So far, it was good. But I can't use voice talk anymore. Shown the error message, which is there is a bug in the app and wait until developers do fix it. When do they fix it???

PLEASE FIX THE LOGIN METHOD! I was able to retrieve my account but I still have to do the SMS thing. It doesn't work I've been doing almost the whole day and other people has been saying they have been waiting for MONTHS????.....PLEASE RESPOND and fix this problem. Give a different login method.

Disappointing... I did attempt to make it work in different platforms, Windows App, and Android, but they were all annoying and disappointing... plus TONS of Phone access are being asked to be granted permission for.

I can't even make an account, the verification code doesn't just sends to your number, instead you will send it to their number to request for verification code, and I tried it but it doesn't work. And the message is failed to send.

This is South Korea's "everything app" with messages, payments, photo sharing, etc. However, their servers are almost all in Korea, so it won't perform well in other countries.

It was fun to use until I had to change my HP and install in my new HP. Verification sent many times but came back as error after a long time, hence not verified. It's such a hassle to get to customer service: send inquiry through website & received the reply via email a couple of days later & reply back using website again to submit proof required & continues since can't use the app. Now I just give up. Too many proofs required. Why can't verification code be sent to the registered no instead?

Bad, The app wanted me to send a verification text but it isnt working. I contacted my carrier they said I have no problem sending messages. I contacted kakaotalk customer service but they cannot help since I canno provide proof that I own my number. I already explained to them that my number is PREPAID so I dont have a contract or monthly bill, they said that they cannot help me if I cant provide proof. SO MY REVIEW ON THIS APP IS BAD, AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT HELPFUL.

I don't like this. Oh why?? Because it won't let me sign up. Like bro i literally used my number then it keeps failing. When i send the automatic text that's on my type bar the message keeps failing, its always ' failed message try again '. Would you even fix the verification method⁉️ It won't let me sign up.

The app is okay. Although a lot of English people use the app for when they talk to Korean people, I wish there was a live translation feature between English and Korean. It would really help a lot. If there could be a gif tab for messaging and some other features as well, it would be nice. I feel the app in principle is okay but has the potential to be amazing.

I cannot sign up. Ive sent the sms several times (which is paid every time i send it) but i cant complete the verification process and keeps getting error (i dont have korean number). I have to wait 24 hours to try again apparently? I havent try again but i kinda need to have an account in near time so it really makes things difficult. I hope it can be fixed for foreigners like me.

Been using this app for 10+years to talk to my friends in Korea. Happened to switch phones last month, now I cannot login due to your incredibly stupid verification process. I can't believe that an app that I used so often just get taken away in an instant. Please fix it

This verification code method totally sucks its been more than a month since I've trying to sign up with this trash app. But I am not able to sign up because I haven't gotten the verification code, I charged every time when I send text for verification code. Many people here are asking to fix this verification code method, but why is the kakao talk team not paying any attention to this issue? Please add the email verification method. I'm not gonna give any star unless this issue gets fixed.

Very bad experience with is app, I'm using this app since 2018, now I have changed my phone, now I'm trying to login in my personal mobile, it's shown that user id and password is incorrect, but with the same id , I openy kakao talk in desktop is easily open, Very very bad app, even though I tried forgot password and user id but not able to login, 😭😭😔

Doesn't notify messages or calls ever! So I never know when someone has messaged or called me. Recently, I couldn't log in due to the new verification system required to send a message that always fails. Why not go back to email verification? Seems like a large number of people are having this problem, so now we all can't use kakaotalk. What a shame. Please fix it!!!!

I don't like that this app doesn't allow the end user to change the email address and doesn't allow users to log in from multiple phones. I can do this with other apps like Telegram, Facebook Messenger, Whatsapp, etc. This is the most user unfriendly chat app.

I'm not sure the app is good or bad because I can't possibly enter. Finally, when I got verified. The reason is I'm in trouble with the open chat room, which is only a way to find friends. It shows a safety pass. i clicked on it in agreeing whatever it is, and then it shows u are not able to use this .then i simply go back. i have my account. that's all ,i didn't get what i needed. approached this app for international friends.

I had to create a whole new account because I wasn't receiving phone call notifications. When I call my friend, they can't hear me, so they have to call me every time. Photos and videos sending outside of Korea are very slow to load. No option to delete friends, have to block then unblock and then choose to delete.

It's one of the best and safest apps I ever used, and I use this in daily basis here in Korea for social and professional life, but there is one thing I want to see in the next updates is "the schedule messages" system please add an option for scheduling a messages with a pictures sometimes I want to post something for my team at work at specific time with a pictures, but I can only post a message without pictures which makes it harder for me and my team to work with. Please make it happen soon
