I am a single mum looking to maximise my end-of-the-month spare change, so I'm pretty disappointed with this app. I put all those details in registering for it only to find it wants thousands of pounds before I even start. I was hoping to use this app to get that kind of money, but sadly, this app is only for the wealthy. As usual, the rich and wealthy only seem interested in making rich people more rich!

Nothing works and the website errors out on login. What's worse: countless emails and screenshots to support are ignored repeatedly. You should not need further input especially as many others in here have reported the same. Stay clear of MoneyFarm if you want your money safe and secure!

brokers are extremely helpful and respond quickly, app is easy to use and modern. as an improvement I would like to see total ROI rather than just on the monthly payments.

Withdrawals are not instant access. You need to deinvest, which takes 3 days, once that's done you need to really for the funds to be available. Once funds are available you can move them. It's ridiculous. The info is clear to see but DDs are a pain. If you want to amend a DD you can't you have to start a new one and cancel the old one in the app

Excellent app more informative that others I've tried without all the faddy nonsense. I also like the accompanying videos you get which inform you of how things are going and what investments they've chosen to make. Would like to see an ethical fund on offer but otherwise excellent!

Excellent app that seems to get better and better with each iteration. A little disappointed to have lost the expected performance figures in this release.

Decent app, works well without hanging (which is often less common than we would like). Would prefer easier access to the forecasted growth graphs, even though they are hypothetical, they do help plan. Would like the ability to split off a percentage of my isa into different risk investment profiles, so not all money is in the highest risk investment band, which would for me offer more diversification.

Update after 3 months. Finding app and moneyfarm performing very well and being fully informed on investment activities. Original review. Simple to use app, shows what I need to review with my account. I can take a screenshot if I need to get a hard copy of results.

Pretty straight forward to use. When I've had to withdraw some funds as well the process has been quite smooth as well. The asset allocations are quite clear and the app quite gives me the details I need when I review from time to time.

Good app, support and investment principles. Not enough clarity, guidance and info on sale time scales and prices, etc. Sold when in profit. ...well at least I thought I did. They sold the following day when I was down. Slightly misleading and not transparent enough.

The app itself is decent and works well although features I used initially have been removed to it's detriment. The investments they make are terrible though and they provide guidance and advice but don't follow it themselves. I was up 17%, however due to their bad investment decisions and slow reactions to the market I was only up 4% when I decided to disinvest. I'll be putting all of my money into Wombat where my portfolio hasn't faltered below 15% and continues to be strong.

Poor contact. Often can't get through to talk to someone and chat feature often doesn't work. Needed to withdraw a sum quickly but is taking longer than I was led to believe. Very frustrating

The app is very good on the whole but I WISH Moneyfarm would implement standard token-based 2-factor authentication methods (i.e. Google Authenticator tokens) versus using the app for this. This is honestly the biggest thing I'd like to see. I also think the lack of status updates in the app for pension transfers is a missed opportunity - overcommunicating to your clients is never a bad thing.

App is ok but every update seems to require pin and fingerprint to be set up again, which is annoying. Performance of investments is fairly poor compared to others that I have hence I am not adding any additional money to my account.

One of the best apps out there, these guys have serious approach to ETFs and some great returns even in this hard period. The investment managers will rebalance the portfolio (if market conditions change) manage your money for no extra fees for the first year. Also, some great insight articles explaining hot topics. 5 stars

When it works, it's great. But for most times, it doesn't seem to be able to load pass the login page. I've tried clearing the cache, data and even uninstall but no progress 😑
