I'm thoroughly pleased with everything this app has to offer. For 20 bucks a month for student version, being able to emerse myself in my full potential with apps that inspire me to find the true artist in me, as well as free tutorials to help guide me in each program, I have no issues with paying 20 bucks a month for that. I've spent hundreds of dollars upgrading one single video editing program year after year. Having over 20 different programs at my disposal is a great deal.

In terms of the entirety of the Adobe Creative Cloud apps they all work really well. My issue is with there being NO contact information to contact customer service on their website. As well as their misguided directions when it came to the withdrawal of money from my account.

"Save to Device" is not working properly. The file is hidden somewhere not accessible through file browser or gallery (have to dig deep for it). Files are NOT loading, not even a tiny 1080 file. Creative cloud storage is basically useless. Another "great" "premium" feature for which you pay! Thanks Adobe.

This is part of the Photoshop package I'm dying to get. It's awesome everything I've read and tried so far, can't wait till I get mine, it's to expensive for me at the moment only because I'm not making an income doing some designs for nonprofit organizations (churches) but once I'm fully trained and had enough practice this is what I'm getting!

I've been using Adobe creative cloud for quite a few years. Mostly positive experience, only a few hiccups in the years I have been using it. Between cross platform compatibility is a big plus.

Dear Adobe, I use this app a lot but unfortunately there are downsides the folders are not distinguishable from pictures. I would be much better if we had the option to sort the content as "Folders first". Everytime I open the app it loads all the content again, why not keep some often used folders as offline, in 2019 we have a lot of space in our phones, we can take it. Simply said if this was a bit more like a real browser it would be much better.

It's just not really worth having. Uploading files is difficult in terms of navigating and selecting files, and it's SO SLOW. I've been paying Adobe £600 a year for many years, and this app has sucked the whole time. My internet is over 1gb/s, but after 10 mins of uploading a 3gb file it still fails. Adobe's slack approach to their apps is exactly why their reputation is in the toilet among film and TV professionals, and probably other industries too. This app isn't worth having.

Adobe Creative Cloud is a great, stable application that does almost everything I want it to do. However, I wish you could transfer files from your library, such as illustrator files from Adobe Stock, to your cloud documents folder. This would allow me to directly open illustrator files from the cloud documents folder on my desktop, instead of downloading the .ai files on my phone and Bluetoothing it to my desktop. Other than that, this app is great and I highly recommend.

terrible, unintuitive and refuses to work. adobe loves to make your life as difficult and painful as possible. There is simply no option to choose how a background is removed. Free virus filled websites offer far better and more powerful background removal tools. Adobe is a joke of a company.

Generally nice, but I can't upload any PDF files anymore. Everything I try just says "file failed to upload" with no more information which makes the app pretty much useless on my phone at this point. I currently have to get the files to a different device to upload them from there and that's more or less the opposite of how a cloud should work.

Crashes all the time, completely unusable on my phone. The only Adobe app that runs smoothly on my phone is Lightroom. Other else are pure trash. My Samsung A32 may suck, but all other 3rd-party apps runs smoothly without any problem.

Paid for services and wait forever to get any work done because it's soo slow and keeps crashing. Have a brand new computer and since installing this app and trying to work so many issues with the computer. Took it to get repaired they removed all Adobe and brand new computer again.. you all need to fix your product it's not good.

Syncing files is slow. However, deleting files from the deleted folder on the cloud site is even slower if not miserable. If you don't delete them, they are counted as part of your storage usage. In response to your computer generated response, the forum is the pits. No real advice and very little help. I know you guys think you are the only game around, but remember IBM. (In response to Rc: As far as I know, there is no way to permanently delete files without first deleting them.)

I really like the Remove Background feature in the 'Quick Actions'. It is very intuitive. Does a fantastic job removing background in my pictures. Another feature I like in the 'quick actions' is I can decide right away if I want to keep the change, move forward to next step, or discard. The caviat in the 'quick actions' is each action you take generates a new save or share.

Paid for all Adobe products bundle on a monthly basis and decided to click the checkbox to try Adobe stock for free. They do NOT let you cancel Adobe Stock and charge you $30 a month for a whole year after that, or else charge an outrageous early cancellation fee of $150+. I just spoke with their outsourced customer service and they told me there is nothing they can do. I'm already paying a lot for their services and I'm definitely terminating after my term ends. Buyers beware.

I like this but I think you guys can improve on when you remove certain objects and things with removing the background it seems kind of choppy from what I've noticed maybe it's my dated phone because of the device that I'm using my phone or the quality of that didn't come out like a high resolution cut out so when you remove the background maybe guys can work on fixing that because that's what I seen on my end that the way it removed the background it had poor quality. Good app so far.

I love all of Adobe's software and use it almost everyday and have been for several years. It is worth the month. You can not replace the library of premium apps on this app. It works just like the desktop version does. And was shocked at what it can do on a mobile device since it's such an intense set of software already on PC. Anyway, I will always use Adobe. The alternatives are not anywhere near the quality and effectiveness that Adobe software has. Make sure your device can handle this.

It's alright.. I like the way they put everything in there but I don't know if It's a user friendly thing. I'm not an expert on this one but I think it would be a good idea to take a look for learning tutorial on youtube first before you purchase it that way it will be worth it since it's not cheap for a price like that for a monthly subscription or maybe a free trial if your a kinda an organize person, but if not I suggest make sure to cancel it same day cause if not that's how they get you.
