Lately, the app does not keep track of what has already been watched. Example, if I'm on episode 3 of a series and have to exit the app for whatever reason, when I'm ready to resume, it goes back to whatever point it wants. As of this morning, it now plays random shows as well. Ie, I hit resume on a mini series, yet it played an entirely different show altogether (that I had already finished).

Thanks for removing the Cast option (ironic). The new UI is terrible, it's hard to navigate, things don't make sense. Don't waste your money in UCR it's not working. - I want to play a video, I tap on it and plays on a small window and muted (?) - I hit the play and then it really starts. - You don't follow the standards for casting. Whole app & in video. YouTube and many others do. I'm sorry to say it, I'm a long term customer and the service is not what it used to be.

Since the very expensive change if you have a Roku it shows logged in that device even if you kick it off on the app so you have to call or you can't watch. It's too expensive compared to all other services for what you get. They allow limited screens and want to charge premium prices for mostly low budget programs. Don't bother. I have them shot, save your money.

I don't know if there was a recent update but I'm experiencing glitching while watching shows. It will be fine then it will freeze as if I paused it, then it starts replaying the last 10 or 15 seconds of the show that already passed except its just the audio playing while the screen is still frozen. I've cleared my cache twice and uninstalled and reinstalled it, I'm getting really irritated. Normally I have no problems with this app. Please fix the issue because I'm not paying over $16 for this!

Had premium Netflix for 7 years and used to love it! However now I have to sign in and verify, at home, at work, at the park, to travel, or any where that is not my home wifi because yall don't want people to share accounts now. 🙄 The price is constantly rising, the app is always glitching, or just stops and exits out mid show. It's inconsistant, annoying, and just plain dumb and the quality of service has gone downhill and is not worth the subscription anymore.

For me, it's finally come time to move on from Netflix. Over the years, so much content has been pulled from the app (ie. Marvel/Disney) but Netflix hasn't really had much to show for it. However, they still have been introducing price increases. I understand that there will always be new streaming subscription services (Hulu, Disney+, Prime, etc) but would appreciate it if the value of a product would be tied directly to the content that is available vs. unavailable for its users.

Netflix fix the issue where 75% of previews play in Spanish. I have changed the language, logged out and back in, created new profiles, uninstalled and reinstalled, and yet the issue persists. This has been going on for years and no one has the ability to fix this. Between this and the lackluster programing I am uncertain if this is worth the monthly fee anymore.

Finally got Netflix again, cause there's been a lot of stuff on here I've been wanting to watch. Also, I forgot that there are now exclusive games with it, so that makes it even better. There's some really good ones! One thing I noticed, though, is on the "More details" section for games on the Netflix app, most of them say no controller support, even if the game does have it. For example, Dust and Neon has full controller support, but it says no for the details in the app.

The content is fine but the app is horrible and somehow keeps getting worse. Bad interface, loading issues in menus, videos freezing, etc. Now for some reason, when I login it takes me to the "New and Hot" tab instead of the "Home" tab. As though Netflix doesn't know what a home tab is. I've had Netflix for over a decade but I'm about done with it. Not just because they aren't fixing the existing issues, but because they seem to be actively trying to make it worse. Meanwhile prices keep rising.

The minute I switched the service to include ads, the service became shoddy. It WILL NOT play ads. This happens on two different devices. Netflix stops streaming when ads begin airing with some kind of buzzing just before it shuts down the device. I'm only playing it on one device at a time. Sometimes, it does this in the middle of the show being streamed. Get it fixed, dudes! This DOES NOT happen with other apps. So don't blame it on my devices.

The shows they have here are mildly enjoyable, but when watching a series there is no next episode button and you have to manually go to the next episode. It's not that hard to make that button. Netflix releases originals every week or day (I'm not sure) but they're absolute dogshit. Skipping ahead 10 seconds takes 10 seconds to process so there isn't even a point in doing that

This is regarding the Amazon Firestick version... Jumping back or forward 10 seconds doesn't work. It puts you in rewind mode. Also, when u stop a show in the middle and quickly go back, a lot of times it restarts. There's also times where I have to force quit the app because the show won't play. There's plenty more bugs. I have to assume the Firestick is a large portion of your streams. So I think u guys need to pay a little more attention. The Netflix app used to be flawless. What happened!?

The shows are not bad but they never finish them. They get rid of the best ones. Not really a point of watching stories if they dont finish them. Never use to be like that I use to love Netflix. Maybe the reviews on shows start to turn bad? Most tv shows run out of ideas though and get over done at the end but I still want to see the end. I'm also tired of some of the best looking shows being in a foreign language only then the okay shows are very bad voice overs.

I am beyond sick of Netflix making it near IMPOSSIBLE to use MY OWN MEMBERSHIP. I travel quite alot and use the app sometimes on tvs, sometimes my phone, or one of my iPads, or my home roku. Thanks to Netflix's attempt to lock down password sharing, it has become time-consuming and infuriating when I try to use MY subscription anywhere but my TV at home. This is not okay. When I tried selecting "I'm traveling", I was told that the temporary code limit was exceeded. Ready to cancel.

I was forced into this app because all of the new transfer features didn't work on our old family profile, and when I installed it it deleted everything except for recommendations. I lost my entire account history, the transfers don't work, I'm constantly kicked out. I was a die-hard Netflix fan and now I'm just so disappointed. Even when we try to pay them to make things work they don't. The extra profile nonsense is going to kill Netflix. Now we have two subscriptions and I regret both.

Chrome cast button has disappeared and my account has been downgraded without warning. I woke up this morning after having used my service just last night, and I'm being informed that I'm on the basic plan with ads when that's not what I'm paying for. I also don't have the chrome cast button on my app anymore, so I can't use the service at all now. Thanks Netflix, you've consistently gotten worse, and now you're literally unusable. Time to Plex!

First you get tight about who I can share my password with despite paying for the top tier subscription. I get the cheapest one knowing there will be ads, but DAMN...didn't know they were strewn throughout the movie! Thought you'd show 2 or 3 before the movie started. Tubi shows ads during the movie but they're free. I canceled my account same day. I don't want a month...I want my money back.

Netflix may be the first streaming platform, May have done pretty good movies and great original series, BUT... For some odd reason it usually buffers for so long or kicks me out that I almost always just wind up watching something else on another streaming platform. I've contacted them and they always tell me it's my tv - but i don't believe that as all my other apps work just fine... I'm thinking of canceling my subscription.
