App keeps crashing when I try downloading Videos or screenshots to my phone. And now Xbox is going to force delete all my clips and screenshots after 90 days. And I STILL can't download any without the app crashing!

Negative experience with remote play gaming. I know it's not my internet connection, I recently upgraded to at&t air with recommended 5ghz wireless connection in which I'd like to add I have over 100mbs download speed so I know it's fast. I have a Samsung s21+ so I know the phone should be more than capable. The sound comes out extremely distorted and there is tremendous input lag from my Bluetooth controller. App is ok for showing people my nasty madden clips at least lol.

Giving it three stars because the option to select different audio outputs is removed, and the only way to hear everybody in a party chat is through the phone speaker. I used to use xbox party chat holding the phone to my ear like a regular phone call. Using the other speaker makes an echo so the whole party can hear themselves. Not a fan

App is good for the most part, works as intended I really only came to point out a bug that would prevent a 4/5 star rating and for some reason when I go to edit clips the whole app crashes. Other than that it is solid. I enjoy having xbox info at my fingertips

After adding Xbox for remote play there is no Xbox available. I reset my Xbox multiple times issue persists. Then when I select add an existing console it says something went wrong try again later. Got it to show up now after resetting the Xbox app on my phone but it still won't connect suddenly anymore since this afternoon which is why I reset my Xbox in the first place by the way. Will try to remove it and add it again for the last time.

I love it, when it works, which it usually does. However, it is not uncommon for it to stop connecting to my boxes completely, for several days, for reason I never figure out. Then, it starts working again, for reasons I can't figure out. Today, I was playing remotely, disconnected, and tried to reconnect about 10 minutes later. It wouldn't connect to either of my consoles. It still won't. Tried with one on standby and one on, in the same room, no luck with either. Wi-Fi was good on everything.

Great app. I haven't had any more problems while using it. The only thing that would make it better is if you added a feature to delete multiple captures at once. My reason is that i have the newer controller with the screenshot button and always accidentally press it, so i have multiple pictures i would like to delete. The problem is i have to delete them one at a time. If you can add this feature, you will get the full 5 stars from me 👏

Yall need to have a way for us to contact you about broken games. And you need a new process of refund for games that devs have abandoned on your platform. I've spent over 60$ on a game that is broken and unplayable now. Devs have not fixed the issue in Over 6 months. Yet I can't contact your support to complain because you don't have a support ! And the options you have available are a complete waste of time! I'm about to just go buy a computer and sell my x box. Been with yall 15+ years. 🖕

Terrible. I only use this app for downloading video game footage I've recorded on the xbox to my phone. But that app can't even do that half the time. It'll get to 5% then fail. And what's worse is when it gets to 97% and it fails. These are normally 1-2 minute long clips as well. I would hate to have to download something 10 minutes long. I honestly have no other clue what else the app is used for. Maybe messaging xbox friends when your away from the comsole. I don't know.

App used to be great, but as of recently, it has completely fallen apart. I use the xbox app so I can transfer Discord calls to my xbox and for managing clips. A few weeks back, the clip function stopped working all together, as in no clips, new or old will load. And now the app has broken completely, as in it will not even launch. It stays on the xbox logo indefinitely.

After update and no longer connects. Have to manually turn on system. App cant connect.. Unable to wake console from sleep mode or standby mode. Even july 2023 upd. Still, cant connect, psn connects with app. While out of town. Maybe this is Microsoft making people exercise to manually turn on their console across the room! What's the point of having an app, just to see if your friends are online. But unable to turn on your system. I just think what's the point of an app that says you can do.

being in parties is a little laggy on the app, but other then that it's awesome. very user friendly and an easy way to do Xbox things from your phone. i also love that you can earn points for rewards.

It's fun being able to see achievements and save clips, the voice chat has a little echo but it's that bad. Great app though, I always recommend it to my friends who have an xbox.

Disconnect The app works good in terms of the party chat, although there's sometimes distortion. And when you try to raise the volume it'll show LB & RB instead, and it'll raise your phone volume instead of the chat. The other issue I have is when you switch over to another app for a min, it'll then mute you. And you have to leave the party and rejoin.

I'm trying to download a clip I made that's only 3 minutes long and it won't go past 5%! 5% AMD IT HAS TO GOT O 100%!!!!! THIS APP IS SO STUPID!! I've downloaded videos off YouTube that we're an hour but the stupid app can't even do 3 minutes!! unbelievable!!

Consistent crashing when viewing or editing captures, as well as captures not showing up for days despite being shared to Xbox Live on the console. Using Xbox Series X and a Google Pixel 7 Pro on 400mbps Internet so I'm sure it's not my hardware or connection.

It's a cool app, I love using my phone as a monitor and talking with people and sharing stuff on this app, but the only problems with this app in particular is that I can't launch Xbox 360 games and apps because every time I'm on the Remote play mode I have to launch Microsoft made apps within the Xbox and I have to play newer Xbox games in order to have a good experience with it.

Party disconnects frequently, main issue now is app stops me from using mic so i have to reconnect several times. If you have a bluetooth mic with your wireless headphones, the app does not use it, instead it picks up all background audio from the phone mic. Wired mic only works, not great with new phones lacking an aux port....Please fix this...
