Custom covers don't sync - I set up custom covers for my notebooks according to topics, but they are only displayed on phone, not on the tablet. The content of the notebooks -luckily- do sync, just not the covers. Such a shame, because it's much easier to use the app on tablet, but I need it on the phone too for daily random notes at work. Other downloaded covers and templates don't sync either so be prepared that you have to set everything up from sratch on every device

I like this app a lot. It's easy to use and I spend a lot of time taking notes and studying with it. However, I wish the app had the option to open two different notebooks at once or open the same notebook twice just like in IOs. This would help a lot when you are writting your notes again. I hope that we can have this option soon!

I'm really disappointed, first of all I've backed up my data and when reinstalling the app all was loss. Second, I saw how far more advanced the iOS version is of the app, it feels like they don't care about the android users. We paid the same price but received less??

After the latest update, the page margin on legal ruled template has become very wide and takes a lot of space on the page. I already submitted an in app email but have not received any response so far.

Confused. I think the problem is between major versions of the app. I had it for over a year and then had to buy it when I went to re-download it. Ended up losing tons of notes, there's no local save? I can't find my original review either. I know a really good software consultant could make sure nothing like this happens.

Useful additions you people can consider for upcoming updates:- •Add feature to select text from the PDFs. •Add a laser pointer. •Enable to add voices from device memory rather than in-app recorder (because the recording doesn't sound good). •Power up the sync feature too, doesn't work nicely. Rest all existing features are working fine as of now. Keep up the good work 👍🏻!

Recently I purchased noteshelf and i have used it about more than a week or two. It worked superbly and writtings was very smooth. But today suddenly there is huge lag in drawings and drawings are not smooth. So its very hard to write letters in the app now. After that I have uninstall and re install the application but not fixed. So what can I do? need assistance and quick fix will be much appreciated because I'm in my exam week, because i cant use my notes properly.

Do NOT turn on sync. I lost a notebook which was a heavily annotated crochet pattern. Nothing life threatening, but extremely, very, a lot irritating and should not be possible in the year 2023, even in a beta feature. I have emailed the developers via the app but I am flippin livid mate.

finally the long awaited multi device sync is here! but noteshelf is still not perfect, far from it. i could talk on and on about it, for example, the sync utilizes google drive, while it does the job, sometimes mistakes could happen, my notes got copied twice, but, i understand this is still a very early phase. other suggestions i will talk about it directly to the developers.

No features in this app warrant a $5 price tag. Very basic. Would like to see a "neat handwriting" option, and more fonts or ways to download or purchase more fonts for starters. And freezes constantly and sometimes will randomly delete my mark ups in a pdf document. It is good with interactive pdfs though, ones that are pre-made obviously this app does not have the interface to create one.

The pen doesn't connect until I select the marker then the pen after I already choose to use the pencil style I don't understand what's going on, I check the settings an toggle the stylus options but it doesn't help after messing with it for a minute or two it works but that isn't practical for when I need it to take down a number on the spot it's very frustrating. Other than that it's a great app I have it on my tablet with no issues

This app was preloaded on my Samsung Tab S7 and I found that I really liked the functionality so I PAID to download the app on my Samsung Note9, assuming I'd be able to sync between the two. Wrong. As another reviewer stated, the sync worked only the first time...I've tried backing up both to Google Drive and OneDrive and it does NOTHING. Huge disappointment.

almost there, if this app could sync across devices; hands down this would blow all others out the water. its pretty easy to use and great for note taking for class. however, I do wonder with the lack of proper syncing; if im risking loosing notes! maybe if they could add PDF or doc support this app could be the app to rule them all.

Outstanding app! I used this on an iPad for years and had been searching for a suitable replacement, gave up, and finally discovered Noteshelf had come to Android! The OCR with my messy handwriting is nothing short of outstanding. Very easy to learn and the interface is comfortable to use (I am a furious notetaker). The option of including audio recording I use constantly throughout my day, leaving myself verbal notes that I compile and at end of work. TRY THIS APP! It's awesome.

I really like this app. The layout is perfect for organizing my notes into notebooks and the interface is very simple and uncluttered, but not so simple that you are missing important functionality. Great balance. I would give it 5 stars if I could sync my notes across my android devices as you can on ios/icloud. Really miss this feature after switching from Apple/IOS to Samsung/ Android devices.

Wish I could give it a 3.5. I use this app daily on my ChromeOS Duet. -1 Works great except for a issue where the app will lock up while refreshing the current page when I leave the app running in the background in a notebook. While a pain, it has not resulted in data loss,. -0.5 As for features, really want to see some form of syncing. I use two tablets and would be great run Noteshelf on both with confidence instead of trying to bounce through backups :)

The actual note taking part of this app is amazing. But it lacks key features that are very necessary to make this the premium note taking app it claims to be. 1) a "true" eraser that just erases a portion, instead of the entire connected line 2) Auto-sync so notes can be viewed between devices 3) Locally editing PDFs without the need to import them. I like to mark up PDFs and have it auto-synced with my cloud server so I can access them with my notes at anytime. I currently use a few different apps to get all of these features. If Noteshelf can combine them all together, that's 6/5 stars in my book. For $5, these features should be standard! Will likely be uninstalling for a refund.

Great app overall! It works mostly good on my Tab S6. There are some bugs however like when trying to use the S Pen button for eraser, sometimes it won't erase or do anything. And, sometimes, with the select tool causes some lags. I wish there are more paper sizes options, grid sizes, rule sizes and syncing. Great note taking app!
