photos successfully at a time when using the website, and I have to restart the app and my phone several times when trying to upload photos on mobile. Can't figure out why it's like that. I've checked for updates every where I can think of to no avail.

Frustrating. While editing a blog post, the cursor jumps to random locations. This causes you to input data in the wrong places. When you try and correct the typos, it glitches and jumps to the wrong place yet again. Fret not, it manages to auto save its mistakes so you can grow frustrated at a later time.
