It's good but god damn, the amount of times it says session expired due to thinking I'm a bot. It's the most frustrating thing when trying to buy tickets. Specially, if it's to buy a timely venue, I had this app about a year and its soft banned me about 7-8 times and it lasts for a few hours

Terrible in a panick here, off to event with all I can show venue is proof of purchase and tickets with a barcode block by a moving line through it saying screen shots will not get me in... this is terrible used e tickets for years what on earth has ticket master done. Has a print option that just does nothing no response from it. Got a text saying save the tickets.... yeah would love to it it would allow me to.

Demands permissions it has no needs for. Notifications so it can spam me with stuff in which I have no interest, location so it can 'tell me about events in my area' - I travel to gigs, access to photographs presumably so I can be told off for taking a picture in the gig - it can't be to allow it to save the ticket as an image because that won't get me in now that dynamic qr codes are used. And it demands that I use Chrome - the biggest data mining browser around.

Totally unusable for me just like every other recent reviewer here. I have no contract and rely on WiFi but I bought my ticket for a forthcoming event ages ago and have not been able to get in at all due to this ridiculous issue that blames the disabling of Java script which categorically does NOT apply to me at all. If Ticketmaster wishes to avoid a riot of people demanding to be let in after having paid for their tickets then they need to sort out this pathetic app. It's not hard to do.

Unsurprisingly, Ticketmaster still refuse to prepare for events they know are of demand. What's the point of downloading a ticket buying app if it tells you to use the website for any event which has a demand above double digits? They could just use the website and e-tickets be emailed - and it'd probably be better, since it won't require internet access. I shouldn't have to log into the website because the app says "Please use your mobile browser or desktop to shop for these tickets"

Pointless - Ticketmaster ask you to use the app to be able to add tickets to Google Wallet, but it only has links inside to Google Pay which has been superceded. Needless to say, this doesn't work. Just go to the Ticketmaster website and add your tix to Google Wallet. Once again, an utterly pointless app. Don't bother downloading.

Awful... my tm is showing a page with "pardon the interruption. Have uninstalled, reinstalled updated, cleared cache and nothing helps. Can't purchase tickets at all. My phone is an android. Software is up to date. Very disappointing tm.. have to use someone else's device if I require tickets. 😡

GARBAGE! It demands that you install Google Chrome or it won't let you use it! Can't even sign in! Tells you everything you need to know about how much they want to track as much of your data as they can! I've literally never seen an app do this before. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! F U Ticketmaster!

Now I remember why I uninstalled it. The login is terrible, keeps saying I have the wrong password and it will lock me out. Then I update it and still doesn't log in. Have to keep resetting until finally it did. Fix your app because we don't have a choice to use it for some events.

App crashes every time I try to open it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and restarted my phone. As it currently stands I have no way of accessing my tickets as there is no option to print... Ticketmaster couldn't give a toss about its customers... I wish brands and event organisers would stop using these sharks

A rubbish phishing app. - It doesn't work. It tries to take lots of info from you, and sends you down a rabbit hole until you give up trying to save your tickets. Despite its claims, it wont let you save tickets. I gave up when it said that you could not have them without using GooglePay. I will try to use screenshots at the event and will not be buying tickets from TicketMaster again...

TICKETDUFFER Useless service, useless customer service agents. Constant error, when I complained, sent screenshots explained the problem, 4 agents told different excuses but the real reason for over a month (!). Liars. After some research I see it's typical. At the end I couldn't buy the tickets. Rubbish monopolist.

Completely inaccessible. Sent to app to access tickets for concert. Taken to login. tried all passwords. Wrong. reset, went to email, copied reset code, entered, created new password, ticked criteria. Error. Started again. Went to app. My events unresponsive. Stuck. Saw small type login. tried. entered new password: wrong. Brick wall. UX down the pan. Needs prompts, signposts, inclusive, accessible.

Horrible customer service. Also has now stopped you from being able to log into your account saying "unable to connect, try again in a few minutes"... rendering the whole point of having the app completely and utterly useless!

I have to login every time I use the app. This is the worst experience possible. It also makes it a pain having to wait ages for the app to load to find my ticket information to get into venues. I just want to be able to buy tickets, favourite artists for notifications when they're playing locally, and be able to view/access my events/tickets 😡 why is this so difficult to do?

Ticketmaster mandate the app for tickets at gigs, except the app doesn't work most of the time? Unable to login with errors, or the server will be down giving errors, or you have to restart your phone and redownlad the app. No support through the app. Rare occasion the app works tickets will go missing from my account seemingly randomly. Buying tickets through the app is impossible for busier events, as it crashes or takes an age to load. Terrible, lucky for TM they've monopolised ticket market.

Completely broken Needs a new update I've been trying to order tickets through this app but it won't take my card details. Every time I put in the details it tells me there's an error. There is nothing wrong with the card as I've used it on different sites with no problems. Please sort this out ticketmaster!

F'ing rubbish. I downloaded the app, downloaded my tickets to the phone, checked that I could access them offline, checked again half an hour before arriving at the gig all fine. Tried to access them in the queue. Gone. Nothing there. Had sign in online to the webpage to find them with very low signal. Stupid app.
