overall good experience. was able to read and edit a pdf. however there seems to be a lack of save options. i cannot rename a file in the app. while i can save a pdf it loses its edit functionality. this is very important when filling out multple of the exact same form that may need changes later. Add the ability to change the name of a file, copy a file, and save while preserving editable function and its a 5 star app

Beware! Adobe offers a 7 day free trial, but if you decide its not worth the price you may be out of luck. Inside the app itself where it provides a link to manage your subscription, but there is no subscription to cancel. Only after sending an email I was provided with a link to cancel. It appears the strategy is after the free trail you realize canceling isn't an easy option just as Adobe takes $26 out of your pocket. There are better alternatives that are free and not so seedy.

I've used the free version for 5+ yrs, it has worked perfectly for reading, commenting, filling and signing PDFs. I've had the paid version just over a 1yr, I use it for editing PDFs. I wish it was easier to delete a whole page but otherwise I'm happy with functionality. Our contractors use it to fill out forms. They have a mixed experience. Some can use it to fill with no issues. Others have constant issues. I assume these are mostly user related, as they haven't been able to reproduce issues

All you seem to be able to do is make text boxes and add images. It's not even possible to add bullet points from what I can see. The fact that they ask for a subscription for this barely functional app that is only better than Notepad because the text is in boxes. That's it, it's not better formatted, it's literally just in a box. If I could give negative starts for wasting my time I would.

Not very difficult to use I guess, as long as you're familiar with PDFs. The undo/redo option is a really nice feature to have, but with the free version most of the options aren't able to be used, aren't even part of the app yet, or the app doesn't support the feature you choose with what you're choosing it for, even if you had purchased the premium version.

Excellent mobile complement to an excellent suite of products. Kudos on the accessible pricing structure finally (for most big name software), it was time (and yes I know it's been years but I had not yet reviewed anything). Minus 2 stars for not being able to directly download the created/edited files that get auto-saved to the cloud.... seriously? Or am I blind, I had to resort to printing as PDF...... Someone tell me I'm blind or that you are working on adding a "Save To Device"!

Was working fine....Until today. Well, I noticed it today. It could have been malfunctioning yesterday or the day before for all I know, but I hadn't used it until today. It force closes without fail, and that little message pops up saying "Acrobat for Samsung has stopped working" and gives me the option to close the app or look at some sort of info. It won't open at all, tried it numerous times over the last few hours Note 10+ running Android 10, One UI 2.1, and the August security patch.

I think this app does its job. I have had to uninstall it regularly to restore speed on opening large files, and lately that doesn't help. I have a manual that is 136 MB and 3120 pages. It takes 12 seconds to open and 8 seconds for the contents to show. Then added time up to 12 seconds to display new pages. I can open it in Google drive, it takes 10 seconds to scroll to the bottom, then instantly displays any page in the book. Unfortunately it doesn't support bookmarks. Years of this behavior.

This app is barely functional. I think half the recent downloads are from people like me who re-download once or twice a year thinking it would work. The edited text doesn't save, it won't open most PDF's I need it to with no explanation, and most of the functions don't work, at least not on mobile. One of these days, I'll stop trying this thing that appears to have been forgotten about by the developers.

Frustrating as hell. Can't paste, moving text is extremely unintuitive, can't paste, the keyboard keeps popping up, can't past, I want to throw my phone, can't paste. What the hell happened, the older version was, from what I remember, much much more useful and easy to use. Can't paste in this version. This is frustrating. Have to sign in? Uninstalling...

Missing text... I edited some resumes and got everything I could edited, given the limited features of the program, and saved them as they appeared fine in the original viewing. As I started to send them to where they needed to be, I noticed the thumbnail looked different. When I opened the documents I found that all of the text I had edited was a blank space!! Hours of work went in to the edits for those resumes just to find out they were ruined because of your program! Worst $10 ever spent!!

Acrobat used to work flawlessly. Over the past couple of months, it seems that all of the documents I try to open receive an error message saying that "the document cannot be opened because the file is corrupt" - even though I am able to use/read/print each document on my other platforms. The documents are fine, and not corrupted. This app was, at one point, a solid app. Now, it's just an annoyance. I have to remind myself that this app doesn't work, and to not attempt to access it. 🤦🏼‍♂️

In versions 18.2 and below, users are able to get an overview of word search results and therefore able to jump to the result they need. However, in later versions, users have to sieve through the results one by one. This is obviously a huge disadvantage if searching through large text. I would suggest that the developers include this overview option. Because of this reason, other PDF viewers are more appealing.

Not ideal for multi-device systems and students. I still can't manage to get any of my comments or notes to sync using the cloud. I've tried everything. It's okay enough as a reader - it does refuse to open anything I just downloaded - but it still leaves much to be desired as an annotation tool. I've completely lost hundreds of pages of notes before & when notes do stick around they're trapped on a single device...

I use Acrobat DC on my computer and love it! On my phone however, my biggest complaint and frustration is the fact that I can't add any fonts!!! It's annoying when I have to use the app to fill out some forms on-the-go and the font that is used throughout the file is unavailable in the app so I have to use a font that looks similar but completely throws off the consistency of the document! I use a very common one, COURIER NEW, but apparently it's too hard for these developers to add it 😖

I use this program frequently, with access to both its mobile and PC versions, to safely store and look up all kinds of files offline. Even files that are hundreds of pages long load up in just a matter of moments. The only downfall is the number of functions (such as editing) locked behind a paywall, which is why my rating is 4 stars. However, this does not affect being able to view and store documents.

It is an ad-free product that enables you to read without distraction. It has many great features that can be accessed depending on the type of account you have. Sometimes it's challenging to get find your particular file of interest because it doesn't automatically update new files in it's library. Above all it provides a good reader experience.

Amazing. I use it to read all kinds of things both for professional documents and personal enjoyment. I haven't used many of the editing settings but what i have used I have no problems with. My only problem i guess is that you can't change the font size very much. "100%" bigger isn't much bigger. The liquidity mode is the closest you get that really increases the font but you can't read it in dark mode and it only works with smaller documents. However with most documents that's not a problem.
