I have standard VIP until 2024, but I have to upgrade to standard VIP again and make payment, what's wrong with this? I can't use facilities such as Dolby sound quality, see all episodes more than 5 episodes. I am very disappointed with this treatment after I updated to the latest application

Too many ads and also when I click on the next chapter it always shows like a 30 second of another movie and I hated that too but I like the functions and stuff

All ok, but the ads is really annoyed me even i paid for VIP when i start open the app and hit pause on the series there will be pop up ads. i understand maybe that way you may reduced the fee for us, thats fair. However,i humbly request,please stop asking me to share to my friend and asked to review while i watching,this one really bug me. Now i give my review,please dont pop up asking me to review while i watching. Thanks

Paid for a standard monthly subscription just to be fair. No ads. What I got instead is up to a minute of buffering each episode, at least once, and no response from support. I might as well be watching the ads. I will watch what few dramas I can't find on Viki, and then I am out of here. Viki has its flaws, but there is no buffering, it's cheaper, and the support doesn't ignore you.

Stopping several times during streaming, it is quite annoying especially since you have to stroll 🔙 thru the selections to replay what you were initially trying to watch. I wish this app was as well organized as Viki.

In the beginning I was very pleased/loving the app. But now not so much. This month I paid for my VIP pass & the app is still telling me to pay for it again. I've tried reaching out to customer service twice showing proof that I had paid at the beginning of the month. But yet I haven't received a response.

Updated 10/7/23 - when I stream to my TV now, the subtitles won't show up anymore. --- 7/8/23 - Can't watch anything, it force closes a few secs after I open it no matter how much I try or even uninstall and try again

First of all, I forgot to cancel my subscription. I was charged and then I canceled my subscription on the day that I got charged. One thing that sucks the most for this app is that, even though, you paid for the subscription for the month, it doesn't give the month you paid for to stream. They cancel your subscription on the day of so whatever days you have left for the month gets cancelled. All other streaming apps give you the month that you paid to stream until the very end.

So meny glitches! The main one is that I set to english subs but still get Chinese subtitles anyway. The app is not user-friendly in the way that I have to search for the show I'm currently watching when there should be a section that displays what I'm currently watching. The app also pushes the shows I don't want to watch even after my rejecting the show should tell them IM NOT INTERSTED. most of the shows are MID, low quality, and you might as well just watch them for free on a burner site.

It started out good at the beginning I was able to watch all the show. But once I pay the following month the it change and a lot of the new shows are not coming up anymore it's not even an option to watch them. I hope they're able to fix this otherwise I will be canceling my subscription

This app has somehow gotten worse and it was already my least favorite streaming app for casting. Now when I cast to my TV there are no captions at all which would be fine if I actually spoke the languages that I was watching, but I do not. I am not interested in every time that I need to watch something having to watch it on my phone. The only reason I would ever pay for VIP was to cast it to my TV and to not have commercials.

It doesn't always start where I left off, or when I rewind or fast forward it doesn't show where I'm going on the screen. Also why can't we make the subtitles background darker its really hard to read them most of the time seriously its a real struggle sometimes to read.

This app is so good as source of Asian series/films to watch alongside WeTV coz' I have more choices since some series maybe available in only one of the apps. This is so helpful for me as for my entertainment purposes. Thanks developers!! The downloaded videos can be stored in the app for a very long time but some episodes became VIP all of the sudden so you couldn't continue watching them.

Even if you pay for it, it still shows you ads, only adding the option to skip them. And when you pause videos, it shows a popup ad that you have to dismiss before you can resume. It also pesters you with prompts like asking you to review what you're watching. Very annoying - I paid for your service, leave me alone and let me use it! I also find it frustrating when browsing that clicking a show makes it start playing straight away, you can't just go read the description.

It's fine, for the most part, on my tablet. But on my TV, it crashes at least once per episode - "Playback Error". It's so annoying, especially as it doesn't pick up when it stopped so I have to scroll through half a show to get back where I was.

This app is very glitchy, the worst part is that subtitles will randomly stop working. It's also not user friendly. You can't seem to look at content without starting to play it, it doesn't automatically go to the next episode, you have to click on it & sometimes it will start at the end of the episode. It's not been a good experience.

The app needs work. For one thing, I pay for VIP, but they still have in video ads you have to skip or sponsorship ads in the shows that are part of the show. I don't like being bombarded with VIP banners and resubscribing when I am ALREADY a VIP member. On the software side of things it is not very intuitive. Things play when you click on them rather than a preview. It frequently messes up my most recent watched shows. It needs a lot of fine tuning, but overall works like it should so 3 stars.
