Kickoff is Great practical way to build credit from little or no credit. Nineteen months ago I had little debt but no credit accounts. Starting a secure credit card seemed like a trap for me to spend foolishly. The great thing about the service is that it teaches you how credit is built and exactly when it is shared with credit score companies. I'm very grateful for this service and the synchronicities that brought me to the website in the beginning were almost unreal. Five hard earned stars!

Great app to help boost your score, and helps you build credit at very affordable payments at the same time! It has helped me show good payment history and reports every month. If you have no credit or bad credit this is a great app for you. You buy digital products and pay over time. Don't exceed 10% usage though!

So, I hate to do this but I've tried everything else. I paid for their credit repair service, both the $2/mo and $10/mo one. The service lasts for a year, so that's $144 total. They told me my credit report would be updated within 6 weeks. That was in March. It's now August. I've been e-mailing customer support but they just keep saying they're waiting on an update. I reached out to them on July 5th. Still no resolution. So, I paid for a credit repair "loan" that doesn't update my credit. Beware

For now I rate it 2 stars only because it possibly could help raise my credit score. After looking into it more, it seems the only place you can use the credit they offer you is to purchase something on their store. They already got me for 2.00, just by adding a payment method. My billing date was the next month, but as soon as i put in the payment method, not to pay right then, just to add the payment method, well the charged my card for the first payment due a month away. Think it's a fraud

This is a really great app. Its not a scam. It really helps to build your credit score quickly especially if you just have a low score due to a thin file. This can get you to a place where you can have meaningful credit. Great idea. Almost surprised that they allow this to actually work and not ban or prevent this from counting towards your credit score.

I've had an account with kikoff going on 3 months now and my credit score has gone up significantly. I began with a bad credit score(under 500) and I am now quickly approaching a fair credit score. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an extra boost without the risks associated with a secured credit card and the stress that comes with the territory.

Every payment of $5 has been on time and all good, however it hasn't really helped my score go up at all. They did do a hard credit pull, dropped my score a lot. 9 months of on-time helped 0. Then on the 10th month the payment declined because I changed to a new card and forgot to change the payment method with them. 1 month was late and it dropped my credit score again, by -43 points. This is a scam!! BEWARE!! They claim they help you raise your credit score and build credit, what a load of...

wonderful app focused on helping people make good choices. I'm not sure what the negative reviews are about other than if the people didn't have the couple dollars in their account at the time of auto withdrawal or they changed debit cards but didn't change it in the app then the "bill" would go unpaid. Look, this is the end of the road for bad financial decisions and the beginning for good ones. Take ownership of your future people. My credit score has rose 200 poi ts to over 700 now. Believe.

This app is supposed to help build your credit, but what they don't tell you is that they do a hard credit pull and it drops your credit score 41 points. Why would I sign up for a credit builder card that drops my score when I'm trying to build credit. If I would've known this before hand I would've never even downloaded this app. since downloading it and signing up for it, my credit score has only gone down, I have seen zero improvement at all to my credit only dropped 41 points.

So I'm currently very overdue on my payments because every damn time I enter my cards YOU declined them all, not my bank, I know better, because I get notified when that happens. These are payment options I have used before and all of a sudden they don't work. That's not MY problem that is yours. The app, so you need to fix that or you can kindly cancel my membership and not negatively effect my credit score. Which you're doing right now with your glitch. I've been with you over a year!!!

This is not a $500 dollar credit limit to go spend on whatever. This is strictly to build your credit and it works great for that. You can only "purchase" subscriptions from their store. You're essentially paying a $2 monthly fee to build your credit as they report it to the credit bureaus as "on time" payments.

I had almost forgotten about even signing up with this app because I set up to have the $2 monthly payment taken on autopay (seriously it's that affordable). That is until three months in when I've steadily seen my credit score jump almost 60 points. I actually had to look at my accounts to see what in the heck was making such a difference and there it was. My little kickoff account with its low utilization and perfect payment history. I'm telling you, this app is the real deal.

This was great for a few months, but then it refused to accept any of my payment methods, saying my bank wouldn't allow the transaction. It's set up as a direct deposit and after talking to my bank the issue is definitely on Kickoff's side. Unfortunately, kickoff doesn't return emails trying to resolve the situation. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY WITH THIS APP.

Update: it is now up 110pts!!! love this app, so far my credit has went up 35pts since November. It really is legit and user friendly. It's not full of ads and customer service is quick and efficient anytime I've jad issues they been fixed promptly. If you're looking for credit building this is the best one there's no hidden fees and it's very simple to use. Definitely worth the $5 a month!

Its good if you want to add a quick 10 or 20 points to your score in a few months, can really help if you're just a few points shy of your goal. The only negative is the amount of notifications you'll get. Usually the notification is kikoff offering other services, if you disable them, you don't have the option to be reminded of payments due until you get a text saying you're past due. I still think its worth it though, especially if you're only a few points shy of meeting a goal.

This is hands down, the BEST credit builder to date! Its unlike self or credit sesame, where you have access to your credit funds and have the chance of running your credit utilization up! No, this is way better!! That sounds bad, but it's actually more beneficial. With Kikoff, you DONT pay a deposit, theres no credit check and the monthly payments are like $2!!!! Seriously, i've used them all and this is the BEST, by FAR! Set the payments on auto-payment, and watch your credit score rise!

8/12: update, my credit score went up 37 points!! Right when this reported! That is amazing! 7/13:was really easy to sign up, I was pretty surprised. Its a fantastic idea, so I'm curious to see the results. I'll update after it updates on my credit file. 2$ a month is easy for anyone to do, and the first payment is not for 2 weeks, so starting is free.

builds a credit rating. it is mentioned in the conclusions from the credit bureaus. doesn't eat much. nothing but payment (autopayment and forget about it). kikoff does everything himself. the application is what you need, a minimum of information, without water, is logical. I recommend it. minus: it is impossible to change the first entered address. I have updated the state city cellphone car laptop, for the first six months. but the address of the application has not yet been updated..🤷‍♂
