It's useful. But if you're going to charge to directly monitor bank accounts be clear and upfront about it. Voice over says "free" in your video advertisement. If I'm happy with the app I'm willing to pay. Aside from that it would be better to view the available balance than just the current balance. Many banks will hold on to funds in their records even a week after you've made an expenditure. So just showing the current balance won't help. Also, your expenses filter is way off and should give the option of editing the filters of expenses based on keywords. If an expense comes up as uber I should be able to filter all Uber expenses to automatically come up as a specified filter. It came up as "groceries" in one listing...

Fantastic Powerful App. Premium lifetime is worth the low cost otherwise you hardly get any accounts. I update manually so can't speak to account syncing. I can track all my debts and bank accounts on this, track past and upcoming payments, set up a budget, look at trends, get bill reminders, get an all-accounts snap shot, and more. There are so many report options and ways to look at information (cash flow, income/expense report, spending pie chart, credit ratio, debt balances, and more).

This is a really good financial app. While they think of a lot of things in the categories, I feel that categories is something that the consumer should be able to manipulate. However i have found that this is a minor thing to hold someone back from purchasing the premium. One thing that stands out to me is the ability to view on a computer. While i would look a computer app for this, going on a web browsers on a computer works amazingly well.

I paid for premium, and I'd give this 5 stars, but there's one glaring flaw--on certain credit cards, it shows your available credit as a negative amount/expense, and your used credit as a positive amount/asset. One example is any type of Chase card. If this gets fixed I'm more than happy to up my review score. Update: After the dev's response, this is fixed!! Thanks so much for the quick fix, guys! The only minor gripe I have is that it can't connect to my Ally account, but that's no biggie.

I've been trying to find a simple, practical, but effective way to manage my spending. I've tried other budgeting apps, and many of them are overly complicated for my needs. Then there's other apps that make you pay for simple services. Wallet seems to be exactly what I was looking for. Everything I need to keep track of spending, hopefully stick to a budget, and work towards better spending (and saving!) habits.

I was happy to find an alternative to Mint who have now just flood you with ads. The product is promising. It has the mobile app and a web version. However, the web version does not have all the features of the mobile version (rearranging the order of accounts, budgets). A major area that needs improving and is a bit of a deal-breaker for me is.. BUDGETS - they have weekly, monthly but not bi-weekly which is when a lot of people are paid. Also it does not show you budget against income., in fact it adds the income to the budget which does not make sense so you really have to not put the income in there. This is a serious flaw since that is a major reason for wanting to use software. If this was fixed I would gladly pay for the software as the rest of it works well. It would also be nice if when you clicked on a widget in the app such as Income that it would take you to a list of the transactions. Basically, all the widgets should click-through to logical detail.

It does what I need mostly but it's kinda hard to parse all the information. For example if I want to filter my records and show income only, or income tagged with X, I can't, I can only see ALL records for the time period I'm reviewing. I get that the features I'm looking for are probably a pro feature but I don't like the interface enough to upgrade. I don't just need a cash flow graph, I need specifics of where it came from and when.

I just received this app and I'm finally getting into inputting my income/ expenses. It has a great display of graphs and it's a fairly easy interface to utilize, but the only thing that honestly is pissing me off is that you can't put more than one income in your tracker. Like what the hell?? So this would be atleast a 4 star review but because it can't perform a necessary task it gets 2 stars.

I really, really wanted this to work! :( Wallet is like a modern, more customizable and streamlined version of Mint. I was stoked and ready to pay the subscription price for this, but just two days of trial and error, there are some major bugs/flaws that makes the application nonfunctional for me. The first problem is that it's tedious and difficult to import your entire bank history and then connect a synced bank account to it. You have to do it in a certain order or you'll get duplicate transactions. It does have a duplicate finder but you'll still spend a lot of time deleting them. Related to that, I notice that duplicate transactions that aren't connected to any account will appear if you've deleted an account in the past. So, you're unable to mass edit transactions until you delete all those duplicates. The most critical problem though, is that I cannot get my bank accounts to sync anymore. It gives me 'Bank Integration Failed' error. I gave it a day, hoping it was a bank problem, but other apps sync just fine. So, without being able to sync my info...Wallet is now useless. There is also no technical support either despite this being a paid app...bummer.

