It's good UI, however, there is still so much improvement needed for this app. There is no information on your credit card transaction and statement. Still need to go back to BCA Mobile everytime for the complete functions. There is also no biometrics sign-in for easier login.

while other banks' digital apps only take several minutes for registration and verification, this apps still needs a manual checking through customer service and take 2 working days only for verification (let alone the premium sms and errors), wasting your time and phone credit. The purpose of having any digital apps are to have a seamless process and create an efficient, convenience, and easier experience for customers with the support of technology. This app totally miss those purpose

I am using this bank for my top priority transaction. But I must be honest for this. This application is far more step back then MBCA application. You can only transaction for your account, no credit card info , no payment for merchant, no flazz top up , etc. When its hard to say but New Livin apps from Mandiri for the first time launching is capable to replace the older version and, it has very significant improvement speed, with refreshing outlook without cutting the function from the older ap

The app has a simple & fresh GUI, no problems with the interface design. But the problem is our way to login that can't use biometric fingerprint or faceID.. As well as the unavailability of QR code service for transfers. And credit card accounts can't show up the information. Please get an update soon.

This app has huge potential. The revamped ui is a needed change from the old M-BCA app but it's still missing some important features like flazz top up and so on. One thing that i hope will be added in the near future is the option to log in using biometrics (face unlock or fingerprint). Until then, I'm giving this app 4 stars

This new update keeps crashing on android 8 upon submitting the password. Cannot get in. Error message: myBCA keeps stopping. Previously, it was all good and smooth, though the features were not as complete as BCA mobile. Hope for a solution for older android crash very soon. Thank you.

Trying to log in from a new device and the app prompt me to do the KTP and Selfie verification through the app but it doesn't work. Have tried like 5-7 times it keeps failing, can't log in and when I ask through Whatsapp, they suggest me to go the bank and do the verification there. I mean, if the feature is not ready yet, please don't deploy it. Now it's a blocker on my side and I can't access anything. And when the verification failed, I need to retake the picture and pick the address again?

I would say this app from BCA is best for its simplicity. It's easy to manage my bank account and the UI is friendly and modern. There are some essential features that available including transfer (Virtual), checking balance, etc. I know this app is new and I'm hoping that the developer can add more great features in the future. Might need some improvements too.

Nice UI, nice performance (i think this app built with flutter? Dunno not sure), nice UX (for transferring data from m-BCA). But 1 star missing from face verification, i have to contact Hello BCA to help me out to finishing registration. Overall this is good modern app!

Just to check if a username is available cost money (SMS verification)? What kind of money grubbing practice is this?

From my experience after using this app for a few weeks, there are some things that mught improve the whole user experience. First, make an option to use default account to pay using qris transactions, because it is a hassle to choose every time I pay. Second, make biometric the default login method if it is enabled, but add a timeout to login using username and password so we dont forget our credentials.
