Possible errors in charts and actual prices, even if you prove it they won't help (only used Vantage charts)

Very happy with the platform for forexs and ETFs. Easy to transfer, withdraw and deposit funds. Didn’t have all forexs was looking for but these were obscure ones and didn’t make a massive difference. However for crypto’s I wouldn’t use this and for those looking to get into that I’d recommend Bianance.

They are not honest with you. Please do not accept the small spread.there are a lot of hidden fees.so let give you example,you have to wait more than one day for deposit or withdraw so imagine how much profits thay can make with your money before deposit and withdraw .you can withdraw only one time per month with no fee so they try to keep your money in the account.there are more but there are only500letters.I give one star because there are a lots of robots in support service to answer quickly.

This is a great app. During lockdown I taught myself how to play the forex markets, something I always wanted to do but always seemed so expensive and this app is amazing and easy to use. Other banks charge huge transaction fees but on Vantage FX it is free. They also have a live practise section where you can try before you spend.

ROBBERS. Awful experience. Traded with the no deposit credit bonus of €50, believing I would not have to pay it back of I lost it since it was free credit. Then couldn't withdraw $100 of my own money because of this. Awful customer support that didn't help at all. Avoid.

Equiped with many necessry tool with signal not always reliable though. The worst experience is customer sevice. You can hardly get instant response with online Cs. The responses have always been " drop your message on the chat box below or email us . we will get back to as soon as possible" i never got reply for once. It is like they dont know how urgent one could be in need of a Cs. I never had it worse like that with other platform customer sevice.

They go above and beyond to add value to traders. Their ProTrader feature is fantastic since it is based on TradingView, so you can trade from a very intuitive web or app platform. I've also interacted with their support team and it was a reasonably productive experience. That said, bear in mind that this is still a broker and they benefit from you losing, so keep your expectations on the negative expectancy side of the equation.

Ideal place for a broker/digital floor trade experience if you don't need constant updating of position or graphs but can be a little bit slow, so far can not flaw vantage FX customer support throughout my experience they have been excellent, glad I chose them as a broker.

I do not understand CFD trading so I just invest in forexs and I am enjoying it so far and have learnt a lot already even though my portfolio is modest. I’m in it for the long term gains. I app has a lot of technical issues. Relating to placing the order, closing the order and so on. I even screenrecorded and sent many proof to the customer service as I lost money due to their issues. Its been days and my issue has still not been solved.

The best mobile platform in foreX. Its beautiful interface, nice touches of color combination. Charts, Indicators, news feeds are looks good. I recommend to have this app for your trading right. The Best quality application I think.

"Don’t usually leave any reviews for apps , but after reading some of the dross left by some reviews on here , I thought this might help put a few minds at ease. App is as simple as can be , layout easy to understand , buying and shares could not be easier , I would advise to use the invest part of the app , but that’s just the safer option in general when buying shares. Withdrawals take me 2 days to complete no fees required for doing this. If your looking for a safe and easy way to get your foot into the forex market , then get this app , you won’t regret it. Had no issues with any verification or glitches losing me money , hear the same stories all the time and 99% of the times it’s completely user error. Customer service is quick and to the point which is all you can ask for. Only thing I hope they bring in soon is 2FA , which would just make the app a little safer , but I hear there are plans to do this. Long and short , if you want to start trading your safe to do so with this app. Hope this helps."

I have no issues with the app itself. However it is extremely annoying to have a promotion in the form of a pop-up shown to you every time you open the app. It's a very irritating user experience. It's okay to occasionally show promotions, but not on every single login

Completely unreliable! They closed my account AFTER I opened some positions (because they said my trading strategy was risky). However they did it WITHOUT removing the remaining funds. When the market reopened, the positions were quoting but I was unable to close them because they were not considering my account active. However, the funds were blocked in the positions and after 40 minutes most of them were stopped out. A normal broker would never do such a thing.

Not a good xprnce with the app. Xtrend is better. Lot's of issue with the trading facility. Like high deposit amount and withdrawal. No credit, rewards and loyalty program facility. Application is too slow. Once minimize and reopened it take too much time get refreshed.

Just started using the app, one thing I would suggest the devs, please please, swap the (-) (+) buttons at the trade screen, the TP and SL are right but somehow for some reason the volume is inverted in the same screen!!!! Overall is ok app, have some working to do but is a must for mobile trading. Keep up!