Updated: Developer responded promptly. Issue is my bank syncing method. Won't be about to use still, but app is good! Original: I REALLY wanted to like this app! It has a beautiful user interface and seems like the functionality is incredible! Wanted to upgrade to premium plan for a year, but had to sync bank account everyday. I have other finance apps that don't have to do this for some reason, which makes it inconvenient (especially since it takes up to 5 minutes to connect).

I've been using the app for more than 2 years, and I like all of their functionalities - budgeting, future purchases, goals, and more. (fully paid option) Some improvements I'd like to see: having more precise search options; hiding some of the unwanted tabs; better interface improvements; more customization of the types of expenses; and finally, less details to insert for each expense.

I wanted an app that can do a lot, including budgeting. Unfortunately this app, currently, does not keep a tally of how much is being budgeted total and only does for individual category. I'd give it 5 stars if they can improve budget feature as a budget is useless if you can't see the total at once and fine tune it in real time without having to use paper or calculator. I've only been using it for 2 days so can't vouch for other features currently as it takes 30 days for it to kick in fully.

This is a fantastic application for Account synchronization, credit card usage tracking, charts/graphs/reports along with icon and category customization not forgetting an outstanding subscription cost for a lifetime at $50.00. Where it falls short is with its budget and tracking interval. It has many options that go further out than a year but it fails in the short range. It can track in 1 week and 1 month, but does not have a 2-week or bi-monthly option. This point leads to a 3 star review.

Wallet has thus far hit the mark for me, offering clear visuals with easy to understand info. It is relatively user friendly with a nice UI. However, I do find the set-up of categories and sub-categories to be mostly useless for me and there doesn't seem to be an option to add your own. Subcategories can be hidden, but haven't fiund a way to delete. It would be helpful ti give the user the option to set up categories and subcategories that meet "their" needs. Overall, I am pleased.

Would be a great app if it worked. I have been having problems with bank sync since the very beginning. Chase bank NEVER connects. It's pretty pointless then coz none of those fancy charts and statistics are of any use then. I have been a paid subscriber for many months now as I was very excited by the features, but if the most critical features don't work then the app is no good. And I am being forced to cancel my subscription. I really hope these guys fix this app. Update : bug fixed, works now

Really like this app. It does 90% of what I need in a budgeting app. I wish the breakdown wheel of expenses was also available for incomes, and I wish split transactions didn't become entirely separate transactions. Otherwise it is a decent app. The only other thing it's missing is a website counterpart for when I'm on my laptop. But otherwise it is a great app! Especially since unlike many other budgeting apps, they don't force me to connect to my bank account to track my expenses!

The app is useful and helps me be more mindful of the money I'm spending. I wish it was more easily integrated with bank / credit card accounts. A quick tutorial on the use of Wallet would be very beneficial, especially when it comes to setting things up for the first time. Also, if someone is into stocks, it would be awesome if this app could track the current worth of your portfolio. Lastly, how about a time tracker for working people to track hours worked and approximate the amount of income expected on next paycheck? For hourly workers, this could help manage planned income so that budgeting for the future is more meaningful. I would really like an "one app that does it all" app, although it may not be realistic. Bill pay would also be nice. UPDATE: I'm not having a lot of success with connecting accounts. I connected my credit card account, but the records only go back but so far when they are added, resulting in a credit card balance that is completely inaccurate.

Not a well designed user experience. The app doesn't seem to see transfers, it keeps marking them as expenses from one account and then income for another but it should be one transfer. Also the categories are confusing and can't be edited easily. You can't add any new categories, really? Lastly, the 'game' where you choose what expenses were worth it doesn't tell you much about the transaction, like which account. Just, here is a number, was it worth it? Annoying.
